A fat pigeon coos
seeks shade from the summer sun—
On the window ledge

The pigeon shakes
water droplets off its wings—
On the window ledge

The fluffy pigeon
snoozes in the winter sun—
On the window ledge

And this is the first poem for the 100 Poem Challenge. I ran out of  inspiration and when staring out of my window (I have a window desk similar to a window seat)  I saw a pigeon on the window ledge opposite. Hence this piece.
