NO ONE'S POV:

(Cassie & Lexi watch as Nate is escorted down the hallway by the principal & two police officers.)

Cassie: What was that about?

Lexi: Probably 'cause Nate tried to kill Maddy.

Cassie: What?

Lexi: Well, 'cause she found all that gay porn on his phone.

Cassie: Who told you that?

Lexi: You did.

Cassie: When?

Lexi: At the carnival.

Cassie: Okay, Lexi, never repeat that, because literally none of it's true.

(She walks away leaving her at the lockers.)

The Library

(We see Y/N & Lexi sitting at a table together. He's reading a book while Lexi's just looking at a bookshelf with her arms crossed.)

(Y/N): *looks up from his book & looks back down to it* Something on your mind?

Lexi: What? Oh, nothing.

(Y/N): I don't believe you.

Lexi: And why don't you?

(Y/N): You've been staring at the...

(He looks at the bookshelf.)

(Y/N): Manga section since we sat down and I pulled my book out of my bag. And, Lexi, you don't look like someone who reads manga.

Lexi: I could read manga.

(Y/N): Do you?

Lexi: No...

(He puts in a bookmark & closes the book he was reading.)

(Y/N): [sighs] Is this about Nate and Maddy?

Lexi: What about Nate and Maddy?

(Y/N): You're really going to make me--okay. Nate choked Maddy at the carnival.

Lexi: I told you that?

(Y/N): No, that's the hot rumor going around. Your reaction tells me that there's truth to it.

Lexi: Cassie told me that it wasn't true.

(Y/N): Do you believe her?

Lexi: I don't know. We did see Nate with some police officers.

(Y/N): They'll figure it out.

Lexi: Sure.

(Y/N): You know I'd never hurt you, right?

Lexi: Of course.

(Y/N): Good. I only ask because with this Nate thing and...I beat people up for a living, I want--I need you to know that I'm not a violent person.

Lexi: I know, (Y/N). I know.

[BELL RINGS]

(The students in the library along with Y/N & Lexi prepare to leave.)

(Y/N): Walk you to class?

Lexi: My class is on the third floor.

(Y/N): So?

Lexi: Your class is on the first floor. You're gonna be late.

(Y/N): Again, so?

Lexi: [chuckles] Oh, my God.

(She kisses him on the cheek.)

Lexi: I'll see you later.

(He watches her leave the library.)

(Y/N): [groans] Fine.

(Cut to Rue asking what Jules' body count is. Then we learn about Rue's...)

Rue's Narration: I had my first kiss at the age of 12 with a boy I didn't really like, but...I just really wanted to get it over with. I gave four hands jobs in eighth grade, two blow jobs in ninth, one of which I was emotionally coerced into. Then there was that time Lexi got asked to the freshman formal by Tucker Blake and I tried to teach her how to French kiss.

Lexi: Is this, like, really weird and uncomfortable for you?

Rue: Mm, no. Not really.

Lexi: Okay. Um, I'm gonna get ready.

Rue's Narration: You're welcome by the way, (Y/N). Also, at 15, I ate two Xannie bars, drank a beer, which is super dangerous, and lost my virginity. All I know is, life is not a Nicholas Sparks novel.

Moonlight Rollerway

(Cut to Rue, Jules, Lexi, & Y/N at the rollering rink. On a double date of sorts.)

(Imagine Y/N at the end holding onto Lexi.)

Rue: One more time, okay? One more time!

(She rolls by Jules & Lexi who are taking off their roller skates.)

(Y/N): I'll...catch her if she falls.

Jules: [laughs] Thanks.

Lexi: Yeah.

(Cut to Y/N rolling skating next to Rue.)

Rue: How are you so good at this?

(Y/N): Believe it or not, rolling skating is a part of my training.

Rue: Bullshit.

(Y/N): [chuckles] Right away. Rolling skating keeps me light on my feet and...

(He roller skates her.)

(Y/N): Keeps my eyes centered while I'm on the move.

Rue: Ultimate fighter, huh?

(Y/N): [scoffs] I wish.

Rue: Anyway, I'm happy you and Lexi are...you know. Lexi's sweet.

(Y/N): She is.

Rue: And from what she's told me about you, you're sweeter.

(Y/N): She's lying. How do you think I've stayed undefeated, become champion? I'm hard.

Rue: Okay, (Y/N). There's no need to front. Especially with me.

(Y/N): [chuckles] I'm not.

(Jules & Lexi are having a conversation of their own.)

Lexi: Rue seems really good.

Jules: Yeah. She does.

Lexi: It's 'cause of you, you know.

Jules: Um, I'm gonna go to the bathroom.

Lexi: Okay.

(Cut to Y/N & Lexi in his car & Y/N is watching Rue & Jules get onto their bikes.)

(Y/N): You two sure that you don't want a ride?

Rue: Yeah, we're good. Jules?

Jules: We appreciate it though.

(Y/N): I don't mind.

Lexi: He really doesn't mind.

(Y/N): As long as you two don't do any funny business in the back.

(Lexi smacks his arm.)

Lexi: (Y/N)!

(Y/N): What?

Rue: [laughs]

Jules: [laughs] Only you and Lexi get to do that. We get it.

(Y/N): All right, all right. Just being nice.

(Lexi cups one side of his face with her hand.)

Lexi: I know. Bike safe, guys.

Jules: We will.

Rue: Take her home already, (Y/N).

(Y/N): ✌🏽

(With that, Y/N drives away with Lexi in the passenger seat next to him & watches Rue & Jules bike away in the opposite direction.)
