MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That early morning, in Klaus's and Sabrina's bedroom, Klaus and Sabrina are asleep in bed.

Nightmare

In the dark woods of the Steven Quarry, Sabrina is wearing a wedding dress, running through the woods as if something or someone is chasing after her.

Sabrina frantically pants, glancing back at her chaser as she trips over a broken tree branch.

She slowly sits up in a seated position and looks up at Mystic Falls Klaus.

"Klaus?" Sabrina said, worriedly.

Mystic Falls Klaus looks at Sabrina with his golden werewolf eyes and small veins underneath his eyes.

Sabrina screams.

Awakening from his nightmare, Klaus sits up sideways and looks at a sleeping Sabrina asleep beside him.

Klaus slowly gets out of bed, and worrying that Sabrina may become frightened of the monster that he really is within him, he gets dressed and writes a letter.

Afterwards, Klaus looks at a sleeping Sabrina and gently soothes his finger on her cheek.

And then, Klaus left.

That same morning, Sabrina tiredly awakens and finds herself alone in bed.

"Klaus?" Sabrina said, slowly sitting up straight with the plush thick bedcover covering the lower half of her body.

Sabrina looks at the letter and the wedding ring on the nightstand.

Becoming worried, Sabrina gently takes Klaus's letter and wedding ring in her hand.

Sabrina reads the letter that Klaus left for her.

My Dearest Sabrina,

I'm sorry to leave like this, but I could not bare the look on your face as you're reading this. To say the honesty, I've been lying to myself. I am not the Klaus Mikaelson that everyone is frightened of. I've lost my edge by relaxing myself with you. You are not to blame, it is I. I've relaxed myself for far too long. But I need to become Klaus Mikaelson again. You were changing me, not saying that it's a bad thing. When we first met, I instantly felt our connection. You planted a spec of light in me. But the thing is, you are my light. I'm sorry I had to leave like this. But I need to regain who I've always been.
I love you, Sabrina. Always and Forever.

After reading Klaus's letter, Sabrina becomes angry.

SLATER'S COFFEESHOP

Jesse and Sabrina are sitting at a table with to-go coffee cups of lattes and crescent rolls.

"Klaus wrote a letter and left his wedding ring on the nightstand for you?" Jesse said, bewilderedly. "Why would he do that?"

"I don't know, Jess. He said that he needed to regain himself." Sabrina said.

"I would asks you if you're gonna be okay, but you're angry." Jesse said.

"Or maybe, leaving without saying goodbye is what Klaus wanted." Sabrina said. "Anyhoo, what does David have?"

"Another business trip." Slater said, sitting down at the table with them, and beside his wife, Jesse, and looks at Sabrina. "The business trip itself is Bucharest. Dracula's vampire tour. And the mini cargo van leaves tonight."

Slater, Jesse and Sabrina exchange looks at each other.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That evening, Sabrina slowly walks inside the courtyard with her blue canvas backpack on her shoulder.

She and Klaus exchange looks at each other.

"Sabrina?" Klaus said, slowly walks up to her.

"Go to hell." Sabrina angrily said, walking away from him.

Klaus looks at Sabrina as she walks away from him.

Now, in Klaus's and Sabrina's bedroom, Sabrina is packing up her duffle bag. And Klaus slowly walks inside.

"Where are you off to?" Klaus asked, putting his wedding ring back on his left hand ring finger.

"What made you decide to come back home?" Sabrina asked him. "Or did you have a change of heart? Oh, wait, Klaus Mikaelson doesn't have a heart. He just has his head up his ass."

"I was leaving, but then, I realized what I doing and so, I came back." Klaus said.

"So, you were just gonna leave? Saying goodbye in a letter, and plus, you took off your wedding ring and left?!" Sabrina exclaimed, starting to become teary-eyed. "You know what, why don't you leave again?"

Sabrina gets both her blue canvas backpack and her duffle bag and walks away from him.

"Sabrina?" Klaus said, walking after her, walking down the stairs and into the courtyard. "Sabrina, please?"

Now, outside of the Mikaelson Compound, Slater, Jesse, and Vanessa Monroe puts their duffle bags in the trunk of the mini cargo van.

Sabrina puts her blue canvas backpack and her duffle bag in the trunk.

"You ready to go?" Vanessa Monroe asked.

"Yeah." Sabrina said.

"Sabrina?" Klaus said, walking out of the Mikaelson Compound. "I'm sorry."

Sabrina turns around to look at her husband, upset. "Sorry won't fix it, Niklaus. Not this time. You just left and didn't say where you were going. And suddenly, you just come back after you changed your mind."

"You're angry." Klaus said, slowly walks up to her. "You're angry at me for leaving. But you don't have to leave."

"Doesn't feel good, doesn't it?" Sabrina said to him, upset. "To leave without saying goodbye to someone you love? I thought you changed, Niklaus. But you're still the same man that you've always been."

Klaus and Sabrina exchange glum looks at each other. She slowly starts to walk away from him, taking off her Mikaelson M necklace.

But Klaus gently takes her hand, causing to look at her. "Sabrina, please? Don't leave me."

Klaus and Sabrina exchange gloomy looks at each other. And she walks away from him, and their hands drifts slowly apart from each other. Sabrina walks away from Klaus and gets inside the minivan and it drives away.

Klaus slowly walks back into the courtyard of the Mikaelson Compound and looks at Sabrina's Mikaelson M necklace in his hand.

Realizing that Sabrina has broken up with him once again, Klaus sits down on the sofa, gloomy.
