Romeo died for Juliet,

Romeo forgot about Rosaline.

A/N: Rosaline was Juliet's cousin in the famous play "Romeo & Juliet" written by William Shakespeare. Although, according to the original text, Rosaline never reciprocated Romeo's love for her, I wanted to highlight the fact here that after seeing Juliet, Romeo forgot about Rosaline. This is my perspective that I seem to not understand that how can Romeo all of a sudden forget about Rosaline, even though he had claimed to be so in love with her, before.

We don't know whether Rosaline actually did love Romeo and because of their family rivalry never had the courage to confess her feelings. What if Rosaline actually one day had confessed to Romeo, then would Romeo have still fallen for Juliet?

It could be said that I portrayed a perspective of the Rosaline of my version (which is fictional since again, we do not know whether Rosaline actually loved Romeo) here.
