Unconditionally
"I will love you unconditionally."
As said in a Katy Perry's song.
I was recently listening to it and it got me thinking. We all will have that one person we will always love, not matter what, though you may not admit it or know how to express it. It is a never ending kind of love, the one that would make you do almost anything for that person, or persons.
For me, those people would be my two nieces.
My family and I have a really close bond, so I see a lot of them almost everyday...including those two little angels. One of the them is a 1 year old and the other a 1 month old. And they are a blessing to have in my life. They bring me the utmost of joy, and I would do anything to see them happy.
I don't have children yet (not anytime soon), but I can understand how someones kids can be their everything. This leads me to my next point.
God gave us the capacity to love others, (whether it be our kids, family, friends, a partner), just as he loved us.
No matter how much we mess up, and deny him...he will still continue to love us.
His love is far deeper and sweeter than any other love that anyone could ever encounter, but he shows himself and how much he loves, through us.
His love is the never ending kind of love. The one that would make him do anything, such as send his only son to lay his life down for us, for us.
He has done it all.
For us.
Because he loves us.
And love is one of the most powerful forces on the face of the earth.
He continues to show his love, and tender mercy for us...so I am challenging you right now.
Whether you are a believer in Christ or not, go out and love on someone.
Love others just as he unconditionally loves you.
