Jade's Pov

Daydream~ Daydream~ Daydream~ Daydream~
Wake up~
Beep beep beep beep beep...beep beep beep beep beep...beep beep beep be-

My alarm goes off on my phone and I get up slowly, shutting it off and lightly rub the sleep away from my eyes. I turn my head to see Taehyung in my bed. After I dropped Jungkook off and was on my way to drop Taehyung off at his house yesterday, which is next door to mine, he begged me to sleepover at his place cause he didn't want to be alone, but I couldn't sleepover because I have school so he then begged me to let him stay over at my house for the night. And I couldn't say no to him so here we are.

I get up slowly and sliently so I don't wake him, right now it's 5:30 so I have some time. I go into my bathroom to do my daily routine and get ready for the long day ahead of me. Lucky for me it's Friday today~

*Few minutes later*

I walk out fresh, clean and dressed. I look at my bed to see Taehyung still asleep hugging one of my pillows close to his chest. I walk over and gently wake him up.

"Taehyung~, wake up it's morning" I lightly shake him, he doesn't respond so I shake him harder, after a couple more attempts he's up and awake. He rubs his eyes gently and yawns.

"Good morning Jade~"

"Good morning Tae, hurry up and get ready so we can have breakfast together and I can walk you home before going to school"

"Ok~" he gets up, yawning again as he enters my bathroom, I make my bed and head downstairs to cook some breakfast for me and Taehyung.

*Few minutes later*

I hear footsteps approach me from behind as I'm flipping pancakes and I turn my head to see Tae trying to sneak up on me. I chuckled at his pout after being caught.

"Your no fun~" he gives me a quick back hug before sitting down on the stool behind the kitchen counter, I have a dining room but since I live alone with the occasional visits from Taehyung it's just known at my house to eat at the counter.

I hand Taehyung his plate of food, which I can see him drooling over, while handing him some maple syrup and he immediately started to dig in.

"Do you want some milk?"

Taehyung nods his head since he has food in his mouth, I'm glad he remembered not to talk with his mouth full, he knows I hate that.

Knock knock knock

"Huh?" Me and Taehyung turn our heads to the door.

"Who's knocking at my door?" I wash my hands real quick, wipe them dry off my apron while making my way towards the door, I open the door to be greeted by multiple hugs from six different people. Uh oh....

"JJJAAADDDEEEE!!! we missed you yesterday! We're here to pick you up! I know we usually pick you up first before Jungkook but he's here with us now and-" I slam the door on their faces. Oh shit, maybe I could have handled that better...well there's no time. What are they doing here?!? They usually don't pick me up on Fridays...guess it's one of those days huh.

I look back at Taehyung who's face has gone pale but is still eating his pancakes, he opens his mouth to say something.

"You better swallow young man" he takes a huge gulp so he can speak.

"Wa-was that...them?" Taehyung questioned, oh no...I was hoping I could get Taehyung to meet them after school, not before school!! Oh man...I need to calm him down, I walk up to him and slowly rub his back to comfort him.

"It's ok Tae, they're nice people, I was hoping you meet them after school and not before. I'm sorry, they usually don't come to pick me up on Fridays so I didn't know they would show up, if you want me to get them to leave i'll-"

"No, it's ok...I can meet them, just give me a minute ok?" I can see Taehyung taking deep breaths to control himself, I slowly continue to rub his back to comfort him. Taehyung is always the most vulnerable and weak in the mornings, he was in the hospital for one day so he hasn't had that much time given to him for his body to recuperate so he hasn't fully healed yet, plus the morning anxiety he's getting right now, must be really hard for him...he's not terrible when it comes to socializing, in fact I bet he can make a lot of friends if he but his mind to it, but there's always that something holding him back....

"You'll be ok Tae, you sure you don't want them to leave?"

"No, it's ok, these are your friends, I trust you..."

"Alright Tae, if you get uncomfortable let me know ok?" I pat his head before walking back to the door and opening it.

"WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT FOR JADE!!"

"WHY DONT YOU TEXT OR CALL ME BEFORE COMING OVER!! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING!" I turn towards jungkook "I TEXT YOU ALL THE TIME TO WARN YOU WHEN WE COME AND PICK YOU UP! WHY DIDN'T YOU TEXT ME?! The betrayal..." I let out a dramatic sigh and open the door fully.

"Now all of you, come in and behave yourselves because I have a guest over, you scare him and I'll cut you" I step aside so they can come in.

"Oh~ who's your guest?" Jin was the first to walk in, the others following behind. They look around for a bit until their eyes stop and spot Taehyung sitting at the counter, nervously fidgeting in his seat with a light pink blush on his face, I close the door and walk ahead and towards Taehyung, swinging my arm over his shoulder.

"Guys, this is Taehyung. He's my best friend since diapers." I smile towards them when introducing Taehyung.

"Hey Taehyung" jungkook says as he walks over to Taehyung.

"How have you've been, feeling any better?"

"Oh...yeah I'm fine, how are you" Taehyung gives him a small smile, a visible blush still present on his face.

"I'm doing great now that I got to see you again" Jungkook ruffles Tae's hair as a greeting, with a smile on his face and is that...Is he blushing??!!! OMG I'VE NEVER-
HOLY SHIT THEY REALLY ARE INTO EACH OTHER! THIS IS GREAT!! I wonder how long it will take for them to realize...well, with the help of my wingman skills I'll make the process go by faster~

I smirk at the two, those blushes really says it all, especially Tae's, wow he really turned red...guess jungkook's gesture was too much 😂

I turn my head to the other guys, they haven't said anything...they're just staring at Tae, I can tell jungkook and Taehyung are noticing and I know for a fact it's making Tae uncomfortable so I speak up.

"Hey, don't just stand there, your making all of us uncomfortable, why don't you introduce yourselves like NORMAL people" they don't say anything still, that is until Jin starts shrieking out of nowhere, causing all of us to jump a little, especially hoseok.

"OMG HE IS SO CUTE!!!" Jin runs up and cups Tae's face in his hands. "My new baby~" Taehyung turns beet red at Jin, which only causes him to coo more at Tae. The others come and to their senses and moves towards us, some giggling from Jin's behavior. I can feel Jungkook's glare on Jin but Taehyung is too embarrassed to notice and Jin is too distracted by Tae to notice. Namjoon pulls Jin back by the collar.

"Sorry about that Taehyung. This is Jin, the one who cupped your face just now, that's Hoseok, Jimin, Yoongi, I guess you already know Jungkook and I'm Namjoon. It's really nice to meet you, sorry about the staring, in my mind I was surprised to know Jade knows someone we don't know so I was thrown off by it. My apologies." Namjoon introduced and explained, I can always count on Namjoon to be the mature one in situations like this, but never to hold my things without breaking it.

"Oh no...don't worry about it, um..it's nice to meet you all, Jade has told me a lot about you guys so yeah..." Taehyung responded to Namjoon in a shy manner. Jin cooed loudly at Tae.

"How come we've never meet, Jade??" They all turn to me, expect for Jungkook, he was right next to Tae, secretly taking a bite of his pancakes, this boy is so whipped...

"Well~ I-"

"It was all me, I have my reasons..." Taehyung explained vaguely, hoping they would understand and stop asking questions. Looks like I'm going to be the victim of another interrogation...

"Oh ok, don't worry we understand~" Jin said sweetly but they all turn their heads to me for a brief moment. And that just confirmed my suspicions. Oh great...

"Hey Jade, do you think you can make me some pancakes? I skipped out on breakfast to come and pick you up this morning~" Jungkook asked sweetly, Taehyung turned to his pancakes and saw it was half eaten by Jungkook, causing him to punch jungkook's shoulder and glare at him, jungkook wore a sheepish smile in return and apologized.

"I suppose I can, anyone else want pancakes?" Everyone raised their hands, even taehyung. I laughed a little.

"I'll help you Jade, it's the least I can do~" Jin rolls up his sleeves and goes to the sink to wash his hands. I follow him shortly after and get started on the batter while the others start chatting up a storm.

*30 minutes later*

We've all already moved to the dinning room to have breakfast together, I can see everyone is getting along nicely, I knew they would get along perfectly. I checked the time on my phone to see it's 7:55, we better start heading out if me and Jungkook want to get to school on time, I stand up with my finished plate in my hand.

"Alright guys, it's 7:55 and I want everyone to get up and wash their own plate. I don't want to come home and have the first thing I have to do be washing everyone elses dishes, So let's start moving people!"

And with that they all get up and line up by the sink, washing their dishes one at a time.

"Taehyung, just put your plate in the sink, I need to take you home"

"Can I come?" Jungkook asks while washing his dish.

"I don't kno-"

"Please~" he gives me those bunny pouty eyes and lips and I want to pinch his cheeks for using one of my weaknesses. I turn to Taehyung and I could tell Taehyung was losing himself to that bunny, I snap him out of his trance.

"You don't mind do you?" I whispered to him and I can see Jungkook from the corner of my eye trying to listen in.

"Oh! No..no I don't mind" Taehyung stutters a bit, that bunny hit him hard.

"Ok Jungkook you can come, everyone else stays here and finishes washing their plate, when me and Jungkook come back we'll all head out to school"

Everything nods there heads and Jungkook puts his cleaned plate and hops over to us. The three of us head out the back door.

"How come we didn't leave from the front?"

"Cause it's hot and I want to be in the shade, plus it's faster to get to Taehyung's house" that was pretty accurate to the truth, we always go through the back to get away from the sun rays, but the distance from my house to Taehyung's is the same no matter how we get there.

I look from behind to see Tae staggering a bit, I quickly go and put his arm over my shoulder, holding my hand there while the other is around his waist, supporting him. This five minute walk usually doesn't affect him at all but since he just got out of the hospital and hasn't healed properly he's more vulnerable than normal. Jungkook notices my actions and looks concern, he goes to the other side and supports him.

"Taehyung are you ok?" Jungkook looks at Taehyung but he doesn't respond. His eyes are tightly shut out of pain and his breathing gets more and more unsteady...shit this isn't good..

"Jungkook, help me get his legs and keep up"

Me and Jungkook hold Taehyung up, one arm under his legs while the other is on his back, keeping him steady. His arms are resting on our shoulders, his hands clenching onto the fabric of our clothing. We take off in a sprint.

We arrived in seconds at the back door of Taehyung's house, I turn my head to Jungkook.

"I need you to hold Tae for a sec, I'll open the door" he nods and I lean Taehyung towards Jungkook so he can hold him, Jungkook gets a good grip on him and I let go, I turn around to open the door but a hand holds me back. Taehyung...

I grab his hand and squeeze it to reassure him.

"You'll be ok Taehyung, your strong, you'll be ok." I let go, find the key that's hidden under the mat to unlock the door and hold it open. Jungkook carefully goes through the door with Taehyung in his arms. I close the door behind me.

"Follow me kook" I rush through Taehyung's kitchen and up the stairs, Jungkook with Taehyung in his arms behind me. I take the second left in the hallway and practically kick down Taehyung's bedroom door and head inside. Jungkook behind me.

"Ok kook, lay him on his bed, I'll be right back, stay with him" I rush out of the room and down the stairs.

Fuck I need to hurry...

Jungkook's Pov

I lay Taehyung gently down on his bed, this is really scaring me. With his unsteady and rapid breathing patterns, his eyes shut tightly out of pain...this really must be serious. I hold his hand just like Jade did outside to comfort him.

"I may not know what's happening to you Tae, but you'll get through this. I know you will" I can feel him respond when he squeezes my hand gently, as if telling me 'don't worry about me, I'll be fine' well, at least that's what I hope he's trying to tell me.

"I'm here Tae! Everything is going to be ok, jungkook step back a little" Jade bursts into the room with an icepack and tea? How did she make that in such a short time??

"Sit up for me Tae, you can hold on to me if you need" and Tae does just that, holding on to Jade for dear life. Jade quickly moves his pillows in an order that allows him to sit up slightly with his pillows acting as a back rest. She pushed Tae back to rest him on the pillows and Taehyung instantly relaxes a little. She grabs the ice pack from his night stand and holds it on his forehead, Taehyung instantly relaxes more to the feeling.

"Where's your head band Tae?"

"It's....i-in m-my...drawers.." Tae slowly responds, he sounds like he's in a lot of pain...

"Jungkook, hold the ice pack in place so I can get his headband" I quickly replace Jade's hand with mine as she rushes towards his drawers. I look at Taehyung and I can see him trying to relax but he's still struggling with his breathing.

"Take deep breaths Taehyung, you'll be ok.." I try to reassure him, I can see him start to take deep breaths to steady his breathing. I feel my chest tighten, It hurts seeing him like this...

"Alright I got it, hold it while I put it on" she stretches the headband over my hand and around his head, I slip my hand out and adust it slightly to make it comfortable for him. He leans his head back fully into the pillows and slows his breathing, gaining more control then he had before. His eyes are still closed but it's not shut tightly in pain anymore. His breathing gets more and more steady and it goes back to normal patterns...thank God...I can hear Jade breathe a sigh of relief right next to me.

"Oh thank God..." Jade's phone goes off.

"Hello?" is that....Taehyung?! I'VE SEEN HER PLAYLISTS PLENTY OF TIMES TO KNOW WHAT SHE LISTENS TO! WHY THE HELL DIDN'T I HEAR HIS BEAUTIFUL VOICE BEFORE?!! I huffed to myself in frustration. Jade turns to me.

"It's Jimin, watch Taehyung ok" she walks into his bathroom to get more privacy. I turn back to Taehyung, his eyes are closed and his breathing is quiet and completely steady. It looks like his sleeping but he shifts his head from time to time so I guess not. I kneel down next to the bed, resting my head and arms on his bed next to him.

"Are you feeling any better Taehyung?" I asked in a soft tone, looking up at him. He slowly opens his eyes and looks down at me, giving me a small smile.

"Yeah...I-Im sorry....for worrying you." He responded in a raspy tone, patting my head lightly. I can feel my heart beating faster at his touch. Shit I need help...

"It's ok Taehyung, as long as your alright" I get a hold of his hand to squeeze it gently, I run my thumb over his knuckles. There's a comforting silence until Jade comes back. I get up from my spot and look at her, expecting her to tell me what her phone call was about.

"I told them to leave for college already since they were asking why we were taking so long and I'll give them an explanation later" Jade sits down beside Taehyung.

"Are you feeling better?"

"Yeah....I'm sorry.."

"Don't be, can you sit up for me?" Taehyung gets up slowly, clenching hard onto Jade. She takes the tea she made and blows on it.

"Can you drink this or do you need help" Jade turns to look at his arms and I can see they are visibly shaking, Jade for sure notices this too.

"Ok Tae, open wide" Tae opens his mouth, Jade places the rim of the cup onto his bottom lip and slowly pours the tea into his mouth. He swallows as she pours...his throat..holy-jungkook the fuck is wrong with you, you need help.

"Oh, you must have been thristy, you drank the whole cup this time" I look back and see Jade put down the empty mug and pat Taehyung's shoulder a bit. She picks up her phone to I'm guessing look at the time.

"I don't know if I should go to school today...I don't want to leave you alone Tae" Taehyung grabs her hand and that made her look at him.

"You should go...don't worry about me, with some rest and more of your tea I'll be better in no time...plus I don't want your mom to get mad at you again ok?" Taehyung said in a low, pleading voice. Fuck I wish he'd hold my hand again....wait what?

"Are you sure Tae? I don't want to make the same mistake twice..."

"That was my fault...not yours.." Jade let's out a small sigh.

"I'll go to school...Only if you promise me you'll rest and not DARE take a step outside untill your fully healed and with me" Jade said with a firm but soft tone. I still need Jade to explain this to me because I don't get it...

"I promise...now hurry up before you two are even more late than you already are...Jungkook?" I turn my head to Taehyung.

"I'm really sorry that your late to school, and for making you worry... that's all my fault, i-"

"Taehyung, please~ don't worry about it, was I at least helpful?" I was kinda worried about that, I didn't want to be in the way or anything...

"Very...thank you so much jungkook, I really appreciate it.." Taehyung gave me a big box smile and I can feel my heart skip a beat.
Don't blush, don't blush, don't blush, I swear if my cheeks go red...

"Ye-yeah...no problem" fuck why did I stutter?! That smile is too much for me...I hear Taehyung giggle a little bit, god he probably thinks I'm an idiot or something....

"You two should go now, I'll see you later Jade?" Taehyung looks back at Jade.

"Definitely, probably during break to be honest"

"I'll hopefully see you in the future jungkook, bye~" he gives me another box smile, I think I know how Jade feels when I use my bunny eyes on her now...

"I hope so too, bye Taehyung" I wave and grab my bag from the floor.

"Bye Tae~ I'll see you later" Jade waves at Tae with her bag in her hand and walks out the door. Me following behind her, closing the door behind me.

"I'll hopefully see you in the future jungkook..."

We get out through front door, Jade saying it's faster to get to her car this way. I turn around to get a good look at his house which is a really big, nice house, with black roofs, nice color of brown on the walls with some parts it being of white, black, and brown cobblestone design. Many windows too....

"I'll hopefully see you in the future jungkook..."

I look back at the windows again.

"Hey Jade"

"Yeah?"

"There's a lot of windows, makes me think, is his house two stories?"

"Well, I guess you can say that. The garage is pretty big, than you have those windows up there, where his bedroom and other rooms are. Those windows right next to the door are where the living room, dinning room and kitchen are, I've never really seen a two storey house so I wouldn't know, why do you ask?"

"Oh no reason just curious...which window leads to his bedroom?"

"That one right there" she points to the window above the garage.

Perfect~

"Come on Jungkook, we need to hurry" I turn away and look at Jade to see she's jogging ahead towards her car, since Jade and Taehyung's houses are not far from each other's.

"Coming" I start jogging after her, feeling a growing smirk form on my face.
