Third Person Pov

"....I think it's time we tell them."

Jin said in a very serious tone, making Namjoon, who was drinking his coffee, spit out some immediately after Jin's statement in complete shock. He had apparently accidentally swallowed a bit as well because he then choked, causing him to have a coughing fit right after.

Right now Jin and Namjoon are at their favorite cafe, having breakfast and coffee. Earlier in the morning Jin invited Namjoon to eat breakfast with him at their favorite cafe because according to the text message Namjoon received...they needed to talk. Which terrified Namjoon and caused him to over think things like what he did wrong and how he could fix things, etc. He was so nervous all the way up until actually arriving at the cafe and seeing Jin who was acting like his usual lovely self which made his worries and concerns disappear....until now...

"W-what??!" Namjoon managed to stutter out during the last moments of his coughing fit which is starting to die down now. Namjoon saw the look in Jin's eyes at his reaction, looking very conflicted, uncertain, and worried... Namjoon cleared his throat before speaking more clearly this time.

"Jin I-"

"It's just-" Jin cut Namjoon off. "I don't want to hide our relationship... anymore..." Jin spoke, his grip tighten into a fist that clutched onto his clothes. Namjoon saw this, his eyes softening at Jin's demeanor.

"I understand Jin but-"

"I just really don't get why we're hiding it from our friends..." Jin cut off Namjoon again. "I don't think their going to be against us being together......I understand why we have to hide our relationship but I don't understand why we have to hide it from them....I feel like we should tell them..." Namjoon got a hold of Jin's hand that was under the table and squeezed it lovingly.

"Jin I'm not-"

"Do you think their not going to accept us?? Just like our parents?? Cause I don't feel that way at all joonie...the others are starting to open themselves up to us and each other as a group and I think it's our turn...plus I can't stop myself from touching you in front of the others anymore to be honest...." Jin mumbled the last part, cheeks turning a little pink from his own confession. Namjoon's heart started to pound against his chest at his cute little confession and the next thing Jin knew...he was gently pulled into a passionate kiss, a menu covering their faces so the people around them didn't see them kiss.

After gently biting Jin's bottom lip, Namjoon pulled away. Putting the menu down and sitting back into his seat to take a sip of his coffee. Smirking at Jin's shocked face as it slowly turned redder by the second.

"Joonie~...." Jin cutely whined as he covered his super red face with both hands. Very taken back by the sudden kiss.

"I couldn't help it, you were being too cute just now, plus I had to find some way to stop you from cutting me off...so now you can listen to me." Namjoon leaned over to pull Jin's hands away from his face, interlocking their fingers together as Namjoon sat back down, keeping their hands intertwined as Namjoon stared into Jin's eyes.

"Jin, baby...I get what your saying and I'm with you 100%. I don't want to hide our relationship anymore either, especially from our friends. My only concern is our parents...." Namjoon looked away for a second, very unsure about the idea of coming out to both his and Jin's parents.

"How are we gonna tell them?" Namjoon looked back into Jin's eyes when asking the question.

"...maybe we should tell them last??..but let's start with telling the others first!" Namjoon chuckled at Jin's enthusiasm, kissing his hand to show his affection towards him. Making Jin's face grow bright pink this time.

Meanwhile....

Jade and Taehyung's mouths were gaping open in complete shock at the scene...none of them able to express their emotions through words at the sight of Namjoon and Jin kissing as well as being all lovey dovey afterwards...

Earlier in the day when just Taehyung and Jade were hanging out, Taehyung pleaded and begged Jade for them to hang out outside in the city. At first Jade was concerned and hesitant like always whenever Taehyung requests to go outside, but Jade couldn't stand her ground when it comes to Taehyung's determination. So after 5 minutes of constant whining and begging from Taehyung, Jade agreed to take Taehyung out into the city.

Taehyung excitedly got ready, Jade got ready as well but with not much enthusiasm, grabbing the essentials for both herself and mostly Taehyung, they both proceeded to head out.

They both were walking around looking for a place to eat since they realize they didn't eat breakfast and that's when they both saw Namjoon and Jin through the cafe window, about to walk in and say hi, they saw the scene quickly unfold before they could even step foot towards the entrance of the small cafe...

Taehyung looked over at Jade, still shocked only to see a few tears escape from her eyes, putting Taehyung in disbelief

"WHY ARE YOU CRYING??!!" Taehyung panicked.

"Their...JUST SO FUCKING ADORABLE TOGETHER OH MY GOD BLESS MY FUCKING LIFE THAT I GOT TO WITNESS THIS I JUST-" Jade takes the sleeves from her over sized jacket and wiped away her tears while dramatically leaning on Taehyung for support. Taehyung shakes his head in disbelief at Jade.

"I just knew it...I FUCKING KNEW IT!! WHEN IT COMES TO THE PERFECT GAY COUPLES I CAN SNIFF THEM OUT FROM A BILLION LIGHT YEARS AWAY LET ME TELL YA THAT I-" Taehyung turns to Jade in the middle of her rant to see her taking pictures of Namjoon and Jin from where they were standing, while screaming her head off about sniffing gay people which brought some unwanted attention to themselves. Taehyung panicked and bowed and apologized for Jade's behavior to all the people that stared their way and dragged her away from the crowd before Namjoon and Jin could find out they were even there.

"There's a big crowd outside the cafe now joonie..." Jin looked out the cafe window to find people crowded around two people, he couldn't get a good look of the two since people were blocking his view and they got away from the crowd rather quickly.

"Why do you think that is?..." Jin questioned.

"I don't know, it's definitely not because of us cause if it was, they would be looking our way..." Namjoon answered, still looking out the window.

"I guess your right about that" Jin sighed lightly in relief.

"So Namjoon," Namjoon turned to Jin when being called with his regular name instead of his cute nickname.

"When do you wanna tell them?"

"I can BELIEVE we caused THAT much attention to ourselves Jade...what if Namjoon and Jin saw us??!!" Taehyung panicked, stopping at a convenience store that was far away enough from the crowd, he turned to look at Jade only to find her still in a dramatic emotional mess...

"Oh my god Jade!! GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF" Taehyung tried to shake Jade back to reality but that didn't really work.

"I finally have proof....I can't believe I'm right....let me just take this moment to appreciate life and how beautiful the world can really be when you wish upon a star hard enough..." Jade rumbled on, still in disbelief and in her own little world. Taehyung sighed not really sure what to do.

"I'll just get us some food and see if that helps..." Taehyung sighed again as he entered the store, leaving Jade to herself.

Taehyung walked down the aisles, seeing what food was available to him and thinking what he could get for Jade, he soon ended up in the ramen section, quickly spotting his favorite type of ramen on the second top shelf. He speed walked his way over to grab the ramen, using his tippy toes to reach. But the moment he placed his hand on the ramen, another hand went to grab that same ramen, that same hand slightly overlapping Taehyung's. In confusion, Taehyung turned to confront the person who was trying to get at his ramen but when he saw who that person was, his eyes widened in complete surprise and the words just kinda fell out of his mouth.

"Jungkook??"

"Taehyung??"

They both said at the same time, Jungkook looked just as surprised to see Taehyung, they both stared at each other for a few seconds before they both pulled away, cheeks dusted pink when realizing their hands were touching for a long period of time. The familiar sensation they would feel whenever they touched each other rushed through their bodies. Causing Taehyung to get those familiar goosebumps on his skin and Jungkook's heart to beat rapidly and ever so loudly in his chest.

They stayed silent, needing a minute or two to calm down from seeing each other so suddenly. A few minutes pasted and Jungkook cleared his throat before speaking up.

"Good to see you Taehyung...what are you doing out?" Jungkook asked, a little hesitant and concerned, remembering what happened last time he saw Taehyung physically outside before.

"Jade and I are just hanging out around Seoul, how about you Jungkook?" Taehyung asked, still a little red from feeling Jungkook's touch so suddenly.

"I just came back from a light jog and was looking for something to eat" Jungkook said, looking at the ramen they both went to grab at the same time. Now that Jungkook said that Taehyung did notice the light sweat on Jungkook's skin, and the white shirt his wearing that clutches to his skin ever so slightly. Not to mention his black sweat pants that can barely even contain his bulging thick thighs. Taehyung gulped nervously and looked away quickly, his face already so red from looking at Jungkook for just a few seconds.

"Speaking of which..." Jungkook spoke up again, grabbing the ramen bowl and holding it out in front of Taehyung.

"You can have it" Jungkook smiled, gesturing for Taehyung to take it. Taehyung looked back up at Jungkook, quickly shaking his head at the offer.

"Oh no! You should have it, you need it more than me anyway, I'll just find a different kind a ramen so it's-" Taehyung's stomach rumbled loudly, cutting him off before he could finish his sentence. Jungkook laughed out loud at the sound of Taehyung's stomach, making Taehyung's face grow bright red in embarrassment.

"STOP LAUGHING!" Taehyung yelled, gently punching Jungkook in the arm, this only made Jungkook laugh harder because of how cute Taehyung was acting.

"Sorry sorry~" Jungkook chuckled out, covering his mouth to help him stop laughing. After Jungkook calmed down, an idea popped into his head...

"...how about we both share it?" Jungkook suggested, his cheeks turned pink just thinking about it, it doesn't look noticable just yet though.

"Share the ramen?..." Taehyung questioned, his face still a slight pink as he recovers from the embarrassment he endured a minute ago. Good thing the mask Tae's been wearing kinda hides it...

"Yeah...if you don't mind..." Jungkook asked, still a little shy about the idea.

"well...you think that's enough for the both of us?" Taehyung questioned again, looking down at the ramen bowl in Jungkook's hand, it is a pretty big bowl for one person, but not so much to the point where a single person couldn't finish it by themselves, plus both Jungkook and Taehyung are used to eating that proportion size all by themselves since this is both their favorite type of ramen they both buy all the time...

"well.....How about you let me have a few bites? I wasn't really planning on eating much, plus you sound hungry so..." Jungkook tried to think of a solution, since they both wanted the ramen and this was the last one...

"But then I'll feel bad..." Taehyung pouted at the thought, making Jungkook coo mentally.

"Ah! I got it. How about we half it, and have some snacks on the side so we basically have a full meal?" Taehyung suggested after thinking for a few seconds.

"That sounds good" Jungkook agreed to the idea, getting pretty excited about it.

"Let's go pick out some snacks then~" Taehyung said with slight enthusiasm, turning around and walking away to look through the other aisles. Jungkook watched him from behind and couldn't help but smile to himself, counting himself super lucky for such a coincidence to happen when he felt himself missing Taehyung lately....which was one of the reasons he went on a jog in the first place, to get his mind off those thoughts...

"you coming Jungkook?" Taehyung snapped Jungkook out of his thoughts, curiously looking over his shoulder to see what was wrong. that little side tilt he did messed up Jungkook...more than he'll ever know...

Meanwhile...

Jade, still in disbelief...was trying to really process what she saw, looking through the pictures she took not too long ago, a million questions ran through her mind...

Why didn't they tell us?.....Is is because they don't trust us?.....Both of their families are a bit homophobic so that could be the reason...but why hide it from us?? I do feel a little hurt but they must have a good reason...right??

Jade's mind just keep on piling questions in her head, as well as trying to come up with logical conclusions as to why they hid it from them while trying to keep an open mind about their decision as a couple...in the end she just decided that it would be best to not say anything until they came out themselves...

She keep scrolling through her phone, not ready to go find Taehyung yet when she heard her name being called...

"Jade?"

She looked up, automatically knowing who was calling out to her, but still nonetheless the surprise got to her. Making her heart jump and clench at the same time when seeing her favorite ball of sunshine head her way.

"Hey, Hoseok" she puts her phone away, her heart hammering in her chest but this happens every time she sees him so she's a pro at hiding those sort of things...

"What are you doing out this early? I know usually you like to come around here in the afternoon or evening.." Jade asked, genuinely curious.

"Well, for the first time in a while, we had early dance practice. It ended about 10 minutes ago and I remembered I had a few errands to run...why are you out?" Hoseok asked, plastic bags in his hands proving the errands he fulfilled.

"Just hanging out with Taehyung around Seoul" Jade replied causally, not noticing the disproved/annoyed look in Hoseok eyes.

"Where is Taehyung?" Hoseok asked, trying not to sound annoyed or anything.

"He's in the store"

"You didn't join him?" Jade looked through the window into the convenience store, quickly finding Taehyung sitting down and eating some food but what surprised her was seeing Jungkook, sitting across from him as well as eating and having fun with Taehyung. The sight surprised her, but made her smile, giving her flashbacks to seeing Namjoon and Jin all lovey dovey together earlier in the cafe. She turned back to Hoseok with a content smile on her face...

"I thought I would give him some space..." Hoseok tilted his head in confusion and turned to where she was just looking to see what she saw earlier. He didn't really give a reaction. Instead, he went to stand beside her, leading against the wall copying her position. They couldn't hear it themselves...but their hearts pounded loudly in sync...one from standing so close to the other, and the other being very nervous and flustered about what he's about to ask next...

"So...we haven't hung out by ourselves in a while...I wanted to know when your free.." Hoseok asked, shaking slightly from his nerves. This question took Jade off guard, making her heart beat faster the more she thought about the idea, as well as setting her cheeks a flame, turning them crimson.

"Well...I'm free whenever your free really..." Jade replied, smiling shyly to herself. Her answer made his heart skip a beat, starting to feel the excitement course through his veins...

"Perfect..." He smiled to himself "How about next weekend?" Hoseok asked once more, unable to contain his smile.

"Sounds good to me" Jade replied, looking through the corner of her eye to catch him smiling to himself, making her feel tingly all over as well as her heartbeat increase even more if possible.

"Alright, I have to go now...but I'll text you later ok?" Hoseok turned to face her, his sunshine smile bright across his face. This made her smile just as bright which made his heart throb with emotion.

"Alright, I'll see you later. Bye~" Jade cutely waved goodbye to Hoseok, making him coo as he waves back. Turning on his heels so he can walk away.

From a normal point of view, it would seem like the two is over exaggerating over a hangout they just planned. They've been friends for years and have hung out by themselves and with the others plenty of times, why was this time any different?...

Well, because Hoseok had something planned for this hangout, and even though Jade doesn't have any idea about this, she could feel that this hangout won't be like the others, no matter how hard she tries to not get too ahead of herself....despite that her heart still raced uncontrollably...

But what they all didn't know...

Was that this was the calm before the storm....

And BTS's new comeback didn't help either.....I'm just really tired...I have one more good chapter before shit goes down so
