Yoongi's POV
Should I ask him about it?
But won't that be weird?

Nah, I'm sure he doesn't mind.
But what if he does?

What if I actually made a mistake? Though I'm pretty sure, there could still be a possibility and that would be embarrassing.

As my mind was occupied by all these disruptive thoughts, I didn't notice that I was using the chopsticks in my hands poking and playing around with my noodles.

"Is something wrong? Is the food not to your liking Yoongi?", a sweet and caring voice asked out.

Hearing my name, I instantly broke out of my swirling mind as I smiled politely at Ethereal, "I'm good, thank you."

Nodding her head, she walked away for another table, to eat her dinner with the rest of SSFIRE, sitting facing away from our direction.

Us, BTS and them, SSFIRE sat at two different tables since one table clearly cannot accommodate that many people. Which I am actually quite thankful for since things would probably have been extremely awkward.

Since I was finally out of my mini trance, I was very in touch with the happenings around me, monitoring their every move as they ate.

Jin hyung, to be honest looks quite elated. He was practically breathing in his noodles. Then again, we all know that he loves his food.

Hoseok and Namjoon, being the more elder people(Haha oldies! Though I seem to forget I'm older...), are eating decently. Minding their table manners and all. So proper...

Taehyung, well he was moaning out every few minutes as he slurped down his noodles. Was he that hungry? Or does the food taste that good?

This leaves only Jungkook and Jimin. Frankly, they seem really weird. And I'm not sugarcoating this(okay, maybe I am).
They look so out of it.
Jungkook low-key looks bothered as if he was carrying a huge fifty-ton boulder in his shoulders!
While Jimin looks so distracted that I could literally fly an airplane by him and he won't even notice it.

What's wrong with the both of them?
Did they too found out some things that they probably shouldn't or would have never guessed?

What's going on with SSFIRE?

Can't you take your freaking staring down a notch?
I can freaking sense your eyes all over me, Mr. Min Yoongi!
Learn to be discreet will you?!
I can literally feel your freaking stares burning into my god damn soul as you are studying me like a predator, filled with unwavering attention.

STOP IT!
I know what you want.
I know your burning question.
But I'm not giving in, so give up!
Give up! Will you!

Y/N and I continued guiding all the members of BTS into the training room, intending to have some fun.(Not my idea. Blame Y/N.)

The rest of my great teammates are all still busy with their own things currently though, and will come join later instead. I mean who would miss out on some fun?
Thus leaving just Y/N and I at the moment.

I really want to enjoy the training later but Yoongi's eyes are seriously bothering me! Help!

Hoseok's POV
Ethereal opened a familiar door that was introduced to us yesterday as the training room. However, when she opened the door, the insides looked nothing like a training room. It was just an empty court.

"Why is there nothing in here?", Taehyung asked. Being the first one voice to his opinion.

Both Ethereal and Flame gave no reply. However, I could discern that Ethereal's pupil constriction, which displayed her slight irritation. Strutting across the court, she pulled down a lever after it had gotten her fingerprint. As she did, the whole court shifted and lowered itself like those we see on stages.

On the side, there was a ladder propped up where we could each climb down. Though apparently, Ethereal had other plans. She jumped.

I'm pretty sure we all thought that she was nuts, and yet, she landed swiftly and smoothly onto the ground below. Her action was soon follow suit by Flame, who hopped down just as free and easy as Ethereal did.
I'm amazed. But too, not so keen of so.

It is typical for me to feel a certain level of wonderment. But what made me miffed is due to the fact that they were both doing such things so naturally. They weren't even trying to show off, completely inhibited.
And that's why it bothers me. Funny isn't it?

Looking down at the pit, I shook my head slightly. With that kind of drop and my current level of skill, I definitely won't be able to make it down with one jump. I guess I'm taking the ladder. Right now it's my life before my reputation.

Raising my head, I saw everyone else's faces starting to crinkle up, seemingly too stuck in a dilemma. A few seconds later I could see them all shaking their heads slightly. And I knew that this meant that they were all going to put aside their repute, and to take the ladder down.

All with the exception of none other than our beloved golden maknae Jeon Jungkook. He stood there, at the edge gazing down.
He bit his lip, his head turning to us as he watched us climb down the ladder.

"Jungkook just take the ladder. It's safer!", Jin hyung called out to him.

Jungkook merely shook his head as he continued to stare longingly down below. Taking a deep breath, he leaped off the ground, plunging straight down. He looked unstable, I knew, we knew. He definitely wasn't going to land properly.

It was as if time had slowed down. I visibly saw Jungkook squeezing his eyes shut as he was most likely reprimanding himself for failing to calculate the distance till he kissed the ground below. Jungkook, inched closer and closer to his destined fall, and all we could do was watch— arms stretched out in worry.

However, what happened at the next second was too quick for me to even properly comprehend. In a blink of an eye, Jungkook was safely on the ground. My mind couldn't make out exactly how, but one thing is for sure. It was Ethereal who caught him.
She's fast. Too fast.

Jungkook's POV
I miscalculated.
The distance is far too great for me to handle. I guess this is the difference between BTS and SSFIRE.
The feeling of falling really isn't that great. I don't have many seconds left before I touch the ground, and yet this feels so long. The time was suddenly passing by very slowly. However, at the next moment, everything seemed to have happened at the speed of light. I was safe. My two feet solid on the ground. She saved me.

She was swift, quick, and smooth. In a flash, everything was alright. Seeming as if she hadn't moved in the first place. The same pose, same position. Exactly identical. If it weren't for the persisting warm tingly sensation in my arms where she held me, and the lingering vanilla scent, I wouldn't have known as well.
I wanted to ask her many questions, as all my doubts and queries ran through my mind. But as my eyes met hers, I couldn’t find my voice. I felt my cheeks flushing hot, and my stomach fluttering. My heart pounded against my throat, threatening to break out.

I couldn't speak at all. And as all the other members of BTS swarm around me throwing concerned questions and gazes at me, my attention was only fixated on her. I could see her turning her heel as she walked away towards 정열. She was back facing me and yet my eyes remained stubbornly locked onto her retreating figure.

I never thought I would feel this way again. Especially to another girl, who isn't her. I feel wanted— it's rather warming.

Author's note:
So the training scene should come in the next chapter(just saying). I'll try my best to write it to the best of my abilities.
It should come up next unless there are some unforeseen circumstances(meaning me getting hit by a miraculous wave of inspiration).

I'm not sure if you guys are excited or not, but I sure am since I've been waiting to produce a scene like that. >.<

I really appreciate any input you guys give me so if you guys still have any more hidden desires that needs to be fulfilled, feel free to tell me. I'll try my best to make it happen.
