Hoseok's POV
*Huff* *Huff*
Well, that was the most tiring thing we have had to do in like ages.
It was almost as tiring as it was scary.
Plus, let's just say that the majority of us did not come out unscathed.

Yoongi hyung's hair was actually cut off a few centimeters by an arrow that flew at him when his hair touched the laser(On the bright side he does look cooler now with one side slightly shorter than the other).
Jin hyung got a cut on his arm when he carelessly tripped over his own feet resulting in him triggering the laser(luckily he tripped at the very end of the test. Otherwise who knows what would have happened)
Jimin went out ninety-nine percent okay except that his shirt now has a hole in it due to failing to dodge the flying arrow that was aimed at Yoongi hyung.
Taehyung... Well he was the most affected one. Stepping out of the laser test with a glorious arrow stuck on his shoe, a slash on his calf, his shirt ripped slightly and a small cut on his neck.
As for Jungkook, he was the only one besides the members of SSFIRE to come out completely unscathed, injury free, and with all articles of clothing intact.(Damn that golden maknae)
For me, I'm good. Just a tiny cut on my cheek. Not too bad if I must say so myself.

The good news is that we've finally completed the darn obstacle course like security system. It was like an obby on Roblox. One wrong move and bye-bye. Except that there will be no respawning here.

"WE DID ALL THAT JUST TO GET ON A LIFT?!", Jimin exclaimed out, in shock.

"Jimin breathe...", Jin hyung patted his back.

"It'll be worth it", 용수 smirked.

"It better be...", I heard Yoongi uttering under his breath bitterly.

*Ding*

The elevator doors opened and we were greeted by the most beautiful sight ever. There were like over twenty different brands and models of luxury cars!

I repeat—
This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my whole entire life...
It's like a freaking car showroom.
Simply gorgeous...

"These are mostly Ethereal's cars but we do have some that belong to us as well", 정열 introduced.

We were all in awe, especially Jungkook.
His face is just... I can't even fully grasp it. It looks like he just went to heaven but at the same time he looked hurt somehow.
I wonder why...

Anyways, we were guided out of the current room and into another section. It was another hallway, though this time it had rooms on each side. Resembling those of a hotel.
But in this case, instead of room numbers, each door was pinned with our respective names.

"This is where all your rooms will be. We will guide you here later, but first we will do a quick house tour, to get you started. I mean we wouldn't want you to get lost and stumble into something that you shouldn't see, now would we?", 빙 smiled though his eyes showed nothing close to friendliness.

Everyone nodded as we continued to walk along the hallway. We were led to a bigger area which was introduced to us as the living room.
It was fully equipped with sofas, a television, a ceiling fan, and basically anything that should be seen in a living room.

On the left-hand side of the living room was the kitchen, where the pantry and stoves are.
And to the left was like a backyard?(I don't know how to describe it) but it wasn't filled with grass but an indoor swimming pool!

That looks freaking amazing though.
It looks like a literal house. There was even a staircase at the corner of the living room.

The members of SSFIRE led us up the stairs as they showed us the gym, training room, and even where their weaponry room is.
You can see everyone's jaw-dropping at their freakingly amazing house.
And this is where we would be staying for a while...
Gosh!

"Now listen here, above this level is where our rooms are." 빙 started.

We nodded our heads as we listened closely while they escorted us up.

"As you can see this is mine, 슈중, 슈라,정열 and 용수's rooms. However, you MUST NOT enter that last door at the corner." 빙 pointed to the furthest door and the very corner.

"It belongs to Ethereal, and you best believe that she doesn't take it lightly if someone were to trespass into her area" 빙 warned,  his tone filled with nothing but full seriousness.

Nodding our heads they each opened their room doors and showing the insides of their own rooms to us(with the exception of Ethereal's room of course).

*Thud*
"Jungkook!", Jin hyung called out.

Turning around I found Jungkook on the floor with a bunch of items and documents scattered across the ground.

Turns out as we were viewing 정열's room, Jungkook managed to trip over an extension cable causing him to crash into the study table and successfully knocking down the majority of the items off the table.

"I'm so sorry for his behavior", I bowed giving out an apology as Jin hyung chided Jungkook.

"I'm sorry." Jungkook spoke as he hurriedly tried to pick up the fallen items along with Taehyung and Jimin.

"It's fine. Just place the items back onto my table I will sort them out later." 정열 spoke kindly, smiling. Though I could see him gritting his teeth as he forced a smile onto his face.

"I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry", Jungkook apologized again profusely, looking extremely guilty.

I could hear Yoongi hyung sighing as he too bent down to help retrieve all the scattered papers that were knocked onto the ground.

Luckily they didn't pursue the matter any further and just guided us back to our respective rooms to settle down.

What a chaotic day and a bad first impression...

Yoongi's POV
"Sweet, sweet bed...", I mumbled to myself as I entered my allocated room.

The design was rather nice and very much my style. It followed a very strict black and white colour scheme with simplistic decoration with varying cat wall stickers and ornaments.

Shutting and locking the door behind me, I automatically fell face flat onto my new soft and comfy bed.
I sank myself deep into the mattress as I felt all my previous tension melt away instantly.

Flipping myself, body facing the ceiling, I closed my eyes hoping to get some shut-eye before 6.30 pm when we are supposed to all meet at the living room for dinner and to settle some other extra administrative stuff that Namjoon can't decide alone.

As I felt myself drift away slowly into a peaceful slumber, I was jolted awake.

Wait a moment!

A fleeting thought invaded my mind as I jumped out of my bed the fastest I've ever been and scurrying around to find my phone.

After flipping my bed upside down, I finally found my phone.
I wasted zero seconds as I immediately dismantled my cover with the speed of light before delicately taking out the very piece of yellowish colored paper.

Glancing at the words on the paper, '凤火晶', my mind went through a stimulation as I recalled back to the instance where we were in 정열's room.
To the split second when I was helping Jungkook to pick up those documents that fell, I vaguely recalled the content on said papers.

Focusing harder, everything in my mind became as clear as water as it zoomed in onto the name on the corner of the paper.

"凤火晶"

I remember it clearly.
My eyes widened as I gasped at my new discovery. Hurriedly, I opened Google Translate on my phone(thank god for VPN) as I scribbled quickly the words into the Chinese section.
Taking in a deep breath I pressed onto the audio button as I heard the voice pronounce the very words that I've heard before, 'Feng HuoJing'.

A flashback flashed through me as my mind recollected the moment when I had heard those very words.
"我是冰而他是火晶。欢迎来到我们的公司"(I'm Bing and he is HuoJing. Welcome to our company)

Everything clicked into place as the gears in my brain started to turn.
정열 is that mysterious guy that I met and helped me years ago.
정열 is 凤火晶(Feng HuoJing), who is also Flame of SSFIRE.

OH MY GOD...

It's like a small compensation for me updating later than usual :)

The next one is the revelation of the mysterious character in Yoongi's past.
I was actually rather shocked when none of you pointed out the huge clue I had planted in a previous chapter. Or maybe you did but wasn't very sure or decided not to comment.
