wow. i haven't updated in a week, i think. and for that, im not sorry. i was really working on my mental health because it was not good at all. i just wasn't really up to anything, not even writing. but im doing a lot better now. and im going to try to update as much as i can because i missed writing.

my eyes stare out in the orange and yellow sunrise and watch how the flaming ball of fire slowly rises over the horizon. the cold air hits my legs as the thin cotton shirt hits the tip of my knees. i shiver at the coldness and sip at my hot tea held in the palm of my hands.

ethan attempted to sneak up from behind, but i could hear his heavy footsteps slamming into the floor. his arms wrapped around my waist, pulling me in closer. his minty breath hitting my neck as he kisses it softly, leaving me breathless.

his warm embrace makes me feel giddy with joy as his raspy voice greets me. "good morning, baby."
