Sonu's POV

'Who told to get up ? And what is this ? You're packing luggages!!'

He rashed in room seeing me falling. When he made me sit on bed my head was too dizzy that I couldn't see him properly. I gave myself some time to be calm but didn't raise my face.

'I want to go home' I said while panting.

'What!! Now ?'

I nodded my head.

'Are you mad ? You're having high fever!'

'I can go. Yuvi bhai granted me a leave'

'Oh God but you're not well. Ok you can go after being cured'

'Now only my family can make me cure'  I tried to say strongly but I don't know my how much strength was provided by my fragile body.

He remained silent for atleast a minute. Then sighed.

'As you wish. But I'll drop yo...'

'No need' I said before he completed. And he again sighed.

'Ok. But I'll send Chiku with you and don't dare to protest'

***One hour later

Me and Chiku are sitting in backseat of a taxi. Mahi sent him to drop me safely at my home. Muradnagar, my hometown is almost seven hours away from Lucknow.

I have noticed Chiku carried some small bags in the taxi.

'What are these Chiku ?' I asked.

'Vo Mahi bhai gave for you'

'I don't need anything'

'Arey Sonu don't be silly. You didn't take your medicines in your bag. What could he do ?'

'Are these bags filled with only medicines ?' I pointed at the heaviness of those bags.

'I don't know what is inside but please don't misunderstand him'

'I'm not misunderstanding him but he is!! Boss ka chamcha!'

'He is not only my boss but my brother too, so I can understand his situation... he was so much hurted that's why...'

'Ohff please Chiku' I again started panting as this topic was painful to me.

'Ok ok calm down... sorry. Keep your head on my shoulder and take rest. It will take long time to reach your home'

I said nothing, just closed my eyes.

Yes I know Mahi was too much shocked and hurted. But why he blamed me ? Did I ever say him to do misbehave with Priyanka di ?

My parents were surprised by my sudden visit. I told them that I took a leave just for feeling unwell. Chiku helped to carry my luggages and went back to Lucknow.

When I unpacked the bags given by Mahi I saw not only medicines but they were filled with dry fruits and health drinks too.

'DON'T NEED YOUR KINDNESS MAN!!'

I threw them in floor and started to cry. My mom saw and quickly took my head on her lap.

'What happened Sonu beta ? Why are throwing these hun ? Who gave you ?'

I said nothing and continued to sob hiding my face in her lap. She brushed her fingers in my hairs and it helped me enough to get a relief from the shit burden......

***Time skip five days***

With my family's company I was recovering day by day. Almost five days passed but I was afraid too for going back. I have to join office next monday. It is also true that somewhere I was feeling lack of Mahi but who cares ? He doesn't want to see my unholy face...... how could I forget ?

I chuckled sadly thinking these. It was a fresh sunlit morning and I was sipping tea sitting beside window in my room.

Suddenly I heard knocking sound on main door.

My dad went to farming work and mom was busy in kitchen. So I went to open the door.

'Hey Sonu bhaiya how are you ?'

It was Ravindra!! Standing on my door, smiling gently.

'Fine but Ravi you here! Your brother sent you right ? But my leave isn't ended yet'

'Are no no bhaiya even don't know that I'm coming here and I just came to meet you... sorry if you're disturbed'

'Nothing like that Ravi.... but how you got my address ?'

'I asked Chiku, he's my friend ?'

'Is he ? Wow! Ok come inside'

I welcomed him and introduced to my mom. She also welcomed him and made him take breakfast with us. He frankly gossiped a lot with my mom, just like our relative.

When my mom again went to household work he told me;

'Bhai I want to talk with you in private'

'Sure, come in my room'

We went to my room and closed the door. He sat on tool and me on my bed.

'Hmm so ?'

'Bhai please let's go home with me'

'I'm already in my home Ravi'

'I mean bhaiya's home'

'But Ravi I took one week leave'

'I know bhai but now you're well na ? But bhaiya is not'

'Matlab ? What happened to him ?'

'I don't know bhai. But he's behaving unnatural from your departure. Its almost five days he's not going office, not eating at time, not sleeping properly... whole night wandering outside even not talking with us'

'He is shocked with Priyanka di's death' I sighed.

'I know but this is not the only reason'

'What else ?'

'You bhai'

'Enough is enough Ravi !! You both brothers blaming me for everything!!'

'Cool down bhai please... I don't mean that please listen to me'

I wasn't interested but said nothing. Mahi's illness also started to creat worries in my mind. Ravi continued;

'I think he needs your company in this hard time'

'Ravi, in front of you he told me that he doesn't want to see my unholy face...'

'And you took it seriously ?'

Ravi gave me a surprising stare. Then sighed a little

'My brother is introvert Sonu. I'm seeing him from childhood. He never express his feelings or emotions but groans silently by heart. He is not acknowledging but I know he is missing you a lot. Yeag he told you some rude words in sudden shock but you can't deny his immense care for you... you know once in phone call he told me that you are his best friend!!!'

'Did he ?' I said with blank sight.

'Yes Sonu.... he is behaving like a mad, nobody can help except you.... please let's go...... Yuvi an Chiku are busy in office works, I have match next monday so I have to leave tomorrow for flight. Who will take care of that poor man Sonu ?'
