11 | Big Brother is a Prince!
Chapter 11 | Big Brother is a Prince!
~Arabella's POV~
"Come on, please?"
"No way!"
"Pretty please?"
"Um, NO."
"Can you just--"
"No, no, no! I told you guys if I agreed to do this cos-play that you weren't allowed to do this...!" I said to Hikaru and Kaoru as they held up a revealing policewoman uniform.
First maids, now police officers.
"What is it with you and the revealing outfits?! You're both such perverts." I said.
"You know, we would try and deny it if it weren't completely true." Hikaru and Kaoru said. I rolled my eyes.
Tamaki stood in between us. "Stop harassing my little girl, you shady and perverted twins!!!" he said.
"Hey! We're just getting Arabella into her outfit for today's cos-play!" Hikaru said.
"What's the harm in that???" Kaoru asked.
Tamaki looked like he was about ready to blow a fuse.
For today's cos-play, we dressed as police officers, or as Tamaki likes to call us, attractive and stunning officers of the law.
Haruhi sighed and shook her head. "See? I knew they'd try and do this. I'm prepared. Come on, Arabella, I got you a NON-REVEALING policewoman uniform. It's in the dressing room." she said.
"Thank you." I said before I went into the dressing room and got dressed.
I came out in the uniform Haruhi gave me. Luckily, it wasn't at all revealing.
Hikaru and Kaoru looked me up and down. "Eh, she looks alright..." Hikaru said.
"I still think she would've looked much better in this." Kaoru said as he held up the revealing policewoman uniform. I glared.
"This is a Host Club, NOT a strip club." I snapped.
Hikaru and Kaoru shrugged. "Whatever." they said.
Tamaki rolled his eyes and glared at the twins. "Ugh! You two pervs disgust me! And stop hitting on my little girl! Daddy will simply NOT have one of his little princesses DATE one of YOU..." he said.
"We're not hitting on her...!!!" Kaoru snapped.
"Yeah, we're not hitting on her, only Kaoru is." Hikaru said.
Kaoru gave Hikaru a "what the fuck" look. Hikaru just shrugged and said, "What? It's true."
"Shut it, Hikaru." Kaoru said.
"Both of you, shut it!" Tamaki said before he looked down at Hikaru and Kaoru's police uniforms. "Ugh, and tie your ties, you two! You look as if you were raised in a barn!"
Hikaru and Kaoru both rolled their eyes. Hikaru tied his tie easily enough, but Kaoru seemed to be having trouble with his.
He eventually sighed and turned to Hikaru. "Ugh, I can't get mine. Can you do it for me, Hikaru?"
Hikaru snorted. "Kaoru, I can't solve all of your problems, ya' know. You need to learn some things by yourself."
Kaoru huffed. "Fine. I'll just ask someone else to do it."
"I'll do it, Kao-chan!" Honey said.
"You're too short, Mitsukuni." Mori pointed out.
I shrugged. "I'll do it, I guess." I said before I made my way over to Kaoru and helped him with his tie.
His tie wasn't the longest in the world, so I kinda had to get close to him to do it. It brought our faces close together, which was pretty awkward.
I suddenly heard Hikaru giggle from behind us like a little girl.
"Shut it, Hikaru." Kaoru and I said together. That just made Hikaru laugh harder.
"Okay, Kaoru, you just loop it through here... and... done. Congratulations, you know how to tie a tie now." I said before I backed away. But before I could get far enough, someone shoved me from behind which made me crash straight into Kaoru.
We both turned to see Hikaru was the one who had pushed me.
"Oops...! How clumsy of me...!" Hikaru said.
"Quit it, Hikaru." I snapped.
"God, Hikaru, you're such a pest." Kaoru said.
Hikaru shrugged. "Maybe I am." he said.
Suddenly, I heard the doors of Music Room 3 open.
We all immediately got into position. "Welcome!" we said, like we always did.
When Tamaki noticed who our guest was, he just said, "My, what an unusual guest we have here, huh? Welcome, my little lost kitty cat!"
Yeah, our guest was little alright...
In fact, she looked a little young to be in high school at all...
And by a little, I mean a LOT.
Because our guest was a little girl, probably no older than six or seven.
She had blonde hair and blue eyes.
Tamaki looked down at her. "Kitty cat, where did you come from?" he said.
The little girl just stared back at him, wide eyed, before she suddenly said, "Reverse harem! This is reverse harem!"
We all broke out into cold sweat.
Did... did she just say what I thought she said...?
"This can't be right...! Apparently, there's still some water in my ears from when we all went to Okinawa...!" Tamaki said as he shook his head.
"Haha...! That must be it, boss...!" Hikaru said as he stuck his finger in one ear.
"The reason why it sounded like that little girl said 'reverse harem' is because there must be something funny going on with our ears...!" Kaoru said.
The little girl looked up at us and pointed. "Debauchery." she said.
We all gasped.
"Yay! There's debauchery here!" the little girl shouted happily.
Then, she pointed at Kyoya. "Glasses character!" she said.
She pointed at Honey. "Boy lolita!" Then at Mori. "Stoic type!"
Then, she pointed at Hikaru and Kaoru. "Twincest!" she said.
My eyes widened.
How does this little girl know ALL THESE TERMS?!
She pointed at Haruhi. "Studyhound!"
She pointed at me. "Female studyhound!"
Haruhi and I both stared.
She then turned to Tamaki, who cowered in fear, afraid of what she might call him.
Frankly, I was kinda scared too...
But, the little girl just stared at him.
Then, her eyes widened.
"Big brother..." she whispered.
Huh?
Then, she suddenly jumped up into Tamaki's arms. "Big brother!!!" she shouted as Tamaki caught her.
Hikaru and Kaoru put their hands on their hips. "We never heard about this...!" they said.
"Yeah, Tamaki, since when did you have a little sister???" I asked.
"And why didn't you tell us???" Haruhi asked.
"You have a little sister, Tama-chan?" Honey asked.
"N-No...! I'm definitely an only child! At least, I'm pretty sure I'm an only child...!" Tamaki said.
"Now that you mention it, you both kinda look alike!" Honey said. "You're both blonde, and all!"
Tamaki struggled trying to get the little girl off him.
"For that matter, are 'glasses character' and 'big brother' on the same level?" Kyoya asked.
"It's doesn't matter, does it? She called Arabella and I studyhounds." Haruhi said.
"Uh... little one? What's your name?" Tamaki asked awkwardly as the little girl clung to him.
"Kirimi!" she said cheerfully.
Tamaki set Kirimi down. "Now, Kirimi, you've made some kind of mistake, haven't you? I don't think I have a younger sister..." he said.
Kirimi's eyes filled with tears. "So you're not my big brother because you're blonde?" she said meekly.
Tamaki's eyes widened and he looked taken aback. "M-Me?" he mumbled.
Tamaki suddenly picked Kirimi up and spun her around. "Okay! As of today, I will be your big brother! You're so cute, you're so cute~!" he said happily.
"No matter how easily carried away by your feelings you might be, do you really think you should make such irresponsible declarations to a child that young?" Haruhi said.
"Yeah, Tamaki, what are you thinking??? You're NOT her big brother!" I said.
"I'm not irresponsible!" Tamaki said. "I'll take good care of you! You'll come home with me!" he said to Kirimi, who giggled as he spun her around.
"So, what should we do, Kyoya?" Haruhi asked Kyoya.
"It's possible that she might actually have an older blonde brother in high school, isn't it?" Kyoya said.
"Kirimi... Kirimi..."
We all turned to look at some blonde guy who was peeking out of a crack of two opened doors.
"Um... Who are you?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked.
"He's a foreigner!" Honey suggested.
"And for that matter, doesn't the door look different...?" Haruhi said.
"Kirimi..." the blonde guy said.
Kirimi just stared back.
"Master..."
"... you've forgotten your attire."
We saw that two people we've never seen before come out of the doors and approach the blonde guy.
Then, they grabbed a black cloak, and threw it over the blonde guy and spun him around.
When he stopped spinning and faced us, I immediately recognized him.
It was Nekozawa.
"Nekozawa?!" we all gasped.
"Master Umehito is terribly vulnerable to bright lights. As such, if he doesn't shroud himself in black attire, he cannot endure the brightness and will collapse. He even has to cover the lightness of his blonde hair with a dark wig!" the woman who came out from behind the doors, who was apparently the Nekozawa family maid, said.
"On the other hand, his sister, Mistress Kirimi, hates dimly lit places." the man who come out from behind the doors said, who was the Nekozawa family's secretary.
"So, wait, she's Nekozawa's sister?" I asked as I pointed at Kirimi who was still in Tamaki's arms.
"To tell the truth, that is correct." the man said.
Tamaki put Kirimi down.
Nekozawa approached Kirimi.
"Kirimi... so this is where you are..." Nekozawa said.
Kirimi cowered in fear and started crying.
"Monster!!!" she shouted as she jumped into Tamaki's arms.
"It's alright. The cursed puppet Beelzenef here is not the least bit scary. The Nekozawa family has worshipped cat-shaped objects for generations." Nekozawa said.
"Actually, I'm pretty sure it's NOT the puppet she's afraid of..." Haruhi said.
"Yeah, it's you, Nekozawa. Yourself." I said.
Kyoya nodded.
Nekozawa gasped.
"It's because of the way you're dressed, isn't it?" Hikaru and Kaoru said.
Then, they began trying to rip the cloak off Nekozawa.
"Don't do that...!!! It's too bright!!! I'll die!!!" Nekozawa shouted as the twins tugged and pulled at the cloak.
"Well, we could just darken the room!" Honey said before he ran along the windows of Music Room 3, closing all the curtains.
"Wah!!! I hate the dark!!!" Kirimi cried.
Honey stopped what he was doing and froze.
"Oh, there there!" Tamaki said, trying to cheer Kirimi up.
"So now she can't take it." Kyoya said.
"The tragedy that gave rise to these two opposite personalities, it is the reason these two are called the Nekozawa family's Romeo and Juliet." the woman said.
"Romeo and Juliet weren't brother and sister, and the situation is greatly different." Haruhi pointed out.
"I am aware of that. It was just a snappy catch quote I came up with just now! I thought it would make it more dramatic." the woman explained.
"Oh... I see..." Haruhi said.
"Incidentally, we have been sent to pick up Mistress Kirimi." the man said.
"Is the whole Nekozawa family..." Hikaru started.
"... as strange as all this?" Kaoru finished.
"What are you talking about?! The Nekozawas are a distinguished, proper family, descended from the Tokarev dynasty of Russia!" the woman shouted.
"Tokarev?" Kyoya repeated.
"Uh, don't you mean the Romanov dynasty?" Tamaki asked.
"But there's a legend, that says that, for whatever reason, once every few hundred years, a person in the Nekozawa family is born, who, like Master Umehito, is fated to be possessed by darkness! Which may or may not be true!" the woman said.
"It may or may not be true?" Honey asked.
"So which is it?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked.
"The Master, as a result of his condition, is unable to go near his sister without his black attire. And Mistress Kirimi fell in love with the fairytale prince of an older brother who she only knew from his portrait. After she learned that her older brother had been enrolled in high school, she's gotten so that she will come looking for Master Umehito like this. Of course, we have repeatedly tried to comfort Mistress Kirimi with bedtime stories of princely characters, and having run out of stories to tell, we have lately added shojo manga having princely characters that appear in them to her repertoire, and she has gotten utterly absorbed in them." the woman said.
"Shojo manga?" I repeated.
I suddenly remember what Kirimi had said to us when we met her: reverse harem, debauchery, and, you know, the other things she said.
Apparently, the maid was the source of that...
Haruhi looked lost in thought. "Debauchery is in shojo manga? So then Sashimi-chan doesn't--"
"It's Kirimi!" Nekozawa said.
Haruhi faced him."--Kirimi-chan doesn't know that you're her older brother, Nekozawa?"
Nekozawa sighed.
"Yes, we have told Mistress Kirimi many times, but she will not believe us..." the woman said.
"Aw... Nekozawa must feel so sad about that...!" Honey said.
"Yes. Which is why I offer prayers every night... that Kirimi will come to love the darkness...!" Nekozawa said.
"No, you've got it all backwards." Hikaru and Kaoru said.
"You should get accustomed to bright places." Hikaru said.
"What are you trying to do to your sister?" Kaoru asked.
"Come, Mistress Kirimi." the man said.
"Let's go home." the woman said.
"No!!! I'm staying with big brother!!! I'd rather stay with big brother!!!" Kirimi cried as she clung to Tamaki tighter.
Nekozawa sighed sadly.
"Nekozawa..." Tamaki started.
"No, it's okay, Suoh-kun. It doesn't matter what happens to me. Please, give Kirimi the love that she needs!" Nekozawa said before he ran off and left.
"Nekozawa...!" Tamaki called after him. But it was too late, he was gone.
"Siblings are such that they are the source of problems, in any family." Kyoya said.
"I'm jealous of them." Haruhi suddenly said.
We all looked at her.
"I've been an only child my entire life. Yet, actually having a brother, but not getting along with him, sounds pretty sad, huh?" Haruhi said.
Well, some times I don't get along with Daniel, but I think this situation is a bit different from that.
Tamaki put Kirimi down again.
"What's wrong, big brother?" Kirimi asked Tamaki.
"I'm sorry, Kirimi, but I'm really not your big brother. But don't you worry. Kirimi, you have a prince that's even more handsome than me, and he's your real big brother." Tamaki said.
"Senpai..." Haruhi said.
"Once she came here, Kirimi became a guest of the Host Club. The Host Club exists in order to bring happiness to girls! Having a brother and sister who don't care for each other and that can't be together is a problem that should not be! As of right now, 'Operation Reform Nekozawa into the Bright, Princely Character that Kirimi Prefers' is underway!" Tamaki said.
"B-But..." the man said.
"Reforming Master Umehito's dark and possessed character...? Is that even possible?" the woman said.
"Like I said, no matter how easily carried away by your feelings you might be, these irresponsible declarations are...!" Haruhi said.
"Have you forgotten? We have someone on our side who is more heartening than anyone else when it comes to altering a person's character, do we not?" Tamaki said.
"Uh... By any chance... does he mean...?" Hikaru and Kaoru mumbled.
Suddenly, laughing was heard.
Then the roar of a motor.
Oh boy...
Renge rose from underground on a platform.
"Sure enough..." Hikaru and Kaoru said.
~~~~~~~~~~
We all closed the windows and curtains in Science Room 3, the room where we were going to "reform" Nekozawa.
Then, we lit some candles.
Nekozawa stood at the front of the room without his cloak or wig on. "Your golden hair, as it flickers in the candlelight... Your shining, ivory skin... Your smile, more mysterious than a flower, illuminated by moonlight... Yes, almost as if...," he said. Suddenly, he facial expression grew dark. "... AS IF YOU WERE A WAX STATUE, WITH YOUR MALEVOLENCE--"
Renge hit him with plasic, yet hard, baseball bat. "No! WRONG!" she shouted. "You numskull!!! Who told you to say that line?! How many times do I have to tell you that using occult terms is off-limits?!"
Nekozawa cowered. "B-But my vocabulary is limited to those sort of words...!" he said.
"Talking back to me is off-limits too!!! A princely character doesn't come up with a sissy excuse so easily!!!" Renge shouted before she began to beat Nekozawa with the bat again. Then she stood with her hands on her hips. "Remember! It's good to have a dark side! Solitary characters work well with young girls too! But these days, the occult, horror, and the like are out of the question!" She then pointed at Mori, who was standing by a chalkboard with several words on it. "Mori-senpai! Add wax statue and malevolence to the list of words he can't say!"
Mori obeyed, and wrote down "wax statue" and "malevolence" on the chalkboard.
"Renge is really ripping it up, huh?" Kyoya asked as we all watched.
"She's on a roll!" Honey said.
"I'm not sure if those lines will be practical for his sister, though." Hikaru said.
Kaoru turned his head. "Boss, are you going to watch?" he asked.
"Well, I don't want to end up cursed later." Tamaki said.
"So!" Renge said. "You seemed to have learned most of the character-altering lines! I think it's about time we move on to it."
Nekozawa's eyes widened. "H-Hold on! It's far too early for me to attempt it...!" he said.
Renge held a flashlight in hand. "Evil beam!" she shouted as she turned the flashlight on and shone it in Nekozawa's face.
Nekozawa screamed.
"Don't let a mere flashlight upset you! Pluck up your nerve! It's not a physical problem for you, which means it's a problem of guts! Edgar was able to deal with a cross with his nerve and guts, right?!" Renge said. Then she turned the flashlight off.
Nekozawa stood up. "Wait, I thought you rejected the occult." he said.
"Fiction is alright. Fashion is NOT." Renge simply said.
"Is that right?" Tamaki asked.
"And you're the one..." Hikaru started.
"... who's always engaging in weird cos-play." Kaoru finished.
Renge ignored them. "And you're not putting your heart into these lines, either! Think of your practice partner as Kirimi-chan a bit more." she told Nekozawa.
"That's easy for you to say, but Kirimi's face isn't as ashen as this..." Nekozawa said as he pointed at his "practice partner".
Which was just Tamaki's teddy bear in a blonde wig and a dress.
"I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT!!!" Renge shouted. Nekozawa cowered again.
Renge then picked up Tamaki's teddy bear and held it close. "Look with the eyes of your heart! The eyes of your heart!" she said before she shoved the bear in Nekozawa's face.
"Come on, Nekozawa. You can do this!" I said.
"Yes! This is all for Kirimi's sake! If you can put your mind's eye to work, I'm sure that bear will look exactly like Kirimi!" Tamaki said.
The twins suddenly smirked.
They're up to something... I know it...
Nekozawa looked down at the teddy bear.
"Hey! Boss!"
I watched as Tamaki turned around to see Hikaru and Kaoru.
They had a mannequin with a brown wig on its head, it also wore the pink bikini with ruffles that they had picked out for Haruhi when we went to Okinawa.
And so, the mannequin looked disturbingly like Haruhi.
"See? We got this one ready too!" Hikaru and Kaoru said.
"Go ahead and try speaking words of love to this Haruhi doll!" Hikaru said.
"Go ahead, boss!" Kaoru said.
Tamaki just stared. "Th-This is Haruhi...?" he mumbled.
"You should always show by example first!" the twins said.
Tamaki held out his arms to the Haruhi mannequin. "Haruhi... I..." he whispered. Then he blushed red. I rolled my eyes.
"Perverts..." I muttered.
"Uh... Senpai?"
Tamaki stopped embracing the Haruhi mannequin and looked at the real Haruhi, who had just arrived at Science Room 3.
"H-Haruhi?! Th-The real one?! When did you get here?!" Tamaki studdered as he tossed the Haruhi mannequin aside.
"Kirimi came to the club room again today. If you've got the time to goof around, doing repulsive stuff like this, then can one of you PLEASE hang out with Kirimi for awhile???" Haruhi said. "Kyoya?"
"Sorry. Busy," Kyoya said as he wrote down notes in a notebook. "Plus, I don't do babysitting."
Haruhi looked to Honey. "Honey? Mori?" she said.
"Sorry, Haru-chan! Takashi and I are busy writing Nekozawa's no-no words on the board!" Honey said.
"Tamaki?" Haruhi asked.
As Tamaki was about to answer, Hikaru jumped in. "Sorry, Haruhi, Tono can't come because he's busy being harassed by me! So, that also means I can't either," he said. Then he looked at Kaoru, then at me. "Why don't you send Arabella and Kaoru? They don't seem like they're busy. Plus, two heads are better than one!"
Kaoru and I looked at each other. "Why us?" we asked at the same time.
"Because! Everyone else is busy, plus you two seem like you would work well together and be a good team! Just, don't question it!" Hikaru said.
Kyoya approached Haruhi. "What's wrong, Haruhi? You're not good with children?" he asked her.
"No, I don't dislike children or anything, but... Kirimi has had me read about fifty volumes of shojo manga to her these last three days! I just can't do it anymore...! If I have to read one more 'heartthrob-romance' scene, I'm going to vomit. And, of all things, these books are really filled with reverse harems and debauchery. Has anyone considered that maybe these books aren't appropriate for a girl of Kirimi's age to be listening to??? Exactly. So, Arabella and Kaoru, I would really appreciate it if you two would hang out with Kirimi without reading her anymore shojo manga, please. Like, take her on a tour of the school or something!" Haruhi said.
"Big brother?"
We all saw Kirimi had somehow ended up peeking through the open doors and into Science Room 3.
Then, her eyes teared up. "Th-This room is too dark...!" she whispered as she cried.
"Ah! Kirimi! I told you to wait in the other room!" Haruhi said as she ran to Kirimi.
"Oh! What's wrong, what's wrong?" Tamaki said as he ran up to Kirimi and Haruhi.
Then, he comforted Kirimi and picked her up before he went into the hallway, where it was light. "There, there. You see? Nothing to be afraid of!" he said. He bounced Kirimi up and down.
Kirimi smiled and laughed. Tamaki laughed with her and spun her around.
I have to admit, it was pretty adorable.
"Nekozawa-senpai?"
We all looked over to see Nekozawa gripping the flashlight tightly. "I am a handsome, princely big brother... I am a handsome, princely big brother... I am a handsome, princely big brother... I am a handsome, princely big brother...!" he said to himself, over and over.
Tamaki and Kirimi stepped inside the science room.
"I'm not afraid of the light...!" Nekozawa shouted at himself. "Self evil beam!" He turned on the flashlight and shone it in his own face.
"He did it!" Honey said. Mori clapped.
"Nekozawa has finally become able to shine a flashlight on himself!" Renge said.
"Bravo, bravo!" Hikaru and Kaoru said.
"Nekozawa!" Haruhi said happily.
"I'm sure Kirimi will be thrilled!" Tamaki said. "Look, Kirimi! This is your big brother!" He pointed at Nekozawa.
Kirimi stared.
Nekozawa faced Kirimi. "Kirimi..." he said, while still shining the flashlight in his own face.
Kirimi froze.
Then, she cried.
And then she ran.
"Kirimi!"
Nekozawa dropped the flashlight.
"Kaoru! Arabella! Find her!" Haruhi said. Kaoru and I immediately ran off after Kirimi.
~~~~~~~~~~~
"Kirimi!" Kaoru called as we looked around the school.
"Kirimi! Where are you???" I said.
We had already searched the enire inside of the school, and no Kirimi.
So now, we were searching the outside.
Our last place that she could possibly be was the garden.
We found her sitting at the base of a tree.
"Kirimi!" Kaoru and I said as we ran towards her.
Kirimi looked up at us.
"That monster scared me!" she said.
"It's okay... It's fine." I said as I hugged her close. She cried into my shoulder.
Then, I got an idea. "Hey, Kirimi! How would you like to look around and explore the gardens with us? They're filled with beautiful flowers and things! Doesn't that sound fun?" I said.
Kirimi looked up at me and stopped crying. "R-Really? We can go exploring?" she asked.
"Of course, if you want to." Kaoru said.
Kirimi smiled. "Yay! Let's go exploring!" she said.
"Come on, then! There's lots of garden to explore!" I said. Then I held my hand out for her to take it. She did and we walked along the garden.
"Aren't these flowers beautiful?" I asked Kirimi as we walked.
"Yeah! I remember, once I drew a picture with flowers like these in my art class! My teacher said she liked it!" Kirimi said.
"That's awesome! I bet it was beautiful!" I said.
"Like these flowers!" Kirimi said.
"Yes, like these flowers." I said. Kaoru smiled at me.
Kirimi's eyes suddenly widened before she gasped. "Woah! Look at those flowers! They're pretty!" she said before she ran off to a nearby flowerbed.
Kaoru and I watched as she looked at the flowers and smelled them. "They smell like cotton candy!" she shouted. I chuckled.
"God, she's just so cute." I said.
"She sure is," Kaoru said. "You're really good with kids, Arabella."
I smiled. "Thanks. I had to take care of my brother most of the time." I explained.
"What about your mom?" Kaoru asked.
"Uh... It's hard to explain...!" I said.
Kaoru nodded. I'm relieved he didn't press the topic any farther.
Kirimi suddenly came running back to us with several yellow flowers in her hair. "Look! I picked all of these! Don't I look pretty???" she said.
Kaoru and I's eyes widened. "Uh... You weren't supposed to pick those..." Kaoru mumbled.
Kirimi ignored him. "Look! I also got you this!" she said as she held up a beautiful red rose. I smiled.
"Aw...! Thank you!" I said.
Kirimi then handed Kaoru the rose. "Put it in her hair! It'll look pretty!" she said.
Kaoru slowly took the rose out of Kirimi's hands and motioned for me to come closer. I did.
Kaoru then carefully moved some of my hair out of my face and put the flower in.
We both blushed at how close our faces were.
Then, once he was done, he backed away.
"How does it look?" I asked.
"Pretty!" Kirimi said. Then she looked up at me. "You're beautiful!"
I smiled. "Thank you!" I said.
Kaoru looked down at Kirimi. "You're right," he said before he looked at me. "She is beautiful, isn't she?"
I blushed bright red as Kaoru smiled back at me.
Kirimi jumped up and down. "You two are kawaii!!!" she said.
Kaoru and I looked at her. "Huh?" we said.
Kirimi smiled and pointed at us. "OTP! OTP! I ship it!" she said.
Kaoru and I froze.
"Did... did she just...?" I mumbled.
"I... I believe she did..." Kaoru mumbled.
We both blushed profusely.
Kirimi suddenly screamed.
We immediately both looked down at her.
"What's wrong?!" I asked.
"It's... it's a m-monster...!!!" Kirimi cried as she pointed.
There was a large white cat just a foot away from her.
~Third Person POV~
"Man, your family sure does love cats..." Hikaru said as they all stared out the window that looked out to the garden.
They saw Kirimi, Arabella, and Kaoru.
And a large white cat that was just a foot from Kirimi. They watched as Kirimi just stared at it.
"You warm right up to even stray cats."
"That's not true!" Nekozawa shouted as he ran up to the window. "Regardless of how much the Nekozawa family may revere cats, there's no way something as an occult as her being chummy with a stray cat could happen, is there? Kirimi is afraid of animals! None more than cats! Cats are what she fears the most!"
They all watched as Kirimi shied away from the cat in fear.
Then, Nekozawa backed up, took a running start at the window, and broke through it. "Kirimi!!!" he shouted.
"Nekozawa!!!" Tamaki shouted.
"Oh no! He's not even wearing his cloak!" Haruhi said.
"Kirimi!" Nekozawa shouted as he ran into the garden, where Kirimi, Arabella, and Kaoru were.
Arabella and Kaoru immediately looked at Nekozawa.
"Nekozawa?!" Kaoru said.
"What are you doing out here without your cloak on?!" Arabella said.
Nekozawa ignored them and kept running towards Kirimi.
Kirimi's eyes widened as she saw Nekozawa.
Then, tears filled her eyes.
"Big brother!" she cried as she jumped into Nekozawa's arms and hugged him.
He hugged her back as they both smiled.
"He did it!" Honey said from inside the science room.
"This is the result of my special training!" Renge said.
"See, Kirimi?" Nekozawa said. "There's no need to be afraid of that bad kitty anymore. With the power of this curse puppet, Beelzenef, I'll curse... curse..."
Then, he passed out.
"Nekozawa!" Arabella and Kaoru said.
~~~~~~~~~~
In Music Room 3, a day later, the Host Club watched as Nekozawa put back on his cloak and wig and went back through the doors from which he came.
"He probably took in a whole life's worth of sunlight yesterday." Kaoru said.
"So he's reacted by reverting back to his old self before the training." Honey said.
"Well, that explains why he's wearing those gloomy, dark clothes again." Hikaru said.
Even though, if monsters come for Kirimi, like evil cats, she'll be okay. After all, she has a princely big brother now, who will fight to protect her.
Even if it means dashing out under the sun that he fears so much.
