RUSH (2) (RATED R)

Baekhyun let out an exasperated sigh, letting the blaring sun bathe his fair skin.  Is everyday seriously the same?  No matter where he went, it’s always the same things.  Nothing is fun anymore and he’s seriously growing bored.

He’s tried everything from simple entertainment to nearly putting himself to death.  Baekhyun lives and breathes for thrill, and now he’s walking around wearing casual clothing underneath the early spring sun.  Sweat began to bead down his forehead and behind his neck, but he didn’t care.  He wanted to sweat due to his heart pounding and blood pulsing through his veins.

“This is bullshit,” Baekhyun kicked a rock, watching it skip a few feet away before halting.  Some people cast weird glances at him but ignored him.  Baekhyun flipped his black hair out of his eyes and continued to walk aimlessly down the streets of Seoul.  If anything besides thrill that could ease him, it’ll be food and women.  Right now, he isn’t sure what he wants more until the moment his stomach started growling.  Baekhyun patted his flat tummy that he surely needs to tone.  Like, what exactly are abs?

Baekhyun pulled out his wallet and counted his money, nodding to himself that he definitely has enough to satisfy him for lunch.  He started to walk quickly to a nearby bibimbap store so he could feast on its deliciousness.  He shot smiles here and there at girls that caught his eye and felt satisfied when they would blush and turn away.

Girls are so easy to please, which is why he finds thrill in playing with them.  Whether it be them screaming his name or seeing their cute reactions, they’re fun but he’s slowly losing interest in them.  It’s like they don’t understand that one time is all they get because after one go, Baekhyun loses interest in the girl he decided to have fun with.

It’s no different than the real thrills in life out there, like bungee jumping, parachuting, and sky diving.  He loves the feeling off free falling and having no control.  Baekhyun is addicted to that feeling of letting something else take over him but now he can’t find that anymore.  He’s tried all the possibilities he could think of and researched.  There definitely has to be something else, right?!

Baekhyun finally reached the place that serves bibimbap and ordered some eagerly, paying the cashier and waiting patiently for his food as his stomach began to grumble more incredulously.  It took about five minutes for it to be serves to him as he retrieved it and bowed, going to find a seat and digging in immediately.

A few minutes in of stuffing his face with food, another guy walked in.  He wore a gray colored cap on his head, designer sunglasses, and a loose tank top that had really large arm holes; extending nearly down to his waist.  Along with it he wore expensive looking leather pants, a belt, and designer combat boots.  Baekhyun raised an eyebrow when he realized that the most thrilling feature was his ears.  They were big ears but it made him unique.  What was also unique about this stranger was that even though the he wore his university tuition, he would come to a place like this.

It’s like the other guy could feel Baekhyun’s eyes on him, because he removed his sunglasses and looked straight at Baekhyun.  Baekhyun’s body flushes and he looked away, focusing more on his food.  He heard his deep voice rumble towards the elderly cashier lady and watched him with the corner of his eye as the guy waited for his food.

He caught him retrieving his food and Baekhyun gulped as the tall guy made his way towards Baekhyun.  Baekhyun could feel his social anxiety kick in, but for some reason it isn’t as bad as other times.  His eyes went wide when the rich-looking kid sat right across from Baekhyun, a kind smile on his face.

“Can I sit with you?” He asked in a deep voice and Baekhyun’s eyes almost bulged from their sockets. “If that’s alright?”

Baekhyun shook his head, “It’s fine. You can sit with me.” His voice was a little quiet but he caught the taller guy’s amused smile.  Baekhyun’s never felt shy in front of someone before and it was quite…thrilling.

“I’m Chanyeol, Park Chanyeol,” the taller guy introduced himself.

“Byun Baekhyun,” Baekhyun introduced himself with equal amount of politeness.

Chanyeol raised an eyebrow as he swallowed his food, “What do you for a living, Baekhyun?”

“I…lived for adrenaline,” Baekhyun quietly answered honestly. “But I’m not sure anymore.”

“Why is that, exactly?” Chanyeol pressed, interested in this cute, shy guy in front of him.  Not to mention that, but something about Baekhyun made Chanyeol feel protective of him.

“I’ve done everything thrilling possible and now I’m just simply bored, so I’m finding something else to live for,” Baekhyun instantly got comfortable talking to Chanyeol.

“Are you sure you’ve done everything?”

“I’m almost positive.  I’ve been in the hospital too many times to not have,” both of them laughed and Chanyeol felt his heart skipped a beat seeing Baekhyun’s smile and twinkling eyes.

Baekhyun calmed down, “What do you do, Chanyeol?”

Chanyeol shook his head slowly, “I’m just a typical business man who’s closed up in an office all the time.  I finally got a few days off and I’ve always wanted to visit this place.”

                “Where do you work?”

“I’m the CEO of Virus Industries,” Baekhyun felt his heart stop and his nearly bulge.  He’s the CEO of the Virus Industries?  As in the company that creates the world’s top motor vehicles, top gaming consoles and anything electronically existent?!   Baekhyun himself has a phone from this industry called an Ebola, named after one of the most deadly viruses in the world.  Everything in this industry is named after some sort of virus.

                “Are you…really?”

Chanyeol nodded, “Yes, my father retired and since I just recently graduate from my university, I have to take over the business.”

“So you never have had…fun?” Baekhyun’s heart thumped.

“No,” Chanyeol gave Baekhyun a sly smile, “which is probably why it’s fate why we met.”

Baekhyun tilted his head to the side in confusion and Chanyeol caught this.  The giant continued on, “I have access to everything possible in the world but I don’t know how to enjoy it.  Say, how about we do an exchange?”

“As in…if you help me live what I live for, I teach you how to have fun?”

“I will give you all the thrills you could possibly get in this lifetime,” Chanyeol promised and Baekhyun smiled.  Chanyeol’s heart skipped a beat seeing it, but he took a deep breath and extended his hand.

“I know we just met, but let’s be good friends from now on, okay?”

Baekhyun didn’t think twice as he extended his hand and grasped Chanyeol’s larger hand.  Something about his hand felt incredibly right and he couldn’t wait for what Chanyeol had in store for him.

                -

They continued talking endlessly, finishing their food together and walking out of the shop.  Chanyeol listened attentively to Baekhyun’s stories, not failing to catch the glimpses of pure joy light up on his face.  It went vice versa as Baekhyun listened to how stressful it is working in the company and how frustrating it is barely getting sleep as Chanyeol constantly attends meetings and stays up signing papers or reviewing new models.  It really did seem to both of them that it was by fate that they met, because they definitely needed each other.

“Where do you live, Baekhyun?” Chanyeol asked at a stop light, watching the cars pass by.

“I live in a small apartment on the other side of town,” Baekhyun shrugged. “Nothing fancy whatsoever and definitely not in a welcoming state at the moment.”

“Forget to clean it?” Chanyeol asked with an amused tone.

“Likewise,” Baekhyun chuckled.  They crossed the street side by side, pausing as a clothing store caught Baekhyun’s eyes.  Chanyeol didn’t let this go unnoticed and grabbed Baekhyun’s slender wrist, pulling him in.  Chanyeol’s intimate touch sent sparks coursing through Baekhyun’s body as he let Chanyeol pull him in.

                “Chanyeol, what—“

“I’m going to buy you clothes, that’s what,” Chanyeol shot him a cheeky grin. “And I’m not taking no for an answer and don’t even bother trying to guilt me not to.”

Baekhyun was impressed with Chanyeol.  It’s like he knew exactly what Baekhyun was going to say, but it was kind of obvious that he was going to deny him buying anything.  Chanyeol pulled Baekhyun straight towards the shirts.  He watched Chanyeol pick a few shirts and went over to pull out a few pairs of pants, glancing at Baekhyun’s lower section every now and then.

“Try these on and let me see what they look like,” He shoved the clothes in Baekhyun and Baekhyun found it futile to even argue.  He bowed slightly at the employee he passed as he entered a rather decently sized room, hanging his clothes and closing the door behind him.  He pulled off the clothes he’s wearing, looking at the countless amounts of scars that beautified his body.  Baekhyun loves the scars on his body, because they’re proof of all the most dangerous moments he’s done.  There was  this long and thin one along the side of his neck that ended just on his collarbone so whenever he wore tank tops, it was incredibly obvious.

Baekhyun picked a white long-sleeve button up and one of the black jeans he picked out.  He was surprised at how amazing it felt on his skin and that it was both fitting and comfortable.  Baekhyun took this moment to take a picture of himself in the mirror before leaving the room where Chanyeol waited patiently.

“My fashion sense surely has not gone to waste,” Chanyeol piped up once he saw Baekhyun.  Baekhyun smiled and returned to the dressing room to try on the other clothes.  Even though Chanyeol just met Baekhyun, it’s almost as if he knew him forever.

In all actuality, Baekhyun probably is Chanyeol’s first friend…and vice versa.

-

Five hours later, Chanyeol was helping Baekhyun carry all the shopping bags he bought him into his tiny and cozy apartment.  Chanyeol frowned, expecting some cluttered mess but instead found it nearly spotless, seeing a sock there and some unwashed dishes here.  What mess?

“Sorry for not tidying up.  I’ve gotten lazy recently,” Baekhyun apologized, placing the bags down in the living room.  Chanyeol placed the rest of the shopping bags next to where Baekhyun placed his and examined the area.

“If this is considered lazy, then I have no idea what the hell I am,” Chanyeol chuckled and then a yawn ripped across his face.  Baekhyun quickly got worried and went towards Chanyeol, but the taller guy held up his hand.

“I’m fine, just didn’t get much sleep last night,” Chanyeol reassured and Baekhyun’s pulled his lips into a tight, white line.

“You can’t drive when you’re tired.  That’s dangerous.”

“Says the one who puts himself in danger for fun.”

“I always have specialist with me to ensure my safety the best they can, but there’s no experts for if you get into a car crash,” Baekhyun crossed his arms, “You can spend the night here.”

                “Oh, no, it’s okay—“

“I won’t take no for an answer,” Baekhyun repeated Chanyeol’s words from earlier.  Chanyeol’s lips threatened to smile as he gazed down at Baekhyun’s serious expression, giving in because he possibly can’t give into that face.  Is there anyone alive that could possibly refuse Baekhyun?

This man is freaking adorable okay—

Chanyeol’s thoughts stopped when that slipped through.  Well, yes, Chanyeol did think Baekhyun was indeed an attractive guy that he really, really wants to be friends with but he would have never thought he would have seen Baekhyun as cute.  He’s only seen girls as cute when he grew feelings for them…

Chanyeol watched Baekhyun motion for him to follow, which he did.  Baekhyun entered a cozy looking bedroom and Chanyeol saw awards decorating the white walls of his room.  One of them caught his eye and above it he saw a trophy in the shape of a microphone.

“As someone who puts himself in danger all the time, I would have never pictured you being a singer,” Chanyeol broke the silence with his deep voice.

Baekhyun held up some clothes for Chanyeol to wear to bed, “I wasn’t of age to exactly risk my life in some cases, so singing was a good alternative.”

“You got first place in a finals tournament.  What an interesting alternative,” Chanyeol mused, watching Baekhyun retrieve clothes for himself.  Baekhyun threw off the shirt he was wearing and Chanyeol saw all the scars on his body.

Baekhyun felt Chanyeol’s eyes burn into his body and he felt self-conscious, knowing exactly what he was looking at. “Admiring my striped beauty?”

“Actually, I am,” Chanyeol told him in a husky voice, pulling off his shirt and jeans. “I never knew you got injured that many times.”

Baekhyun shrugged, “I find them cool although some were incredibly nasty.”

“Like the one on your back?”

He shuddered at the memory, “Especially that.”

Dressing into pajamas, Baekhyun offered Chanyeol something to drink and he gratefully obliged.  He followed Baekhyun into his kitchen, where he pulled out two bottles from one of his wine stands and a bottle from the refrigerator.

“I really like alcohol,” Baekhyun admitted, blushing a bit, “And I’m not sure which one you’d like; Vodka, champagne, or wine.”

“Vodka,” Chanyeol answered in a heartbeat.  Baekhyun nodded, putting the wine and champagne back where they belong.  Chanyeol took a seat on one of the barstools, watching Baekhyun retrieve some glasses and put some ice in them, returning to Chanyeol and pouring the vodka in it.

Chanyeol eyed the bottle, “Isn’t this some high quality vodka?”

Baekhyun blushed, “Ah, yes.  My parents bought it for me as a graduation gift.  I get knocked up pretty quickly but I don’t mind the hangovers because I rarely get them.”

                “No way.”

                “Way!”

Baekhyun handed a cup to Chanyeol, who gingerly took it.  They toasted and both drank the vodka, ignoring the burning sensation down their throat.  Chanyeol already felt it taking affect on his brain but not enough for him to lose sense in the world.

“Alcohol is the best,” Baekhyun sang and it sounded angelic to Chanyeol’s ears as he watched Baekhyun fill their glasses once again, both gulping the drink down in one go.  After the second glass, the alcohol entirely took effect of Chanyeol and emotions ran through him the more he looked at Baekhyun.

The same goes for Baekhyun.  As the alcohol took effect on him, emotions stirred within him as he looked at Chanyeol.  He managed to cleanly pour another glass of it, both of them drinking the vodka like there was no tomorrow.  Baekhyun let out a giggle, loving the effect this drink does to him.  This isn’t vodka people can just buy at convenience stores.  It’s high quality enough that Chanyeol himself noticed it.

Baekhyun didn’t expect him to be pinned back against his cold stainless steel fridge, staring intently into Chanyeol’s eyes.  He wasn’t exactly sure what he was doing, but he loved it.  Baekhyun felt lust washing down his body the closer Chanyeol got to Baekhyun, his breath tickling Baekhyun’s face.

“Fuck,” Baekhyun heard Chanyeol murmur right before he felt slightly chapped lips take over his.  Baekhyun’s first instinct was to push Chanyeol away, but the feeling of being helpless took over him.  Baekhyun loved this feeling and he would do anything to embrace it.  Chanyeol pressed himself against Baekhyun, their hardness rubbing against each other intimately through the thin fabrics.

Chanyeol forced Baekhyun’s mouth open, sliding his tongue into his.  Strength was quickly leaving Chanyeol’s body so he quickly grabbed Baekhyun’s small leg and wrapped them around his waist, carrying both of them to Baekhyun’s bedroom where Chanyeol dominated their drunken moment.

Chanyeol loved hearing Baekhyun’s moans in the air the moment he broke their kiss and trailed kisses down his neck, nibbling at a sensitive part behind Baekhyun’s ears.  He certainly loved feeling Baekhyun’s bare body against his and Baekhyun’s hands roaming his body.

The taller man flipped Baekhyun on his stomach, spreading kisses along his neck.  Baekhyun’s scarred skin was certainly beautiful.  Chanyeol instantly got dizzy but he couldn’t let this moment go.  For meeting the first time, Baekhyun felt perfect against him.  Chanyeol felt perfect to Baekhyun, and it was thrilling feeling someone take over rather than him do all the work.

Not even a moment passed until Chanyeol sent them into pure ecstasy.
