she sung through as the beat stopped "alright that was good" mars said " now lets do this next verse and we should be done here" he said to her as she nodded her head, he pressed play again and like before she moved with the beat and waited for her queue

she sung as the beat played on, she moved around the booth dancing; she loved this song and couldn't wait for her fans to hear it

the beat stopped and mars could be heard "thats what the fuck im talking about!" he said making her smile "thank you" she said to him "can we take a break?" she asked him giving him a puppy dog face "please" she said to him and he laughed at her "yeah thats fine" he saidas  she took her headset off and walked out the booth "im gonna go to the gas station, want anything?" she asked

"yeah a monster and some backwoods" he said typing on his phone. she walked out the door and walked passed the lady in the front where she saw two guys at the front desk one of them looked at her with widen eyes, she assumed he was a fan of hers. as she looked away she couldn't help this weird feeling of knowing him from somewhere and then her head started hurting

she felt like someone was beating on the top of her head "ugh" she said lowly and then it went away with the feeling of knowing him, she walked out the door to her car "HEY!" one of the guys yelled after her she turned around and looked up at this guy "lani! its me miles, I dont know if you remember m...e im stormzys friend" he said to her

"no im sorry I dont but its nice to meet you" she said holding her hand out, she felt bad she couldn't remember him "no its okay its been a while since we last seen each other I just wanted to see if you did, have a great night tho" he said before walking away she was confused but didnt say much as she got into her car and drove to the nearest gas station

miles came back to lewis "what's that about?" he said, lewis was confused on why she acted like she didnt know hi,  he knew they broke up but it wasnt a bad break up "nothing, lets go" he said texting on his phone "I thought you wanted to see your friend mars" lewis asked him confused "naw I need to take you somewhere first" he said grabbing lewis' hand to drag him to the car "get in"

was all he said as he got in and lewis didnt argue. the man got in and they drove in silence, lewis was just caught in his thoughts, he didnt get why she did that, he felt hurt by her. she wanted to end the relationship and on top of that now act like he didn't exist

lewis didnt want to end the relationship but he felt sevyn made her mind up about the choice, she didnt want it anymore and thats why he didnt fight her on it because he knew sevyn. once her mind was made up that was it, there was no changing anything, he wasnt lying either everyone in her life knew once she set her mind on something she stood on it

lewis just wished she knew how much she actually meant to him and if he could go back in time he would change a lot of things and do a lot of things differently because for her he would. he still loved and cared about her, hell, he would take a bullet for her if he had to. he sighed just thinking about her

as they pulled up to a house he was familiar with, his brows furrowed in confusion. "what are we doing here?" he asked looking around as they pulled into the driveway "wait here okay" he told lewis as he got out the car and walked up the steps,  knocking for a few minutes before the door opened and he went inside

lewis pulled his phone out and it lit up; the picture of him and sevyn was on his screensaver, he never changed it and probably never would. he smiled at his phone but it turned into a frown when he realized they will never be like this again, he felt empty inside whenever he talked about her or even thought about her

sevyn was apart of his heart, he couldn't just erase her neither did he want to. he wanted to remember her for the rest of his life, he sighed at the thought of never getting her back. he was ready to face the facts; she was gone forever

he was snapped out of his thought by a car pulling into the driveway, they parked the car right next to another one and he watched the door open. out came sevyn, she was grabbing her things then she closed her door and walked up the steps. as she was gonna open the door, miles had already opened it and walked back to the car

he got in, backed up and drove off "what was that about?" lewis asked confused why his friend didnt tell him where they were going "eve and me have been talking and I needed to see her" he said looking straight ahead

lewis knew his friend was lying by the way he was acting but he wasnt gonna press the issue anymore "okay" he said as he looked out the window as they drove in silence...

"wait here okay" miles said to lewis as he got out the car, walked up the steps and knocked. eve opened the door and he walked in "what are you doing here?" she said trying to have an attitude but she knew why he was here "cut the bullshit" he said looking dead at her 

"why didnt you tell me sevyn went through with the treatment?" he said, she looked shocked at how he knew. miles only knew because one drunk night lani called him crying about missing lewis but couldn't ruin his career anymore than she felt she already did 

she told miles that night she was going to brighter days to erase any memory of lewis, he thought she was joking at the time but he has now realized she wasnt by the way she walked by both of them like that and when he introduced himself to her and she didnt know him gave it all away 

"how do yo-" he cut her off "why didnt you tell me?" he said louder to her, she looked at him with a nasty look "dont yell at me first off.... and second why do I need to tell you about my sisters situation?" she said 

he didnt want to know for himself but more for his friend, he couldn't let lewis think she hates him that much that she doesn't talk to him "because lewis saw her today and she walked right by him like he didnt exist and I saw the face he made... he's hurting" he said looking at her 

"he loves that girl and watching her ignore him is definitely killing him inside. he's probably thinking she hates him and I dont want him to think that" he said, eve understood lewis was hurting with this break up but so was her sister 

"lewis can't know" she said to him "not a fucking chance! he has to know" he said looking mad, he didnt get why she was trying to keep this a secret "because it'll be too much for her brain, she could go into a coma or worse so please dont tell him" she said pleading with him 

he smacked his teeth and looked at her "I can't...I have to tell him or else he is gonna go up to her and then what" he said, she knew that would make it worse so she sighed "fine but dont tell him here, tell him at your place" she said and he agreed that it would be best that they werent here when he told him 

"okay you gotta go tho..lani will be home soon" she said pushing miles out the door and just as he walked outside he saw lani coming up the step " hello" he said to her as he walked down the step and to his car. he got in, pulled back and left...
