I.     A REGRETFUL ODE TO MY BELOVED

     She remembers the summer they lost themselves in the heat of fervent whispers and self-immolating passion. The song of their hearts resonating amidst the gold-dripped sunrays and the salt-stained foam of the seas, as the sky bleeds into the twilight of their youth and clandestine promises are made under the witness of stars. Their souls entangling within the quantum infinity of their desire, heaven in his eyes and hellfire in her arms. Paradise is the taste of his bruised lips on hers with divine fingertips entwined in her hair. The hymn of her pulse and the poetry on his skin, inhaling moondust and the ardour of their love.

( But like every exquisite dream that fades away at the creeping dawn, she can only hold the memories within the cradle of her heart. Longing for the coming night to embrace her once more and take her back to the place she yearns to be. Between the empty spaces of his ribs, within the vacant gaps of his soul, until the stars rearrange themselves in the forsaken sky. )

II.     A VIOLENT PLEA TO HEAVEN

     He knows that their destinies are written by crossed stars and the cruelty of wicked gods. With everlasting tragedy running through their veins, teeth sinking into rot-sweet fruit in the lands of the dead. Grasping for salvation in each other's arms and begging the fickle deities for mercy. Weeping constellations and the memories of what used to be, haunted by the sins of their past lives and the ache of their parting kiss. They are an odyssey of two souls seeking deliverance from the storm, a testament of lovelorn hearts defying the edict of fate. Two lovers in the night, hoping to find one another in every life so that they can finally be together.

( And like any immortal being kissed by the exalted sun and ephemeral moon, he will traverse every perilous road and river. Search for every answer to reclaim his promised beloved from the hands of ruinous destiny. To the ends of the earth, in the depths of eternal damnation, until he holds her once more in rapturous delight and the greatest of bliss. )
