When Lucas woke up he felt tired, until he looked around the room he was in. He felt panic and he instantly knew the color drained from his face. He was in pain and noticed that he was in a large swing seat (4x his size), which only increased his fear.

He looked at his body, and saw that he had a tail, along with some markings that showed he currently looked more like he did in his god-slayer form, instead of what he looked like in his normal form.

He confirmed that he was inside of Gallren's castle, meaning that Gallren would be in control of his body. He quickly got up, ignoring the burning pain he felt, and quickly swam away in an attempt to find an exit, which will lead to him regaining control over his body.

He silently opened the door, keeping an eye out for any guards or Gallren herself, only leaving the room when he was sure there was no one around. He managed to go for a few minutes, without getting caught by hiding behind statues whenever someone would swim by.

Eventually, he did get caught and the whole castle was alerted if his presence. He managed to outswim the guards that were chasing him, but he knew he needed to be extra careful because all of the guards would have their guard up.

He was unaware that he was being watched, until he felt something (it was an arrow) pierce him in the side, causing him to yelp and fall to the ground. Before he could react, he got grabbed by a strong pair of hands that belonged to a merman. He began to struggle, but stopped as the arrow began to dig into him more, which caused a large amount of pain to shoot through his body, along with the pain that was there from him being turned into a merman.

He whimpered as the merman dragged him somewhere, likely towards Gallren's throne room, which is where she would be. Lucas closed his eyes, not wanting to be here. He wanted to be with Brandon, and he also wanted to be David, who was like an older brother to him.

Gallren was sitting impatiently on her throne while fiddling with a potion in her hand. She knew Lucas would have tried to escape, and she told her guards to patrol the area. Her thoughts were confirmed when a loud noise cut through the silence, showing that some guards had found Lucas outside of his room. She looked down at the potion in her hands.

The potion was actually all three of the potions that Kassethar had given to her. She combined them because Kassethar said she could, and the only bad thing it could do to Lucas would be knocking him out for a few days.

She had four drones in the room with her, just incase she needed to give the four a command.

(Just so you know, in this story, drones are a type of merperson or other creature who's minds are connected with their ruler/ the god that created them)

She snapped out of her thoughts when a guard swam into the room. She was about to say something to him, but froze and felt her blood boil when she saw Lucas's condition. He had an arrow in his side, and a few cuts and bruises. She asked her drones to check the guard's mind, and they found out that he was the one who harmed Lucas.

She growled, which caused the guard to flinch while Lucas whimpered and began to shake. She glared at the guard before speaking.

''Put him down.'' The guard dropped Lucas on the ground, causing him to let out a cry of pain since the arrow dug into his side even more than it already was.

''Take him to the dungeon.'' Before the guard could react, two of the drones were dragging him out of the room.

Gallren swam towards Lucas before gently picking him up, causing him to let out a small whimper. She sighed and made sure her grip was firm yet gentle, before swimming out of the throne room with the other two drones trailing behind her.

They entered the room that Lucas woke up in, and Gallren swam to the bed thing (I don't know what to call it), she sat on it before wrapping her arms around Lucas, making sure to pin his arms to his side, and wrapping her long tail around his, just to make sure. She sent a mind message towards the drones, and they nodded before preparing themselves for what their queen asked.

One of them pulled out some bandages and a first aid kit, while the other one gripped the arrow in one hand while using the other hand to pull something out of her pocket. She handed a cloth to Gallren, who held it up to Lucas's mouth before speaking.

''If you need to scream, scream into this.'' Lucas didn't object, seeing as how he didn't want to make Gallren angry.

The god nodded to the drone who was holding the arrow, before the drone pulled it out of Lucas's body. He let out a pained cry and began to thrash a bit. He would have thrashed more but Gallren was keeping him pinned. The other drone quickly began to bandage the wound, muttering 'sorry's' whenever Lucas would cry out of pain.

After a few minutes, the drone finished wrapping Lucas's wounds and Gallren had let go of him. The drones moved to the side as Gallren sat Lucas up. She pulled out the potion before speaking.

''Drink it.'' Lucas shook his head no, since he didn't know what it was.

She made a head motion towards her drones, and they instantly moved forward and grabbed one of Lucas's arms each. He tries to struggle, but drones are much stronger than normal creatures of their species. Gallren forced him to drink the potion and the drones only let go when she motioned for them to back away.

As soon as they let go, Lucas had slumped forward, falling into Gallren's arms and looking more like his human form than his god slayer form. Gallren sent a signal to the drones and told them to guard the outside of the room, before laying Lucas down on the bed.

They left the room, just as Gallren curled up around Lucas (in this, Lucas is the size of a 10-year old merperson, and that Gallren is at least 2x his size, while normal merpeople are about 1.5x his size). Lucas fell asleep moments after Gallren wrapped herself around Lucas in a protective manner. She sighed quietly, knowing it would be a few days until Lucas woke up and until his body woke up.

She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, knowing it would be at least a week until Kassethar took over his host's body.

Up until drinking the potion, Lucas's upper half looked like his god slayer form, while after he drank it, his upper half looked like his normal form.
