It was midnight and the fresh cold breeze blew by the quiet village. Well it was quiet until the day finally arrived
"Ugh! Hhngh!" Mitsuko groaned in pain as she trembled. She was stuck in a room giving birth while the group stayed outside. Matsuri walked around as she trembled and gulped
"Relax Matsuri. Everything will turn out okay" Nitski said
"I-I am calm" Matsuri said
"It doesn't look like it..." Juhin said
"J-just shut up. Let me think" Matsuri said as she tried to calm herself down
"Don't worry. It's okay to feel nervous" Jinah said
"I-I'm not nervous or anything. I'm p-perfectly fine" Matsuri said and Jinah grabbed her then patted her head
"It's okay. Just take deep breaths" Jinah said
"Y-yeah okay" Matsuri said and started to take in deep breaths
"How much gold do you want to bet on that it's a girl?" Nitski asked
"I'll bet a hundred it's a boy" Juhin said
"Deal!" Nitski said
"Hey you two! This is no time to joke around" Matsuri growled
"Oh calm down. It'll be alright" Nitski said
"Hey everyone! Are we late?" Lina asked as she put her wings down and landed on the ceiling with the others
"You're right on time" Yuzu said
"How is your wife doing?" Asher asked. There were screams of pain in the other room making Matsuri tremble
"It looks like she isn't doing so well..." Furto said
"Shouldn't you be in there with her?" Sakira asked
"Matsuri got scared and nervous that she threw up when Mitsuko said her water broke" Nitski said
"I-I did not!" Matsuri said
"Actually...yeah you did. You almost fainted" Harumin said
"We were the ones who called for help while you were just freaking out" Maruta said
"W-well...I was just nervous. I couldn't help but panic" Matsuri said
"You're just overreacting" Lina said
"I just need to sit down..." Matsuri said and took a seat while waiting patiently. Jinah looked at her and sat down next to her
"It'll be okay" Jinah said
"Ugh...I hope so...i-it's my first time becoming a p-parent. I'm not sure...i-if I'll be a great parent" Matsuri said as she looked down
"It'll be a struggle at first...but that's why you have Mitsuko. You two will have to take care of that baby and help one another. It won't be easy but...you'll get the hang of it" Jinah said
"...wh-what about the powers and stuff like that?" Matsuri asked
"We'll worry about that later. Usually kids don't get their powers in a couple of years...well...for vampires but who knows. Maybe this kid will age like a human" Jinah said
"Yeah I hope so..." Matsuri said and started shaking. Jinah glanced over at the shadows and trembled as she spotted her parents
Shit...they're really expecting me to get rid of the kid. Fuck...I don't know what to do...damnit...I'm...sorry...
"Hey Matsuri...I'll be right back" Jinah said as she stood up
"Where are you going?" Matsuri asked as she lifted her head up
"I-I must check something first but don't worry. I'll be back in time to see my beautiful grandchild" Jinah said as she smiled
"Okay mom" Matsuri said
"Nitski and Juhin please stop being idiots and try to at least comfort your cousin" Jinah said
"Don't worry! She has us!" Yuzu said
"You two are also idiots" Matsuri said
"Hey don't be so mean. We're here for you" Shai said
"But she isn't wrong about the idiot part" Himeko said
"Eh?" Shai asked
"We're not idiots" Yuzu said
"Don't argue with me" Mei said as she glared at her
"Ah! Don't look at me like that!" Yuzu said as she covered Mei's eyes
"Don't do that" Mei said as she slapped her hands away
"Hehe sorry" Yuzu said
"Ugh...when will this be over?" Matsuri asked as she rubbed her head
"It'll be okay Matsuri. Just try to calm down" Nitski said
"Well I can't..." Matsuri groaned
"Think of something wonderful" Juhin said. Matsuri rubbed her head and sighed deeply

Meanwhile Jinah stepped out of the castle meeting up with her parents
"I hope you know what you're doing..." Her mother said
"We don't want another chaos to happen in this world because of some stupid corruption" Her father said. Jinah only trembled and gritted her teeth
"...I can't do it" Jinah said
"Well then...if you can't then I will. Just like I killed your brother" Her mother said as her eyes glowed and soon an aura flew out of her body. Jinah only clenched her fists tightly and trembled as she gritted her teeth

After a couple of minutes, Liana stepped out of the room
"H-how is she? Is she okay? Is the baby okay?" Matsuri asked as she ran up to Liana
"L-listen...I need you to sit down" Liana said slightly nervous which concerned Matsuri
"Wh-what? Did something happen to the baby? Is it about Mitsuko?" Matsuri asked
"I need you to sit...please..." Liana said
"What's wrong? Just tell me!" Matsuri said. Liana only looked away and closed her eyes
"Everything...was going well...until...she gave birth. The baby...came out...motionless" Liana said
"Wh-what are you trying to say?" Matsuri asked as her heart ached and trembled
"Didn't you try to at least help the kid out? You're like some sorta witch right?" Nitski asked
"Nitski..." Juhin said
"Powers have nothing to do with this. Sometimes...miscarriages can happen" Liana said
"B-but...everything was g-going well. I took very good care of Mitsuko and made sure everything was okay!" Matsuri said as she raised her voice
"Matsuri...it'll-"
"Shut up!" Matsuri growled as she glared at her friends. Jinah appeared behind the girls and trembled a bit

"I'm sorry Matsuri...we lost her. We tried...everything we could to save her" Liana said. Tears built up in Matsuri's eyes and she covered her eyes trying to hold her tears in

"N-no..." Matsuri mumbled and Jinah walked pass the group before hugging Matsuri
"M-mom...why..." Matsuri mumbled before crying
"I'm sorry Matsuri...I'm sorry..." Jinah mumbled and held her tightly. Matsuri trembled and lifted her head up
"H-how is Mitsuko? D-does she....sh-she know about this?" Matsuri asked as she struggled to keep her voice from cracking
"She passed out so no. She doesn't..." Liana said
"...wh-where is she? I-I want...to at least see...S-sachie" Matsuri said
"Are you sure?" Liana asked
"...just...let me see her...please..." Matsuri said as she kept her head down
"...very well. Come with me..." Liana said as she guided Matsuri
"Can we-"
"No....leave Matsuri alone" Jinah said as she stopped the group
"B-but is she going to be okay?" Lina asked
"What do you think bitch?" Nitski growled
"I-I just want to help" Lina said
"Can't you see how hu-"
"Hey...stop" Jinah said. The group only remained silent as they looked down. Jinah sighed and looked up seeing her mother

Matsuri followed Liana to another room where the baby was found wrapped around in blankets
"...there she is" Liana said. Matsuri stepped inside as tears rolled down her cheeks and felt her heart ache. She clenched her chest tightly and looked down
"L-leave..." Matsuri mumbled
"I understand...and I'm sorry. I'll...give Mitsuko the news...once she wakes up" Liana said before stepping out of the room. Matsuri walked closer to the baby and trembled. She reached her hand out and began to cry softly
"S-sachie..." Matsuri mumbled and covered her face with tears streaming down her cheeks
Fuck...h-how did this happen? Wh-why...did it h-happen...
Matsuri kneeled down and held her small hand. She cried next to her deceased daughter and covered her face
"Pl-please...no...this can't be r-real...no..." Matsuri cried and trembled. She clenched her chest tightly and held Sachie closely
"S-sachie...I'm sorry..." Matsuri whispered and trembled. Back in the room, Mitsuko slowly woke up and stared at the ceiling. She blinked a few times and gasped before sitting up straight. She groaned in pain and looked up seeing her mother
"M-mom? Wait! Wh-where's the baby? Is the baby okay?" Mitsuko asked as she looked around. Soha trembled and walked up to Mitsuko
"M-mom? Did...s-something happen?" Mitsuko asked as she noticed her mother's concern expression
"M-mitsuko...listen sweetie...uhm...I-I'm sorry" Soha said as she teared up
"H-huh? Wh-what...are you s-saying?" Mitsuko asked. The door opened and Liana stepped in with a disappointment look in her face
"H-hey...Nagemine...what h-happened? Wh-where is...my baby?" Mitsuko asked as she trembled. Liana took a deep breath and sighed
"Your highness...we did everything we could. We're not so sure what happened but...the baby...she...didn't make it" Liana said. Mitsuko's eyes widened and trembled
"N-no...that's n-not true...please t-tell me. That's n-not true..." Mitsuko said as she began to cry
"I'm really s-sorry Mitsuko..." Soha said as she hugged Mitsuko tightly. Mitsuko trembled feeling her heart ache and hugged her mother back as she cried
"I-it can't be true!" Mitsuko cried. Soha hugged her as she comforted her daughter
"I-it's all my f-fault..." Mitsuko cried
"No Mitsuko...don't blame yourself..." Soha whispered. Mitsuko cried and kept holding onto her mother feeling her warmth
"I'll be going now...I'm really sorry" Liana said as she bowed down before stepping out of the room
"I-is my sister okay? Can I...s-see her?" Harumin asked as she trembled
"Sure...but the rest should stay. Only family members are allowed...we need to give her some space" Liana said
"Thanks..." Harumin said and walked away. Maruta only trembled as she heard Mitsuko's cry
M-micchan...
Harumin walked to the door and opened it seeing her crying sister with their mother. Soha stroked Mitsuko's hair softly as she tried to comfort her
"S-sis..." Harumin mumbled and walked up to Mitsuko. Mitsuko sniffed and shut her eyes tightly while tears streamed down her cheeks
"Th-this...wasn't suppose to h-happen...not this...I've b-been waiting...to s-see my precious b-baby" Mitsuko cried. Harumin hugged her sister as she helped to comfort her. Jinah only stood out the room and looked down as she closed her eyes
"Wake up little Sachie..." Jinah whispered. The castle were quiet since everyone didn't know what to do or say. They all remained silent but Nitski lifted her head hearing something from the room
"Hey...did you hear that?" Nitski asked
"What?" Juhin asked
"I-I don't know...but it sounded like-" A flash ran pass them and soon the door opened. The Taniguchis jumped and turned to look at the vampire. Matsuri panted heavily as tears built up in her eyes
"M-matsuri?" Mitsuko asked
"S-sachie....Sachie...i-is alive" Matsuri said as she unwrapped her bat wings revealing the crying baby in her arms
"Oh my goodness it's a miracle!" Soha said as she teared up
"S-sachie..." Mitsuko cried tears of joy. Matsuri held Sachie and walked up to her wife handing her the baby. Sachie soon began to calm down feeling her mother's touch
"S-sachie..." Mitsuko whispered and kissed her head softly. Sachie whined as she moved her small hands around
"Is everything okay?"
"What happened?"
"Is the baby alive?"
"Where is the cute baby?"
The group poked their heads through the door and Liana stepped inside the room pushing the girls and guys aside
"Excuse me Matsuri. What happened?" Liana asked
"I-I don't know...I only stayed by her side for a few minutes and w-was about to leave but I felt her hand squeeze my finger. I turned around seeing her move and that's when she began to cry" Matsuri said and wiped her tears as she smiled feeling relieved
"I-I'm...so happy..." Matsuri said as she clenched her chest tightly and Mitsuko pulled Matsuri into a soft tender kiss. She pulled away and leaned against her
"...I'm happy...and relieved. She's so beautiful..." Mitsuko said. Matsuri blushed a bit and smiled as she sat down next to Mitsuko and hugged her while stroking Sachie's head softly
"Oooh! Can we see her?"
"I want to see her!"
"Hey! Stop pushing!"
"Can you girls stop?"
"No loud noises or else you'll sca-"
"Waaaah!" Sachie cried and Matsuri only glared at the group
"Everyone. Out" Matsuri hissed
"Holy shit! Scary mama!" Nitski said
"Let's just get out quick" Lina said
"Yeah before she kills us" Asher said
"I'll be back to check up on the baby and see how she's doing" Liana said
"Call if you need anything sweetie!" Soha said
"Y-yes mother" Mitsuko said as she nodded
"We'll prepare the baby's room!" Harumin said
"I call dibs on the crib!"
"I'll handle the clothes!"
The group left the room and Mitsuko pulled her shirt off as she fed Sachie. Sachie soon calmed down again and started to eat
"Shit...what a fucking nightmare...I-I was so scared" Matsuri whimpered as she laid down beside Mitsuko and trembled
"It's a miracle...she's a blessing. I'm so happy she is okay now" Mitsuko said and smiled
"...she looks so much like you. Heh...we have a mini Mitsuko now" Matsuri giggled and cuddled her. Mitsuko smiled brightly and held her two babies closely
"I love you both. I'm so happy..." Mitsuko whispered and smiled as she planted a soft kiss on her head
"I love you too Mitsuko and Sachie..." Matsuri said and watched the small baby eat. Sachie closed her eyes and Matsuri couldn't help but smile with a few tears of joy

The vampire stood outside the window and smiled softly
"What a wonderful family..." Jinah whispered and stood on top of the castle
"What the hell did you do?" Her mother asked
"I did what I had to do. Save my granddaughter..." Jinah said as she glared at her
"Do you realize what you've done? You may think that kid is innocent but wait until she grows up...she'll be turned into a monster" Her mother said
"That won't happen...have you forgotten? A corrupted child will only be corrupted whenever the kid feels the power. Sachie has a kind and sweet heart...you may not sense it now but...Sachie won't let a simple corruption take over her. Because she has a strong and wonderful family who will help her...unlike you...the reason your sister failed...was the way you treat people. I'm going to save Sachie...because I promised Hojo...to become a better person. After what he did for me...I owe him everything. You may not understand my love for humans...but like I said...they're like us who feel emotions. So fuck off...and don't you dare lay a finger on them...nor Sachie. I will kill you..." Jinah said mumbling the last sentence and left. The woman only stood there speechless and looked up at the night sky
"Guess you were right sister. You're coming back..." The woman said
