I mean it's gotta be. How else would I have so many in one day?

You ever see somebody and decide, based solely on their shirt or hat, that they're an ass and not the kind of person you wanna associate with? I had that happen several times today! One of the worst things about retail is having to be really nice to everybody despite how awful they are. Literally had to smile at a guy with "white power" and swastika tattoos once and I felt sick to my stomach.

Douchebag 1: Confederate flag hat with "rebel" written on it in all capital letters
Ugh. Confederate flags are just... ugh. For one thing, I'm in Maryland, which was mostly Union. So the "southern heritage" argument doesn't even make any sense. Plus this was, like, a fifteen year old??

Douchebag 2: "Why beer is better than women" t-shirt
Some guy had a t-shirt with a whole list of reasons, on the back, of why beer is better than women. There was a can of beer on one side and a silhouette of a playboy bunny type of woman on the other. And the "reasons" were gross, sexist, and honestly downright rapey. My personal (least) favorites were "beer never changes its mind after you get the top off" (YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE CONSENT AT ANY POINT) and "beer is always wet" (sounds like more of a you problem than a lady problem STEP UP YOUR GAME BOY). But I mean clearly women exist for the sole purpose of being useful to and sexually satisfying for men right??? ha ha ha (fuckin kill me)

Douchebag 3: NRA-esque shirt
Look, lots of Americans love guns. And think that more guns means less shootings somehow. I get that that's just how America is, and I try not to argue with strangers about it. But if you're walking around with a t-shirt with an AR-15 and the caption "I'LL control my guns, now YOU control your kids" on it, fuck you. Seriously. Now it's the fault of the parents of the fuckin shooters????
