Chapter 31: Drunk Eita
I woke up, more tired than ever. "Damn it..." I turned on my side, but immediately regretted it when I felt pain near my ass. "Shit. What the hell happened?" I mumbled. But I answered my own question when I remembered what happened yesterday.
"That... really happened?" I whispered. I blushed with embarrassment and hid myself under the blanket. "Son of a bitch." I mumbled. And the worst part is I enjoyed it! I even begged Itachi to keep going! No, that's not me! I'm not like him!
He must've casted some sort of genjutsu to make me say those things! Oh, I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind!
I took a quick shower, then headed out into the living room. "Good morning, Eita. You're up earlier than usual." Konan greeted. "Morning, Konan. Hey, have you seen Itachi?" I asked. "He went on a mission with Kisame." She informed.
"Damn."
"Did you want to speak with him about something?"
"Yes, I did. It's kind of personal. I'm going for a walk."
I left the base. But instead of going to my sanctuary -where I usually go-, I went to a bar. Once I got there, I ordered a tall glass of sake. I gulped the whole thing down, then ordered another.
"You might wanna go easy on the sake there, kid. The alcohol will go straight to your head." The bartender said. "That's the idea." I said as I continued to drink. "Busy day?" He asked. "No, I just needed a drink." I mumbled.
I kept drinking until everything started going hazy.
(Time skip)
Itachi's POV
"That mission took longer than I thought. Look how dark it's gotten." Kisame said as he walked back to the base. "At least it's over and done with now." I replied. When we got to the base, Kisame sat on the couch with a relaxed sigh.
"Talk about a long day." He said with a sigh. "Where's Eita?" Tobi asked Deidara. "The hell would I know, yeah?" He said. "Eita left?" I asked. "A few hours ago. He hasn't returned since." Sasori informed.
"You think he finally escaped?" Kisame asked. "Doubt it. I know the kid's stubborn, but he's not that bold." Black Zetsu said. "And if he did run off?" White Zetsu asked. "Then, he'll have to face the consequences with Pein." Black Zetsu replied.
"I'll go look for him." I said. "You're a real nice guy, Itachi." Kisame cooed. "Since when did he gibe a damn about the brat?" Sasori asked.
I left the base and went to nearby town to see if anyone has seen Eita. "A young boy with short purple hair wearing a white eyepatch? Yes, he sounds familiar." A woman said. "Do you know where he went?" I asked.
"In there," She pointed to a bar. "He hasn't come out since."
'Oh-no.' I thought with a sweat drop. "Thank you very much." I said to the woman. I went ito the bar and found Eita with the bartender. His head was down on the table as his hand gripped a sake bottle. I sighed and walked over to him.
"Eita, get up. It's time to leave." I said, grabbing his shoulder. He groaned, but didn't move as his eyes were closed.
"Eita, get up." I tried again, this time, shaking his shoulder. "I'm afraid you won't be able to get him up that easily. He's been like this for an hour." The bartender said. "How many drinks has he had?" I asked.
"Five bottles of sake. That one in his hand is his sixth. I tried cutting him off, but he threatened to kill me." He said. I sighed and took Eita's arm and put it over my neck, then used my other hand to hold his side. "I'm sorry for the trouble he caused you." I apologized.
"It's fine. Don't worry about it." The bartender said, kindly. "Time to go, Eita." I said. "You wish... you were as strong as me... you dumb Zashinist..." Eita said, slurring his words. He must be thinking about Hidan. "You've definitely had too much to drink." I sighed.
I guided him out of the bar and towards the base. When we got there, the living room was empty, so I can only assume everyone went to their rooms. "Come on... One more drink. I can handle it..." Eita mumbled. "No. No more drinks, Eita. And stop dragging your feet." I told him.
"Ged off of me, you Nuchiha Bervert! I'm berfectly gapable of walking on my own!" Eita mumbled. 'He's so drunk, he can't even pronounce his words right.' I thought. He shoved me away and staggered forward.
Once he reached the wall, he used it for support to reach the hallway. "Where the fuck is my room?" Eita grumbled. "Here, let me help you." I said, grabbing his arm.
"Don't touch me, rapist!" He snapped as he yanked his arm out of my hold. "Rapist?" I repeated in a mumble. Eita faced me as he slightly swayed from side to side, trying to look at me with his drunk eyes.
"Don't act like you don't know what you did! You raped me and casted some jutsu on me to make me say those things last night! I'll never forgive you, you perverted Uchiha!" Eita yelled. "I didn't cast any jutsu on you, Eita." I stated, calmly.
"Fucking bullshit!" He snapped. Eita aimed to punch me, but he tripped over his own feet and fell on his stomach. I sweat dropped as he sat up on his knees. I kneeled down so I was at eye level with him and saw tears streaming down his eyes.
"Why... Why did I end up like this? Why did this have to happen?" Eita mumbled. He sniffled as he pressed the back of his hands to his eyes. "Eita, why are you crying?" I asked. I placed my hand on his cheek and wiped a tear away with my thumb.
"Because I've done terrible things to people," He said, wiping his eyes. But every time he did, fresh tears would fill his eyes.
"I attacked the Leaf Village out of spite, I've killed innocent people because I was impatient and angry, and I even said mean things to Konan. She doesn't deserve to be hated. She was only trying to help me. Yet, I continue to say hurtful things to her. I don't really mean them. I just say it because I'm angry with myself."
"Why are you angry with yourself?" I asked.
"Because I couldn't stop Sasuke. Because Naruto thinks I'm dead, he's lonely again. I blamed Konan for taking me away from the village, so I take all my anger out on her. I don't want to hurt her. I never wanted to hurt her. And now she probably hates me." Eita answered.
"Konan doesn't hate you, Eita." I said. "Yes, she does. I know she does. I see it in her eyes every time she looks at me. I guess I honestly can't blame, considering all the things I've done to her." He replied, quietly.
"Stop talking like that. Konan doesn't hate you. She still cares about you, Eita."
"You hate me, too, don't you, Itachi?"
"I don't."
"You don't have to lie to me. I know you hate me."
"I don't hate you."
"How can you not hate me? After calling you names and everything... I'm sure you want me dead."
Tears started streaming down his face again, and I pinned him to the floor. Eita let out a small gasp when I did and looked at me with a bit of shock. "Stop putting words in my mouth. I never said I wanted you dead, and I don't hate you." I said, frowning slightly.
"But..." Eita tried to find his words, but couldn't. "Even if you went through so much effort to hurt me, I still wouldn't hate you... because you mean that much to me. I care about you, Eita." I said. "Really?" Eita asked. "Yes."
Eita's eyes started getting watery again as he gazed up at me. "Why are... you so nice to me, Itachi? How come you never try getting back at me?" Eita asked as his words slurred. "Because I'm not immature," I stated, bluntly. "Now, come on. Get up."
I helped Eita to his feet and helped him to his room. I got him into bed and pulled the blanket over you. "Itachi..." Eita mumbled as his eyes were closed. "What?" I asked. "Please... stay with me." He whispered, slightly opening his eyes.
He was blushing a bit as his eyes were dazed. I blinked at his request, then smirked, deciding to play with him for a bit. "I'll stay with you, Eita. On one condition." I said. "Condition?" He asked, sleepily. "You have to call me Master." I said.
"Mm... Okay. Master, will you stay with me tonight?"
I smirked again and placed my hand on his cheek. "Yes." I gently kissed him and Eita kissed back. I continued our kiss as I got in bed with him as he wrapped his arms around me. He attempted to take off my clothes, but I stopped him, which made him pout.
"Not tonight, Eita. Maybe some other time." I said as I rested my forehead against his. He gave a small nod and rested his head down on the pillow. "You're very nice, Master. I'm sorry for all the mean things I said about you." Eita said before closing his eyes.
"You're forgiven." I replied. He was quickly asleep and I kissed his forehead. "Sleep tight, Eita." I whispered.
