First Year,
Flying Scars.

Hadrian woke up bright and early for his Flying class. Having a big breakfast to hopefully keep up his energy though he doubted he'd be flying laps around the school on his first lesson. Carden opted to sit with him for a change.

"What's it like?" he asked,

"Quiet,"

"Really? Mum said they used to throw good parties,"

"Don't think that was in her first year," Hadrian commented,

"What about the others?" he asked, drawing the attention of other Slytherins at the table.

"Aurora's nice," Carden rolled his eyes.

"Should've known you'd be friends with the girls," he shovelled food into his mouth, "Malfoy, been a bother,"

"I'll let you know if I have," Malfoy muttered.

"What was that?"

"Carden, leave it," Hadrian warned.

"Yes Carden listen to your brother he's very wise," one of Malfoy's friends spoke laughing with Blaise.

"Come on, we've got a flying lesson to get to," Carden hurried him to his feet, he shrugged his arm out of Carden's grasp.

"You go on ahead I was going to wait for Aurora," Carden smirked.

"Oh I see, you like her,"

"Yeah, she's cool," Carden teased him, "not like that, she doesn't like Malfoy, so we kind of have that in common,"

"Alright, I'm going to find Harry, see you in the sky," he raced off down the hall as Aurora walked out of the hall.

"Wish I had known you were waiting for me," he smiled at her, "is your brother always dragging you away like that,"

"Sometimes, he thinks I don't have a mind of my own,"

"Well, you do, how about after class we explore the castle,"

"Alright, sounds like-

"Hadrian!" he sighed turning around to see Rhea waving him over.

"You go on," he walked towards his sister, "What? I've got my first flying lesson," she hooked his arm.

"Remember that thing I said about the Weasley's a little, surprise I had," he creased his brows, she hadn't said anything to him.

"What are you-Ahh," she pinched his side, "yes, yes I do," he clenched his jaw, turning to the red-headed twins, "You'll love it, now can I go to my class," she let go of him.

He hurried to his class hoping that he wasn't late now. He looked down as he saw they had already begun, one of the boys was flying through the sky rather uncontrollably. He managed to sneak in with the crowd of students as they surrounded the boy who had fallen from his broom.

"Where were you?" Aurora asked

"I got held up," he whispered.

"Everyone is to keep their feet firmly on the ground, while I take Mr Longbottom to the hospital wing, understand, if I see one broom in the air, the one riding it will find themselves out of Hogwarts before they can say Quidditch,"

"Didn't miss much then?"

"Actually, you did," Katherine said, "that boy over there," she nodded to Ron, "his broom hit him in the face," he chuckled.

"You see his face," Draco said picking up a remembrall, "maybe if the fat lump had given this a squeeze he'd remember to fall on fat arse,"

"Give it here Malfoy," Harry argued

"No, I think I'll leave somewhere for Longbottom to find," he mounted his broom, circling the students, "how about on the roof," Harry took off, with Carden following.

"What are doing?" he asked.

"Two against one, better odds," Carden raced after the pair.

"Give your broom," Hadrian ordered, Aurora did without hesitation. He raced after his brother, trying to prevent him from getting in trouble if he was caught. He cautiously took out his wand, "Accio!" pointing his wand to Carden's robes.

"What are you doing?" he shouted as he was stuck in mid-air.

"Stopping you from doing something stupid,"

"That's not stupid, this is," Carden took his robe off as he flew back towards Hadrian covering his vision, as he flew into a tree. He managed to hold onto a branch to prevent his fall, he flipped his brother off as he continued to help Harry get Longbottom's remembrall.

"Are you alright?" Aurora and Katherine ran over to him he sighed.

"I'm fine," they gasped as he looked up at them, "what am I missing an ear?"

"You've cut your face,"

"Is it bad,"

"It's pretty deep," Katherine commented.

"Harry Potter, come with me" Professor McGonagall took Harry with her, upon Madam Hooch's return he straightened his tie as he stood with the class. Upon his appearance, and damage to his broom, she gave him detention for disruptive behaviour and damage to school property.

While Carden received no punishment at all.

"Class dismissed for now,"

"Hades, I didn't think you'd go into a tree, it was kind of funny-

"Funny!" he pointed to his face with blood trickling down from his cut, "you think this is funny,"

"You know I didn't mean for that to happen,"

"Just leave me alone, you and Harry," Aurora and Katherine went with him to the hospital wing, he pulled his arm away from her when she attempted to hook her arm in his. "Sorry, he's just got me so mad,"

"I can see," she smiled at him, Hadrian spotted Ethan leaving his class.

"Ethan!" he ran over to him, as Katherine and Aurora looked at one another.

"What happened to you, fight with the whomping willow,"

"No this tree didn't move," Ethan creased his brows.

"Do you still do pranks?"

"Of course, what better way to pass the time,"

"You think you could help me get one over on Carden,"

"You can't do it yourself,"

"Yes, but I need you to get in Gryffindor Tower,"
