Part 2 of 2

Previously on Escape the Night, ten guests go visit a castle, thinking they were going to meet their friend Coral. What actually happens is that Gothel trapped them, and she won't let them leave until she has enough souls to help her stay young. Alexis helps Coral escape from the glass case, as they soon find the other guests with two people, Angel and Jasper. There they had to find five roses and bring them to Aurora and Phillip.

Jasper lead the group to a nice peaceful garden, with a pond in the middle, surrounded by rose bushes, and benches for people to sit on.

"This will be the place you will vote, and sometimes we'll meet up here" Angel informs the group.

Coral~ I didn't want this to happen again, and now more of my friends are going to die

"Good luck everyone" Alexis whispered to them, and the rest all whispered 'good luck' back.

Angel mixed up the deck, and pulled out a card. "The first person going into the Challenge is... The Witch" Shadastra sighed, and looked down.

Jasper pulled out a card, "The Second person going into the Challenge is... The Dark Witch" Celeste nodded, with a sad look.

Shadastra~ great, I'm one of the first people to go into the Challenge.

Celeste~ I'm just going to be positive, and try my hardest.

The guests who weren't chosen stayed on the couch, as they all let out their own share of 'good luck'.

"Okay, if you two would follow me" Angel said talking to Celeste, and Shadastra as she exited the garden.

"I'm going to stay with you guys to make sure nothing tries to kill you all" Jasper says as he smiles sweetly at the group before taking his sword out.

"You mean, something wants to kill us?" Zeke asks Jasper concerned.

"Well, I mean it doesn't happen often that someone dies here out of the blue" Jasper says before Adding on, "but I'm staying here just in case" he says trying to reassure them.

Angel leads Shadastra and Celeste to where they were earlier Collecting Roses. There waited Aurora and Phillip waiting for them.

"I'm so sorry this is happening to you both, but you two are forever in our gratitude, and we will bless you all with a Magical rose." Aurora says to the two.

Shadastra~ how is a rose going to be beneficial for us?

"For this Challenge you will help save three people under a sleeping curse."

"We don't have to um, kiss them do we?" Celeste asked concerned.

Aurora laughed, "No dear, you have to bury a rose next to them. The rose then resurrects them"

Celeste and Shadastra visibly sighed in relief.

"You will have to find three roses, the same place you all looked earlier. Once you find a rose, bury them next to the people under a sleeping curse" Phillip informs the two.

The two nodded as Angel came closer, "I'll show you guys to the area" Angel led them to the place they were at before, "Okay, good luck you two" she told them before Patting them in the back.

Shadastra~ I'm really nervous, but I can't let that take over and distract me from the Challenge.

They walked until they were infront of Maleficent in form of a Dragon.

"Whoever wins is safe, and the get to take a rose, but the loser will get burned by my fire" Maleficent roared.

Celeste~ one of us is going to get burnt to death!?

Shadastra~ but I don't want to be burnt food ಠ益ಠ

"Good luck Celeste" Shadastra said as she got into a running position.

Celeste nodded, "Good luck to you too"

"Ready, set...Go!" Angel counted them down as the two took off.

Celeste ran over to a lake in hopes of finding a rose.

Celeste~ They must have added in more fog Because it's gotten harder to see!

Shadastra went over to a cave, she went inside and went farther into it untile she found a rose.

She hurried back to where her three bodies layed, and digged a hole to put the Rose in.

Shadastra was finishing burying the rose, when she saw Celeste come running to where her three bodies layed and started to dig a hole next to a person.

The person Shadastra saved, got up and hugged her, and thanked her before running off.

Celeste finished burying her rose but she didn't wait for the person to come back to life before taking off to find her second rose.

Celeste~ I cannot waste time

Celeste went over to a graveyard that had even more fog. "I cannot see anything, why is there so much fog" she groaned.

Meanwhile, Shadastra was on a path she found. The path lead her to a podium with a rose on it.

"Okay, that's way too easy" she whispered to herself

Shadastra~ So I decided to do what I always see in the movies, where they gradually take whatever is on the podium off, and quickly replace it with something of the same weight.

Celeste soon found a rose next to a grave, "this is probably really inappropriate, and I'm sorry if I'm disrespecting you, but there's people under a sleeping curse, that well umm, can actually be saved, and I gotta win, so um sorry!" She picked up the rose and quickly ran back to the second body and dug a hole for the rose.

Shadastra found a different flower and replaced the rose without causing trouble.

She ran back to the second body, seeing Celeste run off to find her third rose.  Seeing that, Shadastra quickly burried the rose and took off.

Celeste ended up finding her last Rose behind a rock, she took off to her last body when Shadastra appeared with her last rose too.

Shadastra~ this is really nerve racking! We're tied right now, and the fact we're both racing to dig our last rose..

The two races to bury their last rose, "Shadastra I'm really sorry" Celeste said as she stood up and the person she saved came back to life.

Shadastra slowly got up, as Maleficent made her way to Shadastra.

Shadastra~ so this is how I die

"No wait don't!" Celeste tried to to the dragon, but Maleficent spat out fire, burning Shadastra alive, leaving nothing but ashes.

Celeste stood there with wide eyes. Maleficent tossed the rose towards her, as Maleficent vanished before her.

Celeste~ I feel really bad for teachnically Being the cause of her death, but I'm happy I'm alive.

Celeste made her way back to Angel, who was joined by Aurora and Phillip.

"Here's the rose" she said shakily.

Aurora engulfed Celeste into a hug, "I'm so sorry you had to go through that, but we're forever grateful."

Celeste only nodded, "Okay, bye Mom and Dad. I have to go help them with the rest of the time their here.

Aurora and Phillip hugged Angel, and they too vanished.

Angel and Celeste walked back to the garden where they saw the group.

They all looked up, and looked sad at the lost of their friend, but happy that one of them was safe.

Celeste gave the rose to Jasper, who put it in a vase, and on the concrete of a water fountain.

A note fluttered from the sky, as Violet picked it up, 'That's only just the beginning' she read.
