Error numbly held the doll of Ink in his hands.

His mind faintly recalled yesterday's argument...

"Ink, please! We can figure it out!"

"That's the thing, Error. We can't."

Ink was breaking up with him.

Ink had been so hesitant to even start dating Error. He knew he felt different about the destroyer, he just did. But they both knew the secret of his vials. Error was insistent that it would work and Ink tried his best to believe in that too. That he could love Error. That they could work it out. Somewhere deep in the pits of his nonexistent soul, he truly loved Error. 

But somewhere even deeper, he was scared.

He was scared that this was all a lie. That his vials were faker than they thought.

That he didn't love Error back.

Error was always so sweet with him. Comforting him when he had a nightmare, cheering him up when he felt down...he didn't deserve someone like him. He deserved someone who could actually care about him.

"Ink please! I-I love you, I don't want anyone else! Please just-"

"Error...you deserve...so much better than me." Even though Ink's eyes were blank and white, he was crying yet smiling at the same time. It hurt to do this to Error, to them. But he didn't deserve Error, and he never will.
