Nightmare sobbed silently, cyan tears streaming from his eyes.

Today was definitely not the best day.

First the day started out in the morning, he couldn't find error anywhere. It worried him but he knew error could manage on his own. Hes not weak.

Nightmare had left the au his castle was in to grab some supplies. He had not intentions on hurting anyone. But that doesn't stop people from assuming. He was immediately attacked and tormented. He ran out of the au as fast as he could, but some of his wounds from the magic attacks prevented that.

Afterwards, nightmare looked around for error, hoping to find his boyfriend as soon as possible.

He had portaled back to the castle with his left over energy. Negative thoughts began to cloud his mind.

He deserved this. He deserved all the pain he received. He makes evreyones life miserable. It would be better if he would just die. It's not like anyone would care.

Nightmare then broke down in sobs on the grass in front of the castle. Where he currently is.

Nightmare just wanted to be held by error. He wanted error to whisper sweet nothings to him while holding him close to his chest.

The sound of a portal opening jolted nightmares senses. He quickly turned around to see error stepping through it.

Error turned to see nightmare crying on the grass. Worry spiked errors soul.

Ink had been on a creating spree again. He had to destroy twice as many aus to keep the balance. He was woke by the sharp pain in his soul. Indicating another au had been made. It was fates wake up call to destroy.

Error quickly ran over to nightmare and scooped him up in his arms. Holding the quivering skeleton close.

"Shhh...its okay nighty...calm down. Explain to me what happened later alright? Are you hurt?"  Error says while carrying nightmare into the castle

The gang gave error a concerned look but error shot one back. One that said not to ask in the moment.

Nightmare nodded shakily while reaching his hands up to grab errors jaket. Wanting to keep as much contact with error as possible.

Error sighs worriedly and carries his boyfriend up to the bathroom. There are medical supplies in the drawers. Error had put them there due to his battles with ink. He never could predict how badly he could be hurt.

"Tell me where dear." Error says softly.

He made sure to keep his voice at a soft tone. Loud noises often upsets nightmare.

Nightmare let out a shaky breath. He pointed to his legs. While being attacked, a monster had shot bone attacks at both of his legs, leaving them the most damaged.

Error nodded and set nightmare down on the sink counter.

Error began to patch up nightmares wounds.

Error had finished up wrapping nightmares injuries. He picked him back up and carried him to their room.

Nightmare held on to error tightly, not wanting to let go. He didn't want to loose contact.

Error placed nightmare down on their bed and under the covers. He crawled in next to him and pulled him close to his chest.

Nightmare blushed softly, his crying had calmed down and had decreased into soft whimpers.

"Are you okay baby..?"  Error asks his boyfriend softly. Wanting to make sure.

Nightmare nodded and rested his head against errors chest. Listening to his souls beat quietly in his chest.

"Y-yeah...." nightmare mumbled.

Error sighs and places gentle kisses over nightmares face. Causing nightmare to laugh softly.

"I love you sweetheart...." error said sweetly before kissing nightmares cheek. Causing the other to blush.

"I-i love you too..."
