"Moxxie! What happened to you?" Maria rushes over to her child on the floor. Her eyes lock on their side of their forehead and hair. Black blood.

Moxxie stare while muttering under their breath, "I fell".

"How the-Moxxie did you cut head against the chair? The edge of the table?"

"Maria let me. I got this." Medea get in front of Moxxie. Does the usual test.

The little imp stared at the Doc as he asked him questions and answered back. While inside felt like they wanted to hit themselves. That was too close and stupid on their part.

Glance at the part of their room where the portal once stood. To close. That was too close if they didn't check the time in time and escape. Well, they did along with struck by the back of the head by a rock. Not fun.

"Let's bring him back at the clinic."

"I'm fine." Put their glasses back on.

"Well, do it for your Madre sake and to get no infection."

Sees her shaken up a bit, along with the blood on her glove. Their blood. That made them a bit sad to make their Madre worry about them. Probably a reminder of when they were younger with a head injury when she found them. A small nod as they stood by her side. They stayed overnight on the safe side, for a checkup and another set of bandages wrapped around their forehead like before.

Moxxie only goes to space in less hours and only at night time. 

Then school started up. It was rough to say the least. A few too many incidents of bullying that they kept under wraps so Maria wouldn't get involved. It was complicated at times to not hit back so they could be left alone. Then one incident got way to far that Maria pulled Moxxie out of school to be homeschool.

Wrath tries it best what they have for a school system. Either you go low or go high. Some don't go all the full way already making decisions. Or don't care. Some stay for well the whole high school wrath experience. It is their choice in the end.

Pass or fail.

Moxxie made a decision when talking to their homeschool teacher. Want to finish everything soon. Even the high school test. Want to focus on their two part time jobs and help with Madre during the whiskey season. After that I'm not sure but want to not worry too much about school.

It works out at the end.

What should have been the start of High school freshman year? Already graduated and didn't have to go. Follow a schedule of sorts with chores, work and their own hobbies. Can see how their Madre gets worried look and the calls to Susy. Worry they are overworking themselves and try to get to have breaks.

They do take breaks; it is just different that's all. During their 'sleep time'.

Friends...They talk with enough people at work. Along with Striker random phone calls. But that is not friendship! Liar.

They are fine. They are happy. They get to make choices that mean a lot to them.

Now how to tell a little Frogmouth to stop telling her folks they are imaginary friends. Who luckily found her in space and brought her back home to one the other seven rings. The red ring one. No, what they shouldn't have done was give her that plushie that can be used to contact them. Which is a lot. It was also their fault answering them.

Should have just dropped her off on the animal planet.

Charlie and everyone around to celebrate creating the new hotel. A lot happening in the last

Celebration all around the Pride Ring of no more Extermination. The leader of the Exterminating is dead along with a few other angels. Who became meals to the surviving cannibals. 

The Hotel grounds were the ones that got damaged along with some parts of the hotel. The only bodies to clean up were the fallen cannibals that took part in the battle. Rosie took care of that. It was a bit of work around, along with taking care of the injuries. Along with the way fix up the hotel thanks to Lucifer help. Then hold a memorial for Sir Pentious, and Dazzle.

A small relaxation period.

Figure out the next step. Maybe I can try another talk with Sera and the others.

"Charlie, are you sure?"

"I'm just going to go over to the embassy and maybe can leave a message." Charlie looks at Vaggie as they walk through the hotel.

"Maybe it's a bit too soon." The angel tilts her head.

"I know but we can't wait either."

"How about I come along."

"That be great!"

Told the others they would go back and drove to Pride.

It was still well liver as ever. Along with killing, stabbing, explosion, drug over dose, fucking, and lots of screaming. Just rowdier ever since the announcement the Extermination over.

When they arrived at the Embassy. It was still untouched. Many have tried to ruin it but it never could happen. Yet, if anyone notices or cares. The clock tower did stop along with a lack of glow. The sand not turning to start over. The major idea is making everyone think that another reason there won't be another one.

The two went inside the place. Still silent, empty and creepy as ever.

"Do we know how this can work?" Vaggie muttered.

"I mean maybe if you ding the bell. Could you send a letter?  You're well more of an angel than me."

"Charlie."

"I mean literally you're from up there."

"...Fair. I can give it a shot." Hand out to touch the bell.

"It's not going to work."

Both jump back from the desk. Vaggie weapon already out while Charlie stayed alert. The pair trying to find the voice. Until they see the chair behind the desk spun around. Just wearing a gray heavy clock. Only other color was a clip charm around the center. A blue scarf underneath. Couldn't figure out what it is. It was their appearance. A black armor mask like a night. Two thin slits around the eye areas not able to see anything. It did look like down those eye slits to the cheek there were designs. As if they were crying? It wasn't like the Exterminators mask or Adam that show expression. This was just a mask. Floating on top of their head was half of a halo glowing an odd gray color. 

"Who are you?"

"How you get in here?" Vaggie points the spear closer.

"The back door."

"Listen you smart ass. You're not supposed to be here."

"By what grounds?"

Before Vaggie could respond Charlie cut her off. "Vaggie look!"

Vaggie looked at Charlie pointing at the halo that was in half. She blinks in confusion as she hasn't seen a sight like that before. It was a bit off.

Yet, all this fell off.

"Wait you said it not going to work? What do you mean?"

"Like I said it won't work. The only way you can talk, send a letter or reach up to there would possibly be your father." Point above. "If they answer."

"But. What? How you know?"

"A gut feeling you are coming here soon. So, I wait. Wait. Wait. Till someone arrives."

"So, are you a representative?"

"Not even close. I just volunteered because I have a question for you."

"A question?"

"What you big plan now Charlotte?"

Not the question she expected to hear but can get another one to listen to. " Do you know what going on down here?"

"Yes, I was made very aware what going on here a few days ago." A hint of displacements.

Her eyes widen. This could work. Even to just listen. Report back. Even if the situation is a bit worrying about the news and this behavior. Keep pushing to make sure this dream can happen. Even Emily thinks there is a chance and possibility. I hope to talk again with them about this in person. Or just another holo meeting to work together. Figure it out what to do as none of you seem to know how a soul goes into Heaven. This could work. No, more death. No, more Extermination won't have to happen every year

Usually, Charlie gets some kind of reaction. Even just the negatives, laughed at, being called child with an impossible dream. Maybe occasionally some positives of sorts to help and listen to her idea.

But this.

"I should have used my wording better. Let's forget the Hotel just for a few minutes. Keeps those dreams, ideas and ambitions on pause." Move their long sleeve robe hand around, "How are you going to fix the overpopulation issue."

"Well, like I said my hotel."

"I said forget the hotel."

"I." Charlie frown a little. There wasn't a lack of bite per say.

"Hey she trying to give you an answer."

"An apparently, I have to keep changing my wording for both of you to listen. So, listen closely in this way. Let's say your hotel works. Congrats. You showed everyone a possibility of redeeming a sinner. You beat the system. You prove to everyone it can happen. That good. Not all do deserve to come down here."

Charlie smiles a bit at that.

"But let say only five are able to cross a year. Only five. While every day you have sinners' population growing. Ones who don't want to do this. One who finds this a joke." Lean closer.

Now Charlie was getting a bit weary. "I know many are cruel. I know many of my citizens see this as a joke. Don't want to get redeemed. A few like being here. But if maybe over time a few of them could change their mind. Even the ones in Heaven. Could possible."

Lean further back against the chair and let out a sigh. "Yall shouldn't have killed Adam."

"He was sexist, rude, cruel man who enjoyed slaughtering my people. He hurt Vaggie-"

"Lute hurt her. Adam should have taken Vaggie and brought her back. Then reprimanded Lute for punishing you like that. That's on the two of them. Already got on Lute losing an arm at least of her worries." Cut her off and look at Vaggie. "And you shouldn't have let that child go. That wasn't a Hellborn child but a sinner. A cannibal old man who took the form of child during their death. Prey to easily fall for their young appearance."

Vaggie was angry but also stunned. How did they know that? It was so specific. But she was also confused about the comment about the child she let go away

"Your snake companion is also on in Heaven."

The two were stunned by what they just heard. Then a photo appeared and floated at the pair. It was indeed Sir Pentious just well angelic. Charlie tears up as she holds the picture. It actually works. She proof redemption work.

"Extermination is on hold till next year."

Smile falls down. "What? Wait. But it works! We don't need to keep doing this! We don't need to keep slaughtering my people!"

They stared at her for a long time as they let out another sigh as they shook their heads. "Charlie open your eyes. "

"I am opening my eyes! You all aren't!" Charlie growled as her eyes changed, horns formed. "It can work everyone can be redeemed."

The being didn't look scared in the slightest. The mask was also in the way too. "That is where you are wrong. Not everyone deserved redemption. A chance yes but how long till the chances wrong dry. Chances, choices have a limit."

Before she continue, they stood up. The girls realize how tall they are.

"Like those overlords. I warn Adam to focus on them. To go high. He wouldn't listen or complain about time. Then how overlords gotten sneaky, magic to keep them protected during this year. Smart on survival." Tilt their head. "I'm coming after them first."

Charlie couldn't say a word even Vaggie was not sure what to say.

"Also." A hand stick through a portal and suddenly pulls out a bound, horn woman. "Take this back. Another mistake on Adam part from hiding this."

Both girls' eyes widen further who they are seeing.

"Mom!"

Throws Lilith at Charlie direction.

Charlie caught her in time. She lowers her down with Vaggie help. Eyes widened at her mother as she came out of a fight. Bruises, hair a mess, busted lips and just a sight to see her like this. Rope of some sort vanished off her. Look at their direction and summon her trident. Furry as her mind wonder what cruelty bestowed on their mother for seven years. "What did Adam do to her?!"

"Gave her a beach to tan for the past seven year when she came to him for a deal." Eyes stared down at her. "I got a message she was there. Where she is not supposed to be. Adam died. Deal over. She didn't want to go back. I gave her three warnings to leave. She attacks. I defend and attack back."

"You're lying! She wouldn't just." Charlie mind wandering to different excuses or anything.

Stare at her for a very long time. "You talk to her then. I'm just here to deliver her back. That Sir Pentious is safe and with Emily. Redemption will be looked over so your hotel will not be attacked. A safe spot to stay. But the Extermination will continue again. Hellborns won't be targeted like before."

One minute happy to hear so much of that. That is work. Sinners can be redeemed and he is safe. The Hotel plan so far but was a bit confused. Until the last part answered with his face filled with horror. "This isn't fair! "

"But it fair for the ones above to see their murders, abusers, slavers, rapists, and traitors again in Heaven" The portal still open behind them but it didn't look like Heaven. Was that space? "Heaven not perfect I can clarify that and being investigated. But I'm going to do what I can to make sure no uprising happens again like before."

"Uprising? Heaven attacked first and the start of the purge. My mom wanted to give them a chance!"

"You sheltered, clueless child." They shook their head and turn around to walk to the portal. "Go to the Sin of Wrath. They will tell you the real truth as they aren't bound to the fakes. Another shall call you about the Redemption plan or what to do. So, I'd better hope you have a way to figure out like the others how it was done. Until then. Be prepared Morningstar. "

The portal closes shut before Charlie can utter out anything else. She stares at the spot as her form dies down. Vaggie shouting at her that Lilith hacking up blood. Her mind couldn't stop but think, think, think. She got nothing besides one thing crossed her mind.
