~Cubed's POV~

I sat on my laptop, searching online and pulling up Discord. I didn't hear V walk up to the door.

"What are you doing?" V asked from the doorway.

I jumped slightly. "Trying to get in contact with Peter and Dominik. Eric just seemed....off."

V nodded, walking over and sitting next to me. "How lon-"

There was ringing, and I answered it, seeing Dottie appear.

"Finally! Have you seen Eric, I don't know where he wasn't and I really am worried and-"

"Woah, woah, calm down," I say, raising up one hand. "That's why I was getting on here. I saw him here, and he seemed....off."

"Of course he is- he still has the obsession code in his coding."

I raised my eyebrows in surprise, while V seemed confused. "Obsession code...?"

I stared at her, surprised she didn't know, then remembered that she didn't have the same creator as us, so..

"The obsessive code was an old line of code that they scrapped early in the process. It makes the Squip very protective/hovering, constantly wanting to make their host happy, at any means possible."

"Oh." Was all that she said to that. I looked back at the screen, where Dottie was waving someone over. It only took a second, and then it was Peter and Dominik on the screen.

"You've seen him-"

"Where was he-"

"Calm down! I saw him in one of the classes, disguised as a college student named Scorpio Black."

Dom huffed, then looked back at the screen. "Alright, that's helps. But it's actually going to take time for us to get there- so you need to track him, and most importantly, DO. NOT. LET. HIM. NEAR. (Y/N). The obsessive coding will cause him to hurt anyone that hurts (Y/N)- physically or emotionally. He will also hurt anyone that (Y/N) might even have a crush on, other than himself."

I nodded, and ended the call, shutting my laptop closed.

"Time to find him."
