(Eren's POV)

A late night party by teenagers? What could go wrong?

I walked to Mikasa's house, being the last one to arrive. Annie went with her two big bodyguards while I was supposed to go with Mikasa and Armin.

I knocked on the door and saw Mikasa open the door with a smile on her face so rare I'd say it was reserved to me personally.

"Eren! You came."

"Yeah. I wouldn't miss this for the world." I said in a sarcastic tone.

"Aw, come on. It's gonna be fun." Armin said as he walked to the door.

"So are you guys ready?" I asked.

"And raring to go." Armin replied.

We all went outside and headed to Krista's supposed party location. Which was on a skyscraper in the middle of Stohess City.

A special car was summoned to take us there as Krista wanted her pals to all be there with no inconvenience to stop them from getting to her party.

"Wowzzzz! This car is fancy!" I exclaimed.

"And fast!" Armin continued.

"Let's just hope it gets us there in time." Mikasa stated.

In the car we sat down and did nothing but talk and drink water and rare shiganshinan chocolate that was handpicked by Krista herself. All of the flavors and brands were my favorite. As if she was trying to impress me personally.

Mikasa noticed this and whispered in my ear so that the driver couldn't hear and report to her. Armin leaned in too.

"These brand are all your favorites." Mikasa stated.

"I've noticed... strange."

"I'm pretty sure this is no coincidence." Armin said.

"Anyways let's just keep our head down and try to act normally. If we were to split apart, which we should to cover more ground, let's text in the group chat. Anyways Armin, I need you as close to Krista as you can possibly get. Mikasa, I want you to try and scout the entire area and find us a private spot where we can regroup. Okay?"

"Sure."

We arrived an hour later to the building. As we got out of the car we saw lots and lots of familiar faces we decided to avoid so we don't get asked questions. I really didn't want to be there, but if anything, I don't want to get on Krista's bad side.
Once a guy had a small misunderstanding with her, and one thing led to another and she got him suspended from school. Just for something that deserves a warning or detention, or something, or so I've heard.

I gave my ID to one of the waiters that were on the lobby, and when he read my name he said: "Ah. Mr. Yeager. Miss Krista is waiting for you and your retainers at the top floor."

As we entered the elevator, Mikasa leaned in my ear and asked as the door closed: "Did he just call Armin and I retainers?!"

I was confused as well.
"Is that what Krista thinks of you guys or..."

"I'll ask her myself." Mikasa said while cracking her knuckles. I immediately jumped in front of her.

"I suggest you leave the talking and asking to me, okay?"

"Okay."

"Guys. We're here." Armin said when we arrived. The elevator door opened and we stepped out to find that a large party was held with people and drinks in the pool area. Others were just walking around the place, flirting, sitting down, eating, talking, and all that comes with those.

Mikasa and Armin stuck close to me as we walked around, looking for Krista. I've passed many short, blond haired girls, in particular one that had her hair in a bun and her bangs on her face and I know pretty well, but none of them were Krista Reiss, Lenz, whatever is her last name these days.

We kept looking for her for a few minutes until I heard her calling my name. I turned to her direction and walked with Mikasa and Armin still flanking me.

"Hey, Krista! Nice party you have here." She greeted me and my 'Retainers' with hugs for each.

"Thanks! I really wanted to host my first party! It's for me to practice hosting parties and getting to meet people and making friends, for one day I would host fundraisers and other similar business stuff and would need investors. You know, usual business stuff."

"Yea... about that."

"Huh?"

"Why did this dude on the ground floor call my buddies 'Retainers'?"

"Oh, don't worry about them. My staff are usually dumb and thickheaded, but they get the job done, don't ask for much, and are very so I keep them."

"Wow." Armin replied.

"Yea. It's not as easy to find good staff these days."

"I can understand. Yo, by the way. If I wanted a job here, as one of your staff. Would you employ me?" I asked.

"Hahaha! Silly Eren! You don't need to work for me. You can ask anything from me and I'll do it, just for you!" She said with a smile on her face.

I then started to feel Mikasa's grinding gears. She was going to lash out at Krista any second. I could imagine her cracking blondie's skull so much that I could hear it as if I'm in a lucid dream.

"Well, uh then... excuse us for a second. It seems you have some important guests." I said, pointing at a random group of strangers with fancy clothes before pushing Mikasa and Armin away.

"Okay. Mikasa. You go survey the area and find us a quiet spot. You're good at surveying. Armin, you go lightly stalk our petite blonde host. I'll try to see who I know from here and ask a few questions."
I lied about my part. I wanted to go see Annie. Mikasa and Armin went to do their jobs, no questions asked, and I went to look for Annie around the spot where I last saw her.

As I was looking for her discreetly, I got a text from her.

Annie: Why did you ignore me?

Me: First of all, hi. Second of all, didn't you see I was with Mikasa and Armin?

Annie: Fair enough.

Me: And I went to see Krista for a second. It's impolite to not see the host first. Also the guy in the lobby called Mikasa and Armin my 'Retainers'.

Annie: Retainers? What does that mean?

Me: A servant who has worked with a family for a long time. Noctis has retainers.

Me: Speaking of Noctis, where is he?

Annie: I haven't seen anyone matching his photo or description. Do you think he's not coming?

Me: Oh he definitely is coming. He just arrives late is all.

Annie: Well what are you planning to do?

Me: Get to you, take you somewhere no one will see us, and get down to business.

Annie: Here? Right now? I mean in your place we could do whatever we want, but here? No. I'd prefer that we stay inconspicuous.

Me: Why do you break my heart?

Annie: I'm not. If I break your heart, how would I live?

Me: I love you.

Annie: I love you more.

Me: I love you most.

Me: Okay, I'm going to go and act inconspicuous. Ttyl.

"Who were you talking to?" I heard Mikasa say from behind me, making my spine freeze.

"Uh, my mom! I told her I'm here, and she wanted to check on me." I saved my hide. "Also, did I tell you she's in this city right now?"

"Oh yea? Wanna go see her?" Mikasa suggested.

"No. Her place is far from here, actually. And I'm pretty sure we would need a car. And Krista's driver isn't going to take us wherever we want anytime soon."

"You could always ask her. She would do anything just to get in your pants." I heard Mikasa's tone become sadder and slightly more serious. I reassured her.

"If I wanted to get her in my pants, I would have done so long ago."

"Okay..."

"Anyways what did you find?"

"No spot is secluded! All of them had a bunch of people around them."

"Okay. Nicely done though. Go look around and try to find people you know. I'm sure I've seen Kirstein around somewhere."

"Kirstein? You want me to talk to him?"

"No, just conveniently make sure he doesn't stumble upon me so I don't break his nose. Yea and maybe you and him can find a secluded spot of your own and do whatever you want." I said as I winked.

"With Jean? I'd rather do it with a pedo than him. Also I already have someone in mind." She said. I already have an idea on who this person might be.

"Yea uh well... good luck on that. Anyways let's split."

She went walking around the place while I went to look for Krista and see if we could find a secluded spot my buddies and I can regroup at.

As I found Krista I saw her alone on her phone, probably texting someone. I approached her and said hi.

"Yo Krista. Do you... know of any secluded spot the gang and I can regroup in?" I asked.

"You know..." she said, approaching me and standing on her toes so she can get to a closer height as I am. "I know a room. With a king size bed. But it only fits two persons. You and I." She winked at me.

"Yea, uh. That's not what I'm looking for. But... just walk with me." I said as I walked, and she walking beside me.

"So, how are your parents?" Krista asked.

"Good. They're good. My mom's in town right now, but that's not the point. So uh..."

"Your mom's an entrepreneur, eh?"

"Yea. She is."

"You know. I would like to call her and make a smart investment with her..."

"Oh yea?" I asked.

"...An investment regarding you an I. And it involves gold... on our fingers. "

I decided it's time to put an end to her flirting and get serious with her for a second.

"Good luck with that. My mom is known to make investments in stuff she is sure will be successful."

Krista was taken back by what I just said. She had to think of a way she can reply.

"W-Well... let you and I go into this r-room of mine and... do business." She replied quickly and nervously.

"Yea no. Thanks but, I'll leave the business to you."

"Eren. Can't you see? You can get all you ever want! We would be happy! You and I!"

"U and I aren't together in the alphabet. But I'm sure N and O will do just fine." 

Krista remained silent and just looked down as we walked.
She was on the verge of tears. I didn't want to ruin her day so I had to act fast.

"K-Krista... please?" She didn't listen and was goin a burst out to tears any second.
So I have her a little kiss on the cheek. She was left in shock.

"I think that should do for now." I stated. "Anyways see you back at the party!"
I made my way back to the party and wanted to look for my friends.

But then, I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"I didn't expect to see you here, Eren."

I turned around only to be greeted by Noctis' face.
"Oh... my... god..." I said to myself. "NOCTIS"

I immediately gave Noctis a hug. He was my buddy. My longtime friend. And I haven't seen him for a long time. I met him long ago when my dad traveled to Lucis to meet with the King and work there to help people when lots of them immigrated from Galahd.

"It's been too long, buddy!"

"You've become an extremely handsome boi! No homo!"

"And you have got the same treatment from life. Look at you!"

"Yea. I've noticed. Girls and all. But the real question is..."

"Yea?"

"What is Noctis, the Prince of Lucis, doing here in this party of peasants and non-royal individuals?"

"Yea, I knew the second you'd see me you'd ask this question. So for the past... year or so, I've been living alone, in an apartment. I didn't want the royal stuff all thrown at me at once, and I wanted to have some time alone and be able to live my life without the need to be called the prince. I wanted a simple life for as long as I can have it."

"Oh... yea, I see where you are coming from. Being royalty is hard sometimes." I stated. "So you're here all by yourself?"

"No, I've brought two guys with me, so were the orders of my dad. I brought my friend, Prompto Argentum and a glaive by the name of Nyx Ulric."

"And... where are they?"

"They're around here, minding their own business until we leave. We're staying here for a while. In the city, I mean." He explained.

"Awesome!"

"So Eren. I've been meaning to ask you. So how are you doing with the Annie situation?"

"Dude... I got some great news. She and I... are dating."

"Wait what?"

"Yea... just don't tell anybody. It's a secret. Wanna meet her?"

"Uh, sure."

"Lemme just text her then."

Me: Annie. Noctis wants to meet you.

Annie: Where?

Me: I don't know.

Annie: Lemme just find a good location.

After a minute or so she texted me back.
We went to where she told us to meet her. Noctis and I walked casually. None of the attendees recognized Noctis and the Prince Of Lucis.
In the end, we found where Annie was. And it was a room... exactly like Krista described.

I saw Annie and gave her a hug. She hugged back passionately.
"Annie, this is Noctis. Noct, this is Annie."

"Hey."

"Hi."

"Annie, just a quick question. How did you find this room?" I asked.

"Krista gave it to me, why?"

"Oh no... oh no, oh no, oh no..." I grabbed my head.
"She wanted me to go with her into this room!"

"Relax. I told her I wanted to talk to a guy I like. She doesn't know it's you. I made sure she thinks that I don't want to see you, and I told her to go and see Reiner."

"So you guys are together a secret or?"

"Yea. We don't want people to gossip and talk." Annie explained. "If something is revealed, you'll never hear the end of it."

"And especially with Annie and I, since we were practically enemies ever since we met."

"Yea I know about the last part." Noctis stated.

"So what are you doing here, your majesty?" Annie asked.

"Please. Call me Noctis. There's no need for royalty. I came here for a reason."

"Okay, sure. Sorry."

"Like I said. I came here for a reason. And that reason is to get away from my father's city and just have a free time in a place where I would not be recognized, let alone addressed as a Prince."

"Oh... that makes sense." Annie replied.

"Anyway what are we gonna do now?" I asked.

"We could go back to the party." Annie suggested.

"Or we could get out of here and find someplace better." I suggested.

"What's wrong with here?" Annie asked.

"Well, for starters, Krista could be watching. And, i believe that here, with a large group of people, you two being a thing, is only a matter of time before the news spreads out." Noctis explained.

"Makes sense." Annie replied. "So we go? To where?"

"I might have someplace you two would be alone and can do whatever you want. Here. Lemme just... text someone."

Noctis then finished texting and then he gave Annie and I his number.

"Nyx will be waiting for you two in the Regalia. It's my dad's car so don't get it dirty. Nyx'll take you to a hotel room below mine where you could stay the night. I have already rented that room for you guys."

"Wow. Thanks bro."

"It's nothing."

Annie and I then got out of the room. She got out first and made her way to the lobby using the elevator and I followed her after, using the stairs.
Mikasa texted me, asking where I was and I told her I was meeting an old friend.
Noctis on the other hand went to see his buddy Prompto.

As I made my way down the stairs I stumbled upon Jean Kirstein.
"Yeager." He said.

"Kirstein."

"We meet again."

"It's no coincidence. We are invited to the same party."

"We sure are. But what exactly are you scheming here, Eren?"

"Excuse me?"

"I know you wouldn't have come here if you didn't have a plan. Are you planning to rob Krista? Or gain her favor?"

"She invited me here, and I came. Simple as that. I did this out of politeness."

"Don't lie to yourself, Yeager. You don't do... polite."

"Funny how Leonhart is also invited, along with her bodyguards. And so was Mikasa and Armin. A trio versus a trio. This was no coincidence, was it?"

"The invitations are a thing you should discuss with Krista, not me."

"Oh I will. And I will figure out what you're planning. Good day." He said the last part as he made his way up the stairs.

I walked down and made my way to the lobby. Annie was waiting for me there, her face showed worry and concern.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Jean was here."

"I know." I replied. "I stumbled upon him."

"Same here. He seemed as if he was up to something."

"Did he tell you anything?"

"Just that he'll be watching my every move. He has eyes on us."

"No worries, I'll have eyes on him shortly."

I texted Mikasa and Armin the situation in the group chat, telling them that Jean is up to no good, and that I am his prime target.
Mikasa said that she'll watch him and Armin said that he'll try to find Jean's closest associates and make sure they don't get close to me.

"There. Done."

"Are you Eren Yeager and Annie Leonhart?" A guy said as he approached us.

"Yes. And you are?"

"Nyx Ulric. Glaive in the service of King Regis and accompanying Prince Noctis. I was instructed to take you two into the Luminous hotel."

"By all means. Let's go."

Nyx then drove us to the Luminous hotel. Which was a Lucis-themed hotel. The second Annie and I entered the building I just gazed at the ceiling which looked like the beautiful night sky. I then looked at Annie and realized that she, too, was lost in her imagination. I love seeing her happy.
A reception employee gave us the room to our key, and when we found out which floor, I couldn't but gasp loudly.

"The 49th floor?!" I exclaimed.

"Yes sir. Do you have any luggage I can take off your hands?"

"No, thanks."

Annie and I were then taken to our room. As we opened the door to it we saw that the entire place was like the lobby, but even better. The night sky ceiling looked even better with the room's silence and privacy. The room was big and it had a king size bed. Like the rest of the hotel, it was Lucis-themed and had the most famous Lucian dishes available in room service.

As I was gazing at the room, I felt my head being pulled sideways, and then I felt her soft, beautiful lips on mine. I couldn't help but kiss back and lift her off her feet and throw her on the bed. I took off the shirt and then my pants.

"Come here, beautiful."

Annie took her hoodie off and then her bra. I couldn't help but notice that her boobs were getting bigger. My member got harder by that realization.

"Come to daddy."
