An OC for the game The Arcana! I'm not sure if I want them to be Female to Male (trans) or non-binary... So many choices! Anyway, he's a mischievous, mute, thief that has a magic scarf he stole from the main character and their master (spoiler spoiler your a fortune teller, magician, apprentice person) All I know is that this guy's name will be Harvey!
