BRIEF BACKSTORY
Buttercup was definitly an accident, because Beatrice and Bellamy Lawless were inly expecting one child. There were tiny clues for beatrice that it was a multiple pregnancy, but she ignored it ( such as limbs kicking in all directions, she just thought she was having a healthy pregnancy. ). Beatrice went into labor six weeks early. the labor dragged out for two days, and When Buttercup came out, everyone was really confused. Beatrice thought they were having a little girl, so they named him Buttercup ( beatrice's favorite flower. ), then twenty minutes later, on a seprate day, Bluebell was born, and they named her after Bellamy's favorite flower. Beatrice and Bellamy were both hippies, thus the names.

Buttercup and Bluebell were raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Buttercup takes after his mother, who is a language teacher at louisiana state.
