So, this was the first scene of the trailer.

My first thought upon seeing this was that she could have gone to Jakku to face her past.
She is in a desert landscape, which could be Jakku or Tatooine, or a new desert planet. Or it could be a really big plot twist, like another part of a planet we've already seen. I mean the earth has many climates, forests, and deserts.

I was wondering what she was looking at, and then she drew her lightsaber.

Then something appears on the horizon, coming towards her.
She seems pretty calm, and doesn't ignite her lightsaber.
Then the screen goes black and these words appear on the screen:

Anakin was the legend of the first generation, Luke was the legend of the second generation. But who is the legend of this generation?
Is it Rey? It could be, but.....
....This is the next scene.

That is Kylo Ren's/ Ben Solo's TIE silencer. When there are words on the screen like this, whatever fallows it is usually what the words were talking about.
These words could be talking about Ben. He is the next generation of the Skywalker family.

But because Rey was also shown immediately after these words it could also be referring to her.
But in my opinion, because this scene has both of them in it, I think that they are both the legend of this generation, together. Apart they are no greater than the legends before them. But together they are greater than any legend ever seen.

Rey then turns away from the approaching TIE silencer, with her lightsaber ignited.

She looks really awesome here!
Then we get a glimpse of whoever is piloting the TIE silencer.

I am pretty sure that it is Ben. This screenshot isn't super clear, but it looks like he is wearing an outfit similar to the one he wore in the Last Jedi. I can even see a cape like the one he wore in the Last Jedi on his shoulder.

And his gloves look the same.

Rey looks back at the TIE silencer, then began to run away from it.

The TIE silencer comes up to her, and she backflips over it.
Which is just completely epic!

Sadly this is where the scene ends. What happens next? Does she jump over it? Does she stab Kylo Ren with her lightsaber (😩no!)
This scene also gives us a really good look at the TIE silencer which I am pretty sure is Ben's but has been changed since the Last Jedi, the biggest change visible is the red designs.

Instead of continuing with the rest of the teaser, I just want to talk about this scene in this chapter.
First of all I think this scene is going to awesome, probably one of the coolest scenes in the movie. I mean, if they have something cooler, which they probably do, then it's just going to be awesome.
But while I think that this scene is awesome, it also raises a lot of questions.
Why is Kylo Ren flying his TIE silencer directly at Rey like that? If he was attacking her first of all he would be shooting at her, not just flying towards her. Second I am sure that if he was fighting her, he would want to do so face to face, so that he could confront her. Ask her why she refused to join him, and perhaps even give her a second chance to come to the Dark Side.
Why is Rey just standing there calmly when she's about to be run over by a TIE silencer? Why didn't she start running sooner? Why did she look back at the TIE silencer like she was trying to see if it was close enough for her to start running?
My thought was that they could be training together. It would explain why she almost seemed to be waiting for the TIE silencer to come.
One of my best friends, Winter Wolf who is the biggest Star Wars Fan I know really loves the Force jumps in the prequels, how the Jedi use the Force so that they can jump higher. Winter Wolf wants to see Rey and Ben do some Force jumps in Episode IX, because it hasn't been done yet and it would be awesome. I agree with Winter Wolf about this, I think it would be awesome to see that in Episode IX. My thought is that Ben could be teaching Rey to do just that in this scene.
I would really love to see Rey and Ben training together!
I do however have another theory about this scene that occurred to me after watching the trailer for probably the fifth time.
TIE fighters do not have landing gear, so I'm assuming that the same is true for TIE silencers. What if Rey got lost or trapped in the middle of desert alone. She has a Force connection with Ben and he can tell that she needs help.
Rey has no food or water, so she tells Ben what happened to her. He decides to come help her, but without landing gear he can't land on the planets' surface. The only way for Rey to board his ship is for him to fly as low as he can so that Rey can jump on board.
Rey and Ben training together makes the most sense to me. But if that isn't what's happening here, then I think it is something similar to the second theory. I don't think that they are fighting each other regardless. Especially because he wasn't shooting at her.
Of course, I suppose that his trigger could be jammed, so he decided to change at her with his TIE silencer, but somehow that doesn't sound like something he would do, especially not to Rey. I might be wrong though.
The only way we'll know is to watch Episode IX.
