Vampire/University Student AU

Love

A fervour that had never been within Taehyung's reach. Having catapulted into the world of vicious, discreet creatures ever since he was an infant, Taehyung had never been in the vicinity of that emotion, had never even brushed past it. His farthest memories of his past was the night when his mother handed him to the Ppalgan clan without a second thought. It was not the betrayal that kept the recollection alive in his mind but it was the bite marks on his throat and the memory of the excruciating sting that lasted for weeks after he was converted. Every day and night, Taehyung was beaten in numerous ways to break his humane spirit and replace it with a hollow. The ways of the clan was drilled into his mind so that he could survive in the world as a vampire.

One might expect to receive love once being part of a community permanently but it was not the case for Taehyung. Every member of the Ppalgan clan was taught to be heartless, literally and figuratively. Warmth, compassion, affection, care or anything that associated with love were seen as pathetic and one was outcasted for displaying such emotions. Taehyung, having no other roof above his head, swallowed his faith and began accepting his new self.

Ppalgan broke apart when Taehyung was two hundred and twenty years old due to some political disagreement and every member had to walk their individual path from then on. Taehyung, who had managed to acheive a scholarship and get a job in tutoring school students, started to share a dormitory room with one of his batchmates, Park Jimin. Jimin was the only human who knew about Taehyung's true identity as well his past. The guy tried his best to break past Taehyung's facade but it was vain. They nurtured amity between them, not love.

It has been two years since he had been living a more or less unbothered life as a university student with Jimin as the only person he communicated with other than his professors. He had developed an interest towards Literature over the years and then he was a proud student of that specific major. Perhaps, it was the only thing in the entire universe that he loved as something as inanimate and abstract as literature could not harm him, betray him.

Literature was the only thing Taehyung supposedly loved until he saw a man staggering to keep his balance on a mismatched legged ladder by the bookshelves in the university library.

Love

An emotion around which Seokjin's life revolved. He had parents who adored him as if he was the rarest gen in the world, he had relatives who had never induced sorrow within him, he had friends who cared for him more than he deserved and he led a life where his joy outnumbered his melancholy. Not only was he on the receiving end of love, he was on the giving side as well. Seokjin had his own philosophy which was that he would love anyone with equal amount of love as the other person. Therefore, he never loved anyone too little for the other person to be ungrateful nor did he love too much to be wounded at the truth.

Seokjin loved everything around him, starting from a tiny ladybug that rested on the dewy grass to the grandiose buildings of the city. He loved the citylights at night, the spectrum of colours the sun painted the sky at every dusk and dawn, the hoots of the camouflaged owls and the small tacky yet homey apartment he shared with his friend Yoongi.

But most importantly, he loved himself.

Yet, there was a certain void in his dictionary of love. A form of love that he had yet to experience completely. Sure, he had grown feelings for certain people throughout his life but he had never had the courage to act upon them.

Not until a certain day when he was sure to plummet to his death from a wobbly ladder when a stranger with dark hair caught him, or more like unintentionally acted as a soft landing platform, when he fell off.

Maybe Seokjin was over analysing the entire situation but he felt a sort of strange energy around them, an energy that was almost magnetic. However he could not ponder on the feeling much longer as his saviour pushed him off, stood up and walked away without a second glance.

Seokjin did not see the stranger soon after that but the intense, dark eyes were engraved into his mind and haunted his dreams every night.

~~~~~~~~~~
Taehyung had ran that day like he was being chased by death itself. He tried his best not to lose control and allow his superhuman powers to overtake his speed. Once he successfully got inside his dorm room, he collapsed on his bed, heaving and just hoping that Jimin returned from his classes early that day.
Jimin, however, arrived late but Taehyung paid no heed to it as he immediately clutched his friend's hand and began firing the words at the former who took exactly a whole of seven minutes to register what Taehyung said into his brain. He placed his hand over Taehyung's chest instinctively but felt nothing like his friend had described so he threw him a quizzical look.
"I promise it did! Just for some seconds before it got still. It happened exactly when he fell on me and looked up to look at me," Taehyung said, a hint of desperation in his tone. He wanted Jimin to believe it because he wanted answers and Jimin, having ancient books in his possession, would know exactly what happened to Taehyung earlier.
"But Tae, it's impossible, don't you think? Are you sure it was your heart? Are you sure you felt inside your chest?" Jimin inquired with furrowed brows.
"You don't believe me?" Taehyung muttered in a much lower tone.
Jimin shook his head and said, "It's not about believing Tae, it's about misconception. I believe that you felt something but I don't think that it was your heart. Tae your heart stopped beating fifteen years ago! It won't just jolt up out of nowhere."
"No, Jimin, you don't understand. I felt something more than just heartbeats. I felt like there was some sort of force around me, around us. Jimin, that man, he must have something to do with me. He must be a sorcerer of some sort because- because Jimin, I want to see him again. I want to talk to him. This is not like me. Jimin, what am I going to do?" Taehyung said frantically as he gripped onto Jimin harder. The strange feeling that enveloped him was not fading away. The inexplicable urge to see those mesmerizing hazel eyes was devouring him whole.
Jimin sighed, as if he knew the answer to Taehyung's condition, and hugged him wordlessly. Taehyung sensed his friend's hesitance and tried to break away from the embrace but Jimin had strong arms and Taehyung would never use his supernatural strength on his friend in order to maintain equality.
"Jimin, please, tell me."
"Tae, I may be wrong. . ."
"Just say it."
"You have found your soulmate"
~~~~~~~~~

"Hey! Hey you in the ugly red shirt!"

Seokjin hollered as he jogged towards the guy who had saved his bones from fracturing two weeks ago in the library. The stranger had seemed to vanish from plain sight as Seokjin had looked for him inside every faculty building of the university campus. It was almost as if he was hiding from Seokjin on purpose. However, Seokjin just happened to look for his friend, Hoseok, at the Literature faculty building when he found the gorgeous eyed man exit one of the lecture halls. Seokjin, seeing it as an opportunity to properly thank the guy, shamelessly called out to him.

The guy stopped in his tracks and turned to Seokjin's direction with a shocked face. Seokjin smiled widely when he arrived infront of him. For a moment, they justed gazed at each other, one with uncertainty, the other with wonder.

"Do you remember me? The clumsy ass who fell on you?" Seokjin recounted with hand gestures.

The man nodded slowly, eyeing him with the outmost caution.

"Good! Actually, I never had the chance to thank you. I even looked for you everywhere but you weren't anywhere. And- wait, I forgot. My name is Seokjin," Seokjin said with enthusiasm.

The guy nodded again and spoke in a baritone voice, "Taehyung."

"Right, Taehyung, I was thinking all day and night about you- I mean, how to thank you. So I was wondering if I can treat you to some coffee." Ofcourse Seokjin's intention did not limit till the thank you but it also was a chance for Seokjin to talk to Taehyung. He just could not let that opportunity slide.

"Coffee. . .?" Taehyung asked and silently stared at Seokjin with an incomprehensible expression that made Seokjin shift his weight from foot to foot.

"When?" Taehyung asked finally and Seokjin wanted to jump up and down like an excited child.

"At four in the afternoon? If you're free then," Seokjin suggested with hopeful, glistening eyes.

"Alright," Taehyung said with a small smile, his eyes trained on his shoes and Seokjin just wanted to hug him then and there but he controlled himself.

Seokjin bade Taehyung goodbye before walking in the opposite direction where he found Hoseok watching them. Forgetting that he has the bigger frame, Seokjin launched himself on Hoseok without a warning, causing the latter to stumble but he manged to secure his balance.

As Seokjin hugged a bemused Hoseok, he questioned himself about the strange bustling happiness he felt at Taehyung accepting his offer to have coffee with him. He did not understand why he felt so elated to meet Taehyung in a much private atmosphere but he did not complain about it either.

Oh, how difficult it would be for him to spend the remaining hours till four in the afternoon.

~~~~~~~~~
Taehyung did not inform Jimin about his encounter with Seokjin as he did not have the heart to stress out his roommate. He also was not in the mood to hear ten reasons why going out with Seokjin was a bad decision. He felt happy currently and he wanted to hold onto that feeling as long as he could.
Contrasting his former resolution to maintain distance from Seokjin in order to stop his heart from beating, Taehyung combed his hair for the fifth time. He kept checking his reflection to ensure that Seokjin would not find any flaws in his appearance although he had a feeling that Seokjin was not the type to point out one's shortcomings. Still, he wanted to look perfect.
It was just a friendly meet up over coffee but Taehyung could not help but think about the possibilities one coffee could lead to. He immediately erased those irrational thoughts from his mind as his fears crept in to cast a shadow over his positive scenarios.
Just one coffee.
With that in mind, Taehyung headed out, ignorant to the fact that one coffee date would lead up to so much more.
When Taehyung arrived at the café near the university, he found Seokjin fidgeting in his seat while mumbling inaudible things to himself. He quietly sat down infront of him and watched the other male act irresistibly adorable without knowing that Taehyung was right infront of him.
"Hello Tae. . .no no I can't call him Tae. . .then hello Taehyung? It sounds so stiff. . .but we have just met twice so I can't be too friendly. . .then hi Taehyung? No too bland. . .what do I say. . ." Seokjin kept muttering while Taehyung was enjoying the little show he unknowingly put up.
"You can call me Tae. I don't mind," Taehyung said, causing Seokjin to almost fly out of his seat. His lobster cased phone was thrown into the air and thanks to Taehyung's quick reflexes, the phone was soon secured in Taehyung's large hands.
"Taehyung! Don't you dare do that ever again!" Seokjin exclaimed as he clutched his chest dramatically.
"Again? You want to. . .meet me again?" Taehyung asked curiously, feeling a sudden thump in his chest just like the day at the library.
"I mean, if you want to," Seokjin said with a shy smile while he scratched his nape.
Taehyung did not answer to that. Their conversation veered to a different topic, ordering their drinks in between. Seokjin did more of the talking while Taehyung listened to the man talk about himself, his roommate, his little apartment, his hobbies and his major.
Apparently, the man lived with his childhood friend but barely had time to catch up with him since they their schedules differed a lot. He had another friend, Hoseok, whom Taehyung had seen in his classes, but they did not get to hang out much as Hoseok ran a small dance studio which only spared free time during Fridays. Overall, Seokjin was a tad bit lonely so he was really happy to spend time with Taehyung.
Taehyung understood the forlorn but unlike Seokjin, he found satisfaction in the solitude.
Seokjin managed to make Taehyung say a thing or two about him with the latter constantly dodging questions regarding his family and past.
They spent hours in the café until their pockets were empty. Taehyung surprisingly wanted to remain in Seokjin's presence some more but his thirst started to kick in. His eyes were deliberately lingering on the milky expanse of Seokjin's neck and his nostrils were beginning to pick up the ever so sweet scent of Seokjin's blood. He had to muster all his willpower to refrain his fangs from growing and his eyes from turning red.
Taehyung was not sure if Seokjin took the hint that Taehyung was eager to spend more time with him later on but all of his worries vanished when he found Seokjin waiting infront of Mrs. Kang's classroom. They had gone to the same café and sat at the same seats as last time which were situated at the farthest corner of the room, away from prying eyes. They talked, or more like Seokjin talked and Taehyung commented a word or two every once in a while, and basked in the other's presence.
Their café dates turned into late night walks at the park which turned into Seokjin inviting Taehyung to his apartment in Yoongi's absence. Their shy gazes turned into bold gestures (well, in Seokjin's case) and their suppressed giggles morphed morphed into fits of hysteria (again, on Seokjin's end because Taehyung was too afraid to open his mouth too wide just in case his fangs were showing).
It was astonishing that Taehyung, someone who had taken months to grow an attachment to Jimin, had gravitated towards Seokjin so easily. To be very honest, even if Seokjin was not his true soulmate like he and Jimin assumed, Taehyung would had still felt attracted to him. How could he not? Overlooking his stunning looks and amazing body, Seokjin was the epitome of purity, almost as if he was an angel banished from heaven itself. Seokjin had these certain ways that would always Taehyung brighten up even on days he felt blue. He was the sort of person who knew exactly how to make one comfortable in unfamiliar settings and how to maintain the flow of conversations. He knew all these exciting places in the city where Taehyung had never bothered to go but he was grateful to Seokjin for creating those memories with him.
In short, the more the days passed, the stronger their bond grew, the louder Taehyung's heart beat and the greater the thirst of Seokjin's blood became.
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Seokjin was soaring high up in the clouds for the past few months. Encountering Taehyung was the most beautiful serendipity that his life had been blessed with.

Seokjin had found a queer comfort in Taehyung. The man's voice that was like the ocean, deep and strong, his eyes that held countless untold stories, his gentle hands that would often rest on Seokjin's shoulders and his unusual aura drew Seokjin closer to him. Taehyung was someone Seokjin could easily confide to. The isolation he often felt was then filled with Taehyung's quiet yet overwhelming presence.

He was fearful of rejection everyday, his mind conjouring every disastrous scenarios where Taehyung got bothered by Seokjin and slipped away in silence. He was even more fearful when he offered Taehyung to watch movies at his apartment but to his delightful surprise, the latter agreed after some contemplation.

Seokjin enjoyed how their relationship was growing more and more personal with every coffee date (where none of them had coffee), every movie date at his apartment and every place he took Taehyung. He was pleased with himself for slowly breaking into Taehyung's shell and unfolding the layers he hid behind.

Seokjin sighed in content as they currently watched a horror film in the dark of Seokjin's living room. Seokjin did not like frightening movies at all but if it meant being able to have Taehyung's arms around him then he'd risk getting nightmares. Cuddling with Taehyung felt so different than when he cuddled with Yoongi or Hoseok; there was this certain sense of security.

Seokjin looked at Taehyung whose eyes were unmoving from the bright screen. His face was unamused as if he had seen much terrifying things which made Seokjin often question Taehyung's past. It might just be his personality to be stoic but at times Seokjin would get glimpses of a bubbly, energetic Taehyung. Seokjin wondered what lied in Taehyung's history that he was so afraid to reveal. Taehyung had just mentioned once that he was not quite happy before he entered university and that was it.

His eyes admired Taehyung's side profile, sharp jaw, straight nose and alluring pink lips. Taehyung had this unearthly beauty that should be worshipped, that Seokjin worshipped silently. He could not help but consider himself lucky to have the privilege of observing Taehyung that close.

"What are you doing?" Taehyung's voice pulled Seokjin out of his trance.

"Appreciating your face," Seokjin answered bluntly.

"I meant, what else are you doing?" Taehyung asked, this time with a slightly sly smile.

Seokjin blinked at the male a few times before realisation dawned over him and he quickly removed his hand from Taehyung's chest as he was subconsciously rubbing his thumb over Taehyung's hardened bud.

"So shameless. . ." Taehyung murmured while Seokjin gulped that how his voice has dropped a few octaves lower and how his eyes were piercing into his.

"Yet so sweet. . ."

The reality of Taehyung's lips moving against his hit Seokjin a few moments later. Involuntarily, he arched his body towards Taehyung and began kissing the latter with bottled up passion. The wet noises echoed throughout the apartment, adding more fuel to the moment's intensity. Seokjin tugged at Taehyung's shirt and Taehyung saw it as a sign to position himself on top of Seokjin who lied down on the couch.

Right before Taehyung devoured his lips again, Seokjin saw a red hue in Taehyung's brown orbs but he dismissed it thinking that it was the reflection of the light from the TV.
Their lips dived in for another heated kiss. Seokjin whimpered when Taehyung pressed his body against Seokjin's, leaving no space between their tangled limbs and connected lips.

Taehyung pulled away and nudged his nose against Seokjin's neck, his hot, heavy exhales ran jolts of electricity through Seokjin's body. Taehyung trailed pecks all over his neck, stopping at the certain point and licking it intently. Seokjin, who was drowning in arousal, could not register exactly what was happening.

Suddenly the protagonist of the movie let out a blood-curling billow which caused Taehyung to sit up abruptly. His eyes were swimming in fear and Seokjin had a feeling that the jumpscare was not the reason behind it.

Taehyung started shaking head while saying, "What am I doing? No, no, this shouldn't happen. I- I need to leave."

With that, Taehyung picked up his bag from the floor and exited the apartment with large strides, leaving behind a baffled and shattered Seokjin.

~~~~~~~~~~
"Jimin. . ." Taehyung groaned in pain while clutching his chest. The throb had been there for the past week and that night it seemed to heighten suddenly.
"Do you need supplements?" Jimin asked worriedly looking up from the thick book in his hands.
Taehyung shook his head. Ever since the day he kissed Seokjin, he could not bear the taste of the supplements. It tasted just the same as before but Taehyung's taste buds seemed to rejected it. Every time he gulped down a vial of the red liquid, he would think of the overwhelming sweetness of Seokjin's fragrance when he was inches away from sinking his teeth into his desirable neck.
Whenever he closed his eyes, images of Seokjin will float in his vision. In spite of his efforts to get rid of the nasal voice, the squeaky laughter and the crescent eyes from his head, Taehyung could not help but think of Seokjin to comfort himself. He was such a coward, leaving Seokjin like that, ignoring his phone calls and texts, avoiding him when he approached him for the past week. His chest ached and his eyes burned with unshed tears everytime he had to see the dejected look on Seokjin's beautiful face. He wanted run towards him, engulf him into his arms and kiss him again but his fear restricted.
Taehyung should have never let himself fall for the man. If he did not mark Seokjin as his and drink his blood, Taehyung's essence would disintegrate now that he had given his all to Seokjin. However, there was the dreadful possibility that if Taehyung bit Seokjin, the human might not survive the agony and die instantly. Hell, Seokjin did not even know that Taehyung was a vampire. He might walk away from Taehyung's life forever.
Taehyung should have just listened to Jimin and avoided Seokjin in the first place.
"Jimin, it hurts," Taehyung choked out.
"What is it, Tae? Do you want to go to the hospital? I'll ask Namjoon hyung or Jungkook to bring their car." Jimin said in a concerned manner. He left his bed and sat next to Taehyung who was lying down with a pained expression.
Taehyung shook his head again.
"Do we need to contact a warlock?" Jimin asked.
"Seokjin. . ." Taehyung whispered.
"Seokjin?" Jimin questioned. Right, Taehyung never mentioned Seokjin again after the library incident.
"My soulmate. . .we. . ." Taehyung then recounted everything that transpired between them, starting from their first date at the café to Taehyung almost biting Seokjin at his apartment.
Jimin remained silent for some time. He sighed and caressed Taehyung's hair in brotherly affection.
"But you need to risk it. You get only one soulmate. Are you afraid of being a human again?" Jimin asked
"That, and I might kill Seokjin. Or he might run away after knowing my true form," Taehyung mumbled, tears forming in his eyes at the thought of Seokjin being afraid of him.
"Then what are you going to do?"
Silence followed right after.
~~~~~~~~~~

Seokjin sat by the window, watching the rain that danced against the glass.

"He's not worth it," Seokjin heard Yoongi state for the six hundred and sixty sixth time that week.

Seokjin did not answer as usual. He had tried his best to figure out what went wrong between him and Taehyung. At first he accused himself for messing up but after confiding to Yoongi, he realised that he was not at fault. Taehyung did not seem the type that would play around, unless Seokjin was being too delusional and defensive.

"Do you wanna play Super Smash Bros?" Yoongi said from the living room. His roommate was not interested in video games most days but he wanted to distract Seokjin. Seokjin was grateful for Yoongi, no doubt.

"No, Yoongi. . ." Seokjin answered.

In the reflection of the massive window, Seokjin saw Yoongi open his mouth to say something but his phone rang.

"Hello?" Seokjin answered.

"Hi, Seokjin?" Said the person on the other end.

"Yes? Who is this?" Seokjin asked the unfamiliar voice.

"Seokjin, I'm Jimin. Taehyung's roommate. Listen, this is important. I know you two haven't been on good terms lately. . ."

Lately? It's been a month!

". . .but please you have to come to our dorm. Taehyung is really sick."

Seokjin swallowed the lump in his throat and said, "Then take him to a hospital."

"No, you don't understand. . ." The voice grew a little frantic.

"If it's about bills, then don't worry. I'll pay them. You can repay me anytime," Seokjin said, worried that the two might be facing financial issues.

"No, listen. . .Taehyung. . .it's not something the doctors can cure. Seokjin please, please, just come over. Taehyung. . .he might die. . .please, believe me," Jimin's voice cracked at the end.

Seokjin pondered for a moment before hanging up without an answer. He shoved his phone into his pocket and got up.

"Yoongi, I'll be back soon."

Seokjin faintly remembered that Taehyung had once told him that his dorm room number was 243 so Seokjin was roaming around the second landing. He found a guy in the corridor and Seokjin approached him for directions, only to find that he was standing infront of the door of 243.

"Seokjin?" The guy said. His voice was similar to the Jimin on call earlier.

Seokjin nodded his head.

"Listen, just don't. . .don't freak out, okay?" Jimin said before opening the door.

Seokjin's confusion was answered when he saw the sight inside. Writhing on one of the beds was a man with blood-red beastly eyes and sharp fangs protruding from his mouth. His elongated nails were ripped apart the bed sheet and had drawn rips in his t-shirt. Every once in a while, he would let out a heart-rattling roar.

At first, Seokjin was frightened, pressing his back against the wall at the horrifying scene. He looked at Jimin who was then standing infront of the closed door with a melancholy face. He wanted to ask Jimin what was happening but his voice refused to leave his throat. It was all infront of him, answers were not needed.

"Is he. . .?" Seokjin whispered to Jimin with teary eyes

Jimin nodded.

Seokjin observed Taehyung for some time before realising that he was not a threat; he was in pain. The billows were not to induce fear but to express his agony. Seokjin noticed Taehyung's skin turning paler every moment as if his life force was being vacuumed into oblivion.

He was dying.

Suddenly it clicked to him. The reason behind Taehyung always burying his head in the crook of his neck, always carrying an umbrella outside in pleasant weathers, always avoiding talking about his past and always picking up the faintest of Seokjin's murmurs was the fact that Taehyung was not a human. His current appearance and behaivour matched with a vampire that had been starved off blood for several days. Seokjin had heard stories about Taehyung's kind before from his grandparents but not once did he believe them until then.

Still, he pinched himself multiple times to ensure that it was truly not just a fragment of his imagination induced by stress. He felt the sting of the pinch.

Slowly, Seokjin started to approach the man, taking one cautious step at a time. Once he was by the bed, he immediately launched himself on Taehyung, pining his wrists on either sides of his head.

Gulping down the obvious fear of being so close to Taehyung's horrifying face, Seokjin said, "Tae, it's me, look Tae, it's me, Seokjin. I came for you, look. Taehyung please!"

Taehyung yelled and tried to break free but once he aligned his eyes with Seokjin's, his actions started to lose vigour. His fangs and nails shrunk in size, his ruby eyes dimmed down to their original shade of brown and he stopped thrashing. He stared into Seokjin's eyes for minutes Seokjin did not count. His eyebrows creased, as if he was trying to comprehend the situation, as if he had forgotten what was happening to him a while ago.

"S-Seokjin?" Taehyung said with trembling lips. "Seokjin!"

Seokjin let go off Taehyung's hands and allowed him to embrace him tight. He saw Jimin leave the room with a relieved smile before reciprocating that gesture.

They lay there in silence, both of their hearts beating for the other.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Taehyung grinned wholeheartedly at Seokjin he stood in front of his apartment in his graduation robe and cap. Seokjin, who clapped his hands in mirth, wound his arms around Taehyung's neck.
"I'm so proud of you!" Seokjin exclaimed.
"Me too and. . ." Taehyung said with a hint of playfulness in his tone.
"And. . .?" Seokjin asked.
"You promised me something," Taehyung whispered into Seokjin ear.
"But are you ready?" Seokjin asked.
"Are you?"
"I've always been ready Taehyung, ever since the day you told me about it," Seokjin admitted with a reassuring smile.
"Then I'm ready too."
Soon, the two were undressed and aroused on Seokjin's bed, both of them indulging themselves in each other's touch, drinking on the lewd noises the other elicited.
Taehyung's tongue had found its way to Seokjin's sensitive nubs and was flicking them teasingly, causing Seokjin to mewl at the pleasure. He was well aware of Seokjin's wandering hands that descended towards his groin and he let them. He left chaste kisses all over his boyfriend's chest before gliding his lips north, from his deep collarbones to his neck. He let Seokjin's scent dizzy him with its alluring sweetness. He licked a certain spot, the same spot he had aimed for a long ago on Seokjin's couch.
"Ready?" Taehyung whispered against his neck.
"Always."
Taehyung willed his fangs to grow. Once they were out, he slowly sank them into Seokjin's neck. He noticed how Seokjin's hands crumpled the bed sheet in his fists and how his face contorted in pain but not a single syllable of complain was voiced out. Taehyung felt the sweet, warm liquid gurgle up and he wasted no time in feasting on it.
Taehyung heard Seokjin moan, his pain slowly turning into pleasure. He caressed Seokjin's sides who in return thrusted his hips upwards.
"Tae, please. . ." Seokjin groaned.
And ofcourse, Taehyung could not refuse his lover.
What happened next was something that was only to be known by the two who shared the moment (and also by poor Yoongi who just happened to arrive at his apartment at the wrong time). The important thing was that Seokjin found the love he seeked his whole life and Taehyung found love itself in the form of a beautiful human. Not only did he embrace love, he embraced his hidden self that had been veiled under the cold walls.
Honestly, looking back, Taehyung did not mind enduring the two hundred and twenty years of torment if it meant he could catch Seokjin again from the ladder in his next life.
He did not mind going through the depths of Hell if it could lead him to a beating heart.
