"The names Jungkook. Nice to meet you!" Jungkook greeted Taehyung who had a blank face.

It was the next morning and Y/n who happened to spot Jungkook, dragged Taehyung along with her to go meet him in the hallway.

As much as Taehyung hated it, he had to admit that the newbie lives up to the cute and handsome titles.

He is okayish.

Tae!" He snapped out of his thoughts when Y/n whispers to him. Looking at her she darts her eyes towards Jungkook who had an expectant look on his face.

Oh.

That's when he realised he hasn't introduced himself yet.

He clears his throat and says, "Taehyung" with a small smile, only because he saved Y/n that day.

Jungkook showed his bunny smile in return which made Y/n coo at how cute he looked and Taehyung scoffed.

Y/n and Jungkook started conversing which made Taehyung feel left out as all her attention was on the other.

He didn't like this one bit so he dragged Y/n away from Jungkook muttering a "We are late for class."

Y/n was confused. What is he doing?

"Tae!" Y/n whisper yelled but was ignored as he grabbed her wrist walking towards the direction of the classroom, leaving Jungkook in the hallway quite confused.

"Stop!" She said and at last he halts in the corner turning towards her.

"Why did you do that? We were talking and what you did was quite rude!" She said furrowing her eyebrows.

"I told you we were late for class" Taehyung sighed which made Y/n even more confused.

Taehyung caring about class?Impossible. She thought.

"Since when did you care about class?" She asked crossing her arms.

"Since today." He replied.

"That's good to know. But why did you drag me with you?" She asked.

"Cuz we have the same class pabo!" He sighed.

"Tae! We don't have the same class today!" She said.

Oh.

Taehyung opens his mouth and closes it again not knowing what to say.

"Now who's the pabo!" She chuckled flicking his forehead which made him frown.

"Anyways I'm getting late for my class now" she said looking at her wristwatch before continuing "Kookie and I have it together."

Kookie?

"Kookie? Who is that?" Taehyung tilted his head in confusion.

"Jungkook who else. Anyways I have to rush now. Bye Tae!" She smiled and waved before rushing off to the hallway.

"Ya--!" He called but she was already gone.

Kookie huh?

Taehyung disliked Jungkook the moment he saw him and the reason behind that is unknown. He also felt uneasy when he heard that nickname from you.

Shrugging those thoughts off he decides to attend his class at least for today.

Y/n Pov

I saw Jungkook walking in the direction of the classroom when I reached the hallway.

"Kookie wait up!" I called out loud which made him slow down his steps, turning around as I walked up to him.

"Y/n, what happened?" He asked, referring to the earlier issue as we continued heading towards the classroom .

"Ah nothing! Taehyung just mistook that we had classes together today." I smiled and he nodded as we entered the classroom before the professor arrived.

(After class)

Jungkook and I decided to go to the cafeteria. Lisa texted me saying that she is having her break there and that made it easier to introduce him to her.

"So Kookie do you like it here so far?" I asked since it was too quiet and awkward while walking.

"Yeah.. just that I will have to copy the notes I've missed." He pouted and sighed.

"Hey don't worry I'll help you with it!" I patted his back.

"Heh Thanks Y/n, you are too sweet." He smiled looking at me and I lightly blushed.

As we entered the cafeteria I spotted Lisa waving at me yelling my name but she abruptly stops, standing up, when she sees Jungkook beside me.

What's wrong?

Glancing at Jungkook, he had his eyes wide open staring at Lisa.

What is happening? I creased my brows.

"You!" Suddenly both of them yelled in unison pointing at each other.

Do they know each other?

"Wh--" I was cut off when Lisa approached Jungkook all smiles as he did the same.

"Jungkook! Long time no see!" Lisa beamed as she high fived him.

"Didn't expect to see you here Lisa!" He smiled.

"Wha-- how-- Do you guys know each other?" I asked quite surprised, pointing my finger from Lisa to Jungkook.

"Of course Y/n! Family friends!" Lisa smiled and he nodded.

Wow it is a small world isn't it?

"Really? That's cool!" I said in a surprised tone.

The three of us sat at a table conversing and joking about random things. It was mostly the two of them catching up and it was nice seeing them talk about their old times.

Apparently they lost contact in the begininng of high school as Lisa had to move to her aunt's place because her parents had to go abroad for some business.

And now after years they happen to meet again in college.

Just then I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, fishing it out I see a message from Tae.

Tae👽💜: Where are you?
Delivered 5:30p.m.

You: At college.
Whyyy?👀
Delivered 5:31p.m.
Read just now.

Tae👽💜: Still?
At this time?
Delivered 5:31p.m.

What does he mean by that? I frowned.

It's just-- I gasped as I didn't take note of the time. Stupid me.

It's true that time flies very fast when we are with friends.

Looking around there was no one except us in the cafeteria.

"Y/n? What's wrong?" Jungkook asked as he looks around too and then realised the same thing, his mouth forming an 'O'.

"Oh? It's past five!" Lisa said as she checked her phone.

"Guess we got too caught up in talking!" We all laughed heading out.

Since it wasn't that dark I declined Lisa's offer to drop me and she drove off yelling a "See you guys!"

Jungkook didn't listen to me though.
He insisted on walking me home even though I refused.

He is too kind.

Reaching my place I turn towards him "Why don't you come in?"

"Maybe some other time" he smiled and I nod thanking him for dropping me even though I refused and he just brushed it off.

"See you. Bye!" He waved before walking away.

Narrator Pov

Taehyung was in the couch using his phone when Y/n entered.

"Hey Tae!" She said as she sat beside him sighing.

"What were you doing all this time?" He asked placing the mini object on the table looking at her.

"We got carried away in the cafeteria" she laughed.

"We?" Taehyung asked confused to which she nodded "Yeah. Me, Lisa and Kookie"

Taehyung felt uneasy again when she said that name.

"Guess what? Lisa and Jungkook are family friends!" She said.

Oh.

"Now that you have seen Kookie you do agree that he is cute and handsome right?" She asked and he scoffed in return.

"No one's cuter and handsome as me" He smirked.

"Yeah yeah whatever you say" She rolled her eyes standing up, about to head to her room but was stopped by Taehyung grabbing her arm.

"You're only supposed to look at me Y/n" He said looking up directly at her eyes, seemingly joking.

"You are so funny Tae!" She laughed knowing that he was joking as he frees her arm and she walks to her room.

She couldn't help but feel her heart beat faster when he said that looking into her eyes.

Little did she know that Taehyung meant what he said even though he was joking.
