Ara's POV

I was extremely tired by the time i reached my apartment.

I fiddled in my bag for the keys and opened the door lazily.

I removed my shoes and was about to walk towards my room, when a loud voice startled me.

??? - " Hey Ara ! you are back."

I looked back to find a sweet, beautiful girl with short hair standing there, smiling stupidly in her hoodie and shorts and a pen in her hand.

She was Ryujin, my flatmate.

I sighed and ignored her and started walking towards my room.

Ryujin - " You got quite late today right?"

she said while walking behind me mindlessly 

Then she suddenly gasped

Ryujin - " You know what happened at my uni today.. there were these two guys, they came to our uni, maybe to  find someone , but when the-"

I  reached my room's door and finally had enough of her blabbering, I turned around and glared at her which made her shut up instantly.

Ara - " I am tired, go away and let me rest."

I said coldly

 Ryujin - " Oh.....o-okay!"

she said and turned around.

I was about to close my door, when she again turned back and stopped me

Ryujin - " Do you want me to make some coffee for you?"

She asked excitedly.

I inhaled sharply and looked at her firmly.

She got my unspoken answer and her excited smile fell

Ryujin - " O-ok... No coffee, i guess."

She said and immediately walked away.

I shook my head and finally closed the door.

Ara's mind - " Why is she so annoying?"

Time skip

Next day

Ryujin's POV

I  walked out of my room after taking my bag and at the same time i saw Ara coming out of her room too.

I immediately smiled

ryujin - " Good morning Ara!"

She just nodded and started wearing her shoes followed my me

Ryujin - "Today i am leaving at the same time as yours, I  have my exam today, that's why!"

She didnt said anything and exited the door.

I quickly wore my shoes and ran after her before locking the door.

Ryujin - " You know , I am really scared for today's exam, even though i studied till 2 am yesterday,"

 I was blabbering while walking besides her.

Ryujin - " I am still not confident, the thing is our proff-"

I stopped walking and talking when  I noticed she walked towards the left whereas I have to go towards right.

I pouted and started walking my way. 

I don't know why Ara doesn't talk much with me, she easily gets irritated and stays in her room all the time.

but still I like her ,I know she is a nice person, she is just a little introvert and I like telling her about my daily life, even if she doesn't really pays attention.

Time skip

Tae's POV

I was in the shooting range , practicing , when i felt a hand on my shoulder.

I stopped and turned my neck to see jimin .

I removed my earmuffs and kept the pistol away.

Jimin - " Let's go!"

I nodded 

I picked my pistol and said while wearing aamy jacket.

Tae- " These motherf*ckers need to get a lesson, they think just because one of our drugs package got stolen, KD Gang has become weak and incompetent."

I spoke through my gritted teeth.

Time skip

At K.D . Productions's basement

As Jimin and I walked into the dark , dusty and spooky room, we could see a bruised man tied on a chair with his eyes partially closed, while a hulk sized man, standing besides him, pulling the chain, which tied his hands, harshly.

As soon as he saw us coming in, he stopped and bowed.

I gestured him to speak.

Hulk man - " He didn't said anything Boss."

I turned my eyes towards the bruised  man and stood before him spreading my legs a little and crossing my arms.

Tae - " What's your name?"

I asked calmly.

As soon as he heard my voice, his slightly closed eyes widened, he looked at me and gulped but didn't said anything.

I scoffed and looked away then looked back at him.

Tae - " I am already in a bad mood today, so don't test my patience, tell me, WHAT'S YOUR NAME?"

I growled at the end

He flinched hard and gulped again

??? - " Song M-minhyuk!"

I squinted my eyes at him.

Tae - " What were you doing in our warehouse?"

The sweat dripping all over his body made him even more disgusting than he already was.

He started crying.

Minhyuk - " Please, forgive me, I promise, I promise you'll never s-see me around your area."

I looked down and sighed restlessly, then stood straight and walked towards him.

He visibly trembled and tried to lean back, when i pulled his hair harshly, making a whimper leave his mouth.

Tae - " Listen here, you rotting piece of meat, I don't have time for your nonsense, so tell me what I ASKED."

He tightly closed his eyes and mouth to muffle his screams.

But still didn't answered

I took out my pistol ,still not leaving his hair and cocked it before keeping it on his forehead.

Tae - " I'll pierce your skull right now, if you don't answer."

He immediately stiffened.

Minhyuk - " I ....I -I..w-was......I was."

I pressed the pistol more on his forehead.

Minhyuk - " I was ordered to burn it."

He quickly blurted and I clenched my jaw.

Tae - "BY WHOM?"

Minhyuk - " I  am sorry, pl-lease let me go!"

He begged

 I huffed and shot him on his right leg and he screamed loudly, he squirmed but couldn't move, while jimin and my man watched unbothered.

Tae - " SPEAKK!!!!"

I growled

At this point , this man was losing conscious.

Minhyuk - " I-I have a famil-ly, pl-lease let me g-go."

I clenched my jaw and shot his left leg.

Minhyuk - " AHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

He screamed loudly.

I pressed my foot on his bleeding leg and again spoke

Tae - " If you want to see your family, then tell, who ordered you to burn my warehouse."

I whispered to him.

Minhyuk - " They'll kil-l me, they'll kill my f-family."

He mumbled with his closed eyes.

I scoffed loudly

He was so scared of them, that he cannot see anything except their wrath, not even his death.

I finally shot him in the forehead, making his head fall back lifelessly.

My man immediately went to untie him.

Jimin gave me the tissues to wipe the splattered blood on my hands and face.

Tae - " Search his clothes and body thoroughly, there must definitely be something."

I said and left from there wiping my hands.

Time skip

I was sitting in my cabin, checking my emails and drinking my green tea, when Jimin entered in.

Jimin - " Tae!"

I looked at him.

Tae - " Hmmm... found something?"

He handed me a file.

I opened it and there were some pictures in it.

Pictures of someone's neck
having a very familiar design of tattoo.

Jimin - "We found this on his nape."

Jimin - " You know who do this right?"

I kept the file on my table and pushed my hair back.

Tae - " They finally started this, anyways it was inevitable."

Jimin - " So, what now?"

Tae - " We'll discuss this with hyung in the meeting."

Jimin nodded.

After a veryyyy long time .

I still cannot say that I will update regularly, since I am not feeling very motivated these days but I promise it won't take this long from now on.

Btw I have changed the name of female lead from y/n to Ara...you can imagine whatever name you want, if you didn't liked this one.
