"Arrest him"

"Sir please listen. It's his first time. Please leave him" A man in his 40s requested a police officer.

"I am sorry Mr. Bing. Laws are same for everyone. I can't do anything in this matter." Officer Ethan Hernandez told him firmly.

Meet, Ethan Hernandez. The Second Eldest Son of Andrew Hernandez and Amelia Hernandez. Deputy Chief.
(A/n : For those who don't know who is deputy Chief :- The Deputy Chief serves as the second-in-command to the Chief of Police or Commissioner. They assist in managing the department's operations and may oversee specific divisions or units. They are also known as Assistant Commissioner and Undersheriff. )

"Don't forget Mr. Hernandez, I can suspend you" Mr. Bing said harshly.

Ethan looked up from his register.

"Go ahead" He said deeply looking in Mr.Bing's eyes.

Mr. Bing sighed.

Everyone in the city knows who is Ethan Hernandez. He is the honest police officer. He is not doing this job for a money, why would he, if he can literally buy anything and everything in the world without thinking twice ? Ofcourse Hernandez's are the most reputed and richest family of the city.

"I will come tomorrow with a lawyer" Mr.Bing muttered leaving his cabin.

Ethan shook his head again focussing in his file.

But he get interrupted hearing a familiar girly shriek.

He frowned closing his file and came out of his cabin but literally got shocked when he saw some constables holding none other than Olivia Hernandez tightly.

"Sir, we caught her breaking the traffic rules and in drink and drive case. She didn't even have a licence and when we asked her for it, she disrespects us saying Men are shit" One of the constable complaint.

Ethan just looked at her coldly.

Because of alcohol, she can't even stand properly.

"I am right. Men are shits" Olivia screamed laughing at her own sentence.

Ethan clenched his fist.

"My My My, isn't she a Olivia Hernandez ? A only daughter of Hernandez." Mr.Bing mocked.

He came towards Ethan.

"Now tell me Mr.Hernandez, You are not going to arrest her ? How could you, she is your only sister, hmm ?" Mr.Bing laughed.

"Heyyyyy leave meee ... I wanna cryyyyy" Olivia sang.

"Aww poor baby, I forgot she is just teenager. Oh wait- it reminds me she is underage driving. Wow, it's getting worse" Bing laughed.

A silence spead in station except for Olivia's mutterings.

Everyone stared at their Senior. They know, he is the honest Officer. He will do what is right to do.

Ethan just stood there, glaring at Bing, with his clenched fists and jaw tightened.

"Lock her in Lock-up" Ethan ordered.

Everyone's eyes widened in shock especially Bing's.

He thought, he will never arrest his sister and this way, he will save his son too but to his fate, it happened unexpected.

"Now leave" Ethan gritted his teeth to Bing.

Bing sighed.

"You became the honest police officer, no doubt but in all these don't forget you are a brother too" Bing stated leaving station.

Ethan came inside his cabin and threw his paperweight on the wall due to anger.

"Fuck"

He brushed his hair with his fingers.

Ethan sat on his chair, sighing.

He is angry. Angry on Olivia. Because of her, that good for nothing man just mocked him, his honesty.

How dare she to drive a car ? That too after getting drunk ? Even broke traffic rules ? She is literally getting out of hands. And he knows this is just because of his Father. She is getting spoiled.

"Ethan"

His eyes snapped up towards the door.

"Ethan, My friend told me Olivia is arrested. Where is she ? What she did ? How could you-"

"Sophie"

He called, interruptting her.

Meet, Sophia Diaz. A Famous Criminal Defense Lawyer. Wife of Ethan Hernandez.

"Ethan. Why are you so calm ? I am asking you something. Fucking answer me" She said sternly.

"Yes, I arrested her. She is in the lock up and she is going to spend few days in lock up until she come back in her senses." Ethan said with firm voice.

"Are you out of your mind, Ethan ? She is your sister and you-"

"And I am a Police officer too. You know Sophie, it hurts me too when I saw her in their holds, not at all in her senses. She is drunk, Sophie. She can't even stand properly on her own. Can you believe it ? Olivia is only 16 and she is drunk ? I am- I-I-" He sighed.

Sophia releases her breath.

"I am sorry, Ethan. I am really sorry" She apologized.

Ethan shook his head and pulled her in hug.

"Nope, you shouldn't be. It's not your fault. You are just thinking about her. Nothing else" He muttered.

"Ethan, you are not going to keep her in a lock-up for two days"

"But Sophie-"

"For me. Please" Sophia requested.

Ethan stared at her face and eventually agreed.

"Ok. I can't say 'No' to you" He smiled.

She smiled back.

"I will come tomorrow with papers. Take care. Bye" She kissed his cheek.

He kissed her forehead and hugged her. She sighed in content.

"Bye. Go safely. Text me, after reaching home" Ethan muttered. She nodded and left.

Ethan sighed and sat on his chair.

He think something and came out from his cabin.

"Open it" He said coldly.

A lady unlocked the door and Ethan entered in the prison.

He stared at the girl infront of him who is just staring at space.

"Olivia" He called her name coldly.

She looked at him.

"Where were you ?" He asked.

"Where is Dad ?" She asked blankly.

Ethan clenched his jaw.

"Answer my question, Olivia" He gritted his teeth.

She rolled her eyes.

Ethan shut his eyes, taking his deep breath trying to calm himself down. Olivia is really testing his patience right now.

"OLIVIA FUCKING ANSWER MY QUESTION" He yelled at her frustrated.

"I DON'T WANT TO ANSWER YOUR FUCKING QUESTION. I JUST WANT DAD TO COME HERE AND TAKE ME AWAY FROM HERE. CALL MY DAD, DAMNIT" She yelled back at him.

Ethan controlled himself. He so badly want to slap his sister right now. His eyes hardened as his glare became intense. He clenched his fist and tightened his jaw.

"Stay. In. Your. Limits. Olivia Hernandez. I am controlling myself that doesn't mean I can't do anything right now." He gritted his teeth.

Olivia straightened her back and glared back at him.

"Call My Dad" She gritted her teeth.

"Court is closed. No one can bail you out tonight. You have to spend your night here only" He scowled leaving her.

"FUCK OFF ETHAN" She yelled at him from the back.

Ethan digged his nails inside his palm and clenched his fist.

Next Day...

"Heyy Heyy you can go now" One lady constable said.

Olivia sighed standing up. She stretched her muscles a little and came out from the prison.

She was going to leave the station when she heard a voice from behind.

"Olivia" She stopped in her tracks.

"You are changed. Literally changed. I literally don't know this Olivia" Ethan voice came out with a hint of disappointment.

The whole night, he was working. His shift was already over but he can't leave Olivia alone in that place so he stayed there.

Olivia froze for a second. She clenched her fist and left from there without even turning back.
