Title: Catch Me
Plot Summary: Ron is the drama teacher. Hermione is the English teacher, Ron needs to act out a love scene, and it's his lucky day because Hermione's the only one who can act properly.
Characters: Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger
Notes: I got lazy towards the end. Sorry. This is a modern AU which takes place in the muggle world. They're not magical. And I haven't read Shakespeare, so please don't judge. I'm gonna read Othello soon, but I haven't read Romeo and Juliet. So zi just copy and pasted a scents and replaced Romeo and Juliet with Rona me Hermione. Yeah. So I don't own that lol

"Today class we will be doing Romeo and Juliet. Does anyone want to volunteer and act out a scene?" No one raised their hands. Typical.

Ron was very excited to do Romeo and Juliet as this was Hermione's favorite play. She had helped him make his lessons plans and she was so darn cute when she was serious.

"No, no, no Ron. Everyone thinks it's a tragedy, but it's just Shakespeare making fun of young love!" Ron just thought that she looked perfect.

"Well, then I'll act it out then. Now Ms. Granger has agreed to perform this scene with me."

Hermione had entered as the class waited.

Ron took a deep breath and started.
"Have not saints lips, and holy palmers too?"

"Ay, pilgrim, lips that they must use in prayer." She said this as he smiled with his eyes sparkling.

"O, then, dear saint, let lips do what hands do; They pray, grant thou, lest faith turn to despair."

"Saints do not move, though grant for prayers' sake." Hermione said this as if it were obvious.

"Then move not, while my prayer's effect I take. Thus from my lips, by yours, my sin is purged."

"Then have my lips the sin that they have took."

"Sin from thy lips? O trespass sweetly urged! Give me my sin again." And she leaned in and at the heat of the moment, they closed the space between their lips. The students cheered as they broke apart, some of them looking uncomfortable. Hermione's cheeks had gotten as red as a rose. (A|N: coughHINTcough)

She laughed lightly, "you kiss by the book."

And Ron though that this was the perfect time. He bent down on one knee, took out his ring as Hermione flushed.

"My bounty is as boundless as the sea,
My love as deep; the more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite. Hermione Granger, I have loved you from the very first time. Will you marry me?"

The class was cheering, and to be honest, Ron wished they weren't here.

"Yes!" Shouted Hermione as she flung her arms around him as the class cheered.

"Okay class dismissed!" Ron said as the class left.

It was the end of the beginning.
