Ah, book 1. I must first mention the lighting because that is what always catches my attention first on this cover. I thought the model fit extremely well with the colour scheme the person wanted. And then the lighting. Ugh, I love it! The way the hair strands on the end just seem to shine and they look so soft... XD 

I do have to say, in this instance, the lighting was SO much fun to make. And actually, the lighting on a cover is often the most fun I have making a cover. Cutting out the model, on the other hand... ehhhhhhhhhh

And then, of course, Book 2. Definitely has a bit of a lighter feel to it, imo. 

I think the hardest thing on this cover was the hair I added. It didn't fit right or it didn't look right and I just wasn't happy. So I moved on from that step and thought I'd some back to it later. And I did but only to tweak it just a bit because after everything else had been done, I didn't think it looked so bad. But 🤷

I think the thing on this cover I love most are the misty wings. They're kinda there but not there. Man, I wish I had wings...
