I have a really important thing to tell you my dear, my name is Tessa Thompson and my husband's name is Troy Thompson. You must be wondering who we are and why am I telling you this, well the simple reason is that we are your parents, dear...

When you were just a few months old two business men came to us and threatened to take you away from me if your father did not submit all his property and business deals to them. But that is where we did a mistake, the company's name was GB Techs, it's CEO was Ryan and his wife Michelle. They came to our house one day and told us that they want to ensure that we keep our side of the deal properly so they took you away from us. That day was the worst one in my life. Tears had streamed down my face as I grieved in the sorrow of losing you.

Your father had arranged for the deal to be carried out as soon as possible so that we can get you back, before they do anything to you. But... when we handed all the property to them they burned our house down and did not give you back. We are currently in hiding. We told your grandfather to take you from them because they trusted your grandfather and he did not have any property except his house which is on the outskirts of the city.

I hope that you find us soon and remember to always keep a careful watch on your surroundings and the people you are who with, because the people who took you away did it for a reason and they will never let you wander away from their sight. I hope that you and your grandfather are always safe. Be careful and alert. With lots of love....

They found out that I had been helping your parents hide all these years. There is great danger to my life now as they will never let me breathe knowing that I helped your parents survive. Tears streamed down my face but, I had a burning desire to teach these people who had caused me and my family such a tremendous loss and sadness, who were the cause of my grandfather's death and who had taken Jane away. I took the file and the letter when I noticed something else in the safe, something other than the files. I went to the safe and took out the ring that was shining as the light fell on it. The ring was put in a chain with note hanging from it saying that this was a gift from my parents.

I put the chain with the ring in it around my neck and walked out of the room with the file and the letter. As soon as I sealed the room with the shelves, I heard a loud bang from the front door. As I rushed to the front door I was flung to the side by someone. As I turned to see who it was, I was injected with something by someone wearing a mask.

Before I slipped into complete darkness a second time within 24 hours I saw someone put a mask on my face. I was lifted off the ground as I heard someone whisper to me,"Trust me...".

- third person POV -

The letter left Tracy's hands and fell on the floor of the now burning house as she slipped into darkness. There was a copy of the letter inside the file- which was now safely secured in a bag brought by the other person who was now with Tracy -as her grandfather had feared that she might lose the letter given the situation in which she would be when she read it. Little did Tracy know that not all of her family had left her alone to survive in this cruel world and little did she know that that there was always someone who was watching her and had been protecting her from the moment she step foot into this world. There was something written on the back of her letter which had not caught her eye yet, but she will soon know about it....at least I hope so.
