Led hapless brave humans into an unwanted bloodied war.

Ancient magic battled against brute strength, cunningness against bestial stealth,
Victors there were only few, though countless human lives were lost.

Till men tired of loss and war, to unite their abundant numbers swore,
And used determination to twist the odds in their favour. 

Warlocks rounded up and banished, dragons hunted down till they vanished,
And humans settled down to advance and war among themselves.
