The silence dragged on like it had no end. The teacher was shocked and the students could be classified as broken. You didn't seem to care though, indifferent to their feelings and their reactions. You told the truth, nothing but just that and this was the result so you didn't care. You didn't mind the atmosphere you walked through when you turned around silently went back to your chair in the back of the class.
Everyone watched. They all stared at you and the way you held yourself, the bruises and cuts that tainted your body though there wasn't ever really a time when you didn't come to class with any sort of wound. You had two more classes to go before you could go home now, you just had to wait patiently and then leave as quickly as possible to see Ikeda Daisuke, Kato Arata and Hisakawa Kichirou. You didn't hope to see Seiji though, he was something that came to become a bother to you. You had to deal with him but you knew it had to be done correctly.
You cleared your throat and spoke up as the silence ensued, "Koro-sensei, I'll get my revenge by training harder and becoming stronger than I was before my coma." You intentionally put emphasis on the word 'coma' as you knew you would continue to do. He had the sole purpose of becoming a teacher to protect each and every one of his students. He failed and he had to repent.
"I'll be the one to end your pitiful life because you're the one who did that to me. Rest easy and keep your eyes on my lesser peers." Your voice was authoritative and almost robotic, Rio watched you with two sad eyes and she didn't even know what she could say to bring you back. The you that everyone knew and loved. The person you were now was troubled and lustful for blood, it made you extremely intelligent. You almost resembled like a great leader too.
You didn't care about the words coming from your mouth when you belittled the people you had always admired and cared for. They were left in the dark without anything to rebuttal with, their faces down in disappointment when they slowly came to the realisation that they really could have prevented what happened that day. Nagisa felt the worst though, he couldn't even look at you without feeling a weight on his chest so he stared down at his desk.
"Nakamura." The blonde looked at you, a small frown on her face when you continued, "How's Hagiwara been?"
She was puzzled but she answered nonetheless and Karma didn't know what to think, he wanted to say something, anything from keeping you from speaking more about that asshole but he wanted to so desperately hear what you had to say about him whilst in this condition, "He's been really stubborn about wanting to see you... It's like he's obsessed."
Not everyone in the class knew exactly what Seiji was to you but there wasn't any point in speaking about him further, "Good."
"No, not good. What do you think you're doing?" Terasaka and Yoshida flinched when they turned to see Karma in his seat beside you. He was watching you, his body turned to face you completely while he leaned his elbow on the desk as he held his chin, smiling at you with curiosity and mischief swimming in his pretty, mercury eyes.
"I don't recall it ever being yo-"
No, you couldn't bring yourself to speak to him that way. You stopped and cringed to yourself, it looked as if your face was twisted in pain and he perked up when he noticed, "What's wrong, (Y/N)-chan?" There was a sincerity in his voice when he spoke to you again but you turned away, anger present in your frown.
"Leave m-... Nothing."
dammit.
why am I so stupid.
why can't I say something to him? I'm gonna look so weak to them now.
No one stopped you when your chair scraped the floor beneath you as you ran from your seat to the exit as Koro watched, perplexed while Nakamura was almost tempted to run after you.
Alone in the woods, you couldn't help remember all of the problematic aspects of your life. You'd just recovered from a damn coma and yet you had to think about so many things, you had limited time before the earth was destroyed - it was still a while but it didn't mean you could ignore the fact that you were sitting on a ticking time bomb with the trigger in your class.
You had to deal with Hagiwara, he was annoying and unpleasant. You weren't feeling it anymore; not like you had been to begin with but you had to make sure to get rid of him for good. He was stubborn and needy too, just like how you had acted with him just so he could feel confident and empowered with you. He was pathetic.
You had to do something about Gakuhō Asano; also known as your principal because if he really thought he could threaten to humiliate you in front of your class to keep you from getting out of line then he was sorely mistaken. He was cunning and ruthless too, it was a pleasure to be in the presence of him but if he thought you could be controlled then you'd have to show him how wrong he was.
And you knew just how to do it. The thought of it made a smile grow on your chapped lips. You licked them, feeling the dryness as you felt the scabs on your cheeks that weren't as aching as before, they were healing and you looked down to your wrists. It was an exciting wound, that's for sure and the bruising was slowly beginning to dissipate to which you were glad.
It only caused you to relive what happened with those two scum; Itona and Shiro. They were another problem on the growing list in your mind, they proved to be troublesome and irritating. Their presence was completely irrelevant and if Shiro really thought you'd let him kill your teacher then you knew you had to do something about it.
It seemed so obvious and yet he didn't seem to get it,
'... You see, I need you to help me so we can kill your Koro-sensei together..'
'Alright.'
Hah! As if! You could laugh out loud at his stupidity when you kept walking slowly down the mountain, nearing the main building with each step. He thought you were really co-operate after what he did to you? Would anyone be allowed to command you to work with them after torturing and blasting electricity into you? You? You pitied each and every one of your enemies; they were so, so laughable.
And your own mother was another concept added to your list of shitty problems. She was forcing a shrink on you and making you take your pills. Those disgusting, white tablets filled with ingredients you didn't know which you had to ingest every morning and every night. It only brought about the anxiety when realising that you had no idea when your appointment with the therapist would be. You were sure that your own mother would come to pick you up from school and take you there herself because she didn't trust you.
It didn't help that the Karma Akabane was in your class now. You couldn't help but place your palms on your cheeks when thinking of him, his sadistic nature and his violent behaviour only assisted in worming him into your heart when you had admired him for so long.
It was always one-sided, always watching him as he walked through your school with this attractively arrogant attitude to which you couldn't help but become entranced. He was hypnotising and now the boy earned himself a seat beside you in the E-class. The class for those who aren't wanted near the other students of their school. There was no hope for those in class E and it was so ironic because human life was riding on everyone's shoulders in that class - the one that everyone bullied and thought of as lowly peasants to help in making them feel more superior.
Time passed quickly when you managed to stumble down to the main building, students were slowly but surely leaving their classes to begin cleaning and to begin their clubs after school when you found yourself in front of the opening where the third year show lockers were.
There were three boys, all of them making faces of disgust at their shoes when they all leaned forward to fix their shoes without realising that this was all planned. You almost laughed out loud when you stood behind Kato Arata and grabbed his wrists tightly from under behind him, you pulled back quickly and watched as he flipped entirely to land on the ground with a loud 'oomph!' while he groaned in pain, rolling to his side to tend to his aching spine.
Hisakawa Kichirou didn't have enough time to get up before you were behind him, doing the same thing while watching with that vicious grin on your face. Ikeda Daisuke shuddered, tripping on his feet when he tried to move because you looked all the scarier with the cuts and bruises, the darkness under your eyes when you watched both of his friends whine in pain before you with that barbaric look, you appeared absolutely psychopathic to him.
All three of them looked at you with fear and you revelled in it, laughing and cheering aloud as bystanders watched in fright without even being able to gain the confidence to stop you when they didn't even want to think about what would happen if they tried to.
You couldn't help leaning forward to clutch your stomach from the laughter shaking your body, you were loud and obnoxious though it also hurt because of the bruises on your stomach. You slowly stopped and the sweet sound of your voice slowly disappeared when you looked at the three of them, feeling a stare when you glanced up to see Hagiwara Seiji watching you with a nonchalant expression despite the mild anger in his eyes.
You ignored him and breathed in, looking at his three stooges on the floor again and you spoke quietly, only loud enough for them to hear, "This is the tip of the iceberg." Your voice dropped by an octave and you watched their faces turn white as if being drained of their colour, "If you try to speak to me again, try to get physical with me again. If you look at me again or even think of me again, I'll come back. It'll only get worse for you three, alright? Don't make me mad."
You spoke calmly, your words weren't vulgar nor were they specific or in detail but it wasn't that that caused them to freeze, one of them flinched when you stopped talking; Daisuke. His lip was trembling and you loved watching it. Despite your short and to-the-point statements; they were still enough to surely keep them up at night for the next week, 'Don't make me mad.'
To others, it might've only been four words, a warning and only a warning but to the people who were on the receiving end, they heard something else, 'Do it again and I'll come, hunt you down and kill you.'
