Hello again! If you're reading this, I'm guessing that means you liked Open the Rift. Keep in mind that, if you haven't read it, this story may be confusing, so I recommend going back and reading it. There will also be some time skips, big and small, so bear with me.

Also, I just wanted to thank SomePaste with help for this story, since I knew I wanted to make a story, but her ideas made my original idea much more interesting.

One final thing I'd like to mention before the book begins is that I wrote the prologue and first chapter months before the rest of the story, so the writing style may be very different after those two chapters. I really wanted to start this story a while ago, but I was far too busy, so you get it now!
