Thorn
The great founder of Thornclan. She is fabled to have been thin and prickly like thistles, with eyes as sharp as her claws. Her intelligence and quick thinking was unparallelled.

Bristlestar
He is rumored to have been a small, black tom with large ears and eerie yellow eyes. He was known to be wise and kinder than all other Thornclan leaders, amending the brawl of Thornclan with the medicine cats of each clan.

Apprentice: Larkpaw (Larkfire)

Lightstar
Known to be a light sandy-colored she-cat, Lightstar was looked down upon by her clanmates and fellow leaders for being too passive and weak. It is known that she once wanted to be a medicine cat but could not be.

Apprentice: Volepaw (Volefur) 

Badgerstar 
A white tom with black markings on his body, Badgerstar was defensive and protective of his clan's borders. But he assisted Mistclan during the Great Flood, which strengthened their alliance. It was known that he had a dislike for Swiftclan's leader at the time.

Thistlestar 
A dark grey tabby tom, who was very large and had green eyes. He was a silent leader, and did not talk much during gatherings. He was the father of many kits and had three different mates in Thornclan at different times. 
He tried to dampen the feud with Swiftclan.

Thornstar 
A dark brown short-haired she-cat, with grey eyes. She is aggressive and proud, the new era leader of Thornclan. She is old and harsh, but not cruel, and believes Thornclan to be the best.
