"time to wake up sleeping beauty"i heard Samima's voice in sleep

"i don't want to wake up,i'm tired"i yawned and turned to the other side of the bed

"today is Monday,we have to join the morning prayer and get to school early"as if i was slapped across the face,i woke up immediately i heard her say this

"i Almost forgot"i said and jumped out of the bed making my way to the bathroom,i brushed my teeth,took my bathe and made my ablution for the morning prayer,i went back inside the room took my long hijab,i notice Samimah was no where to be found

Maybe she had joined the congregation

I rushed to the praying ground and met them through with the salat but sitting silently and praying,i prayed mine and was silently praying when my uncle broke the silence

"make sure you get ready before 7am,i need to get to the office early,today is monday"

"yes daddy"we said

We went back to our room and wore our uniform,went to the dining room to have our breakfast and dad ride us on his car to the school,throughout the ride everyone was silent certainly occupied in their own world

"have a nice day"my uncle said

"same to you"we said and wave him goodbye,he ignited the engines and left,i got scared immediately,i felt frightened and anxious maybe it because it was my first time here and meeting new people is not quite my thing

"It's okay, don't die before you meet your mates"Samimah said and we laughed a bit releasing a lot of tension from me

"Mimah baby what's up"a voice stopped us,two girls who looked identical stopped us

"Mercy,Mercy how far"Samimah said embracing the taller one

"This one wey person no get my time now nko"the other one said and I remain quiet

"Haba Blessing,make I no greet Mercy first"Samimah replied

"Jealousy go just kill am one day"The one I just known to be Mercy said

"I no get una time shall,who be this"Blessing said referring to me

"My sister,she just join us"Samimah replied

"Na now wey we won con finish she come join,how far me na Blessing" Blessing said in a bad girl tone

"Jamilah"I simply replied

"Mercy"Mercy said  identifying her self"Blessing"she said pointing to Blessing"we are twins and it's obvious"she said and I smiled

"Nice meeting the both of you"I replied as nicest as I can

"Nice meeting you too"they said in unison

"Babe I get gist for you"Mercy said

"Seriously"Samimah replied walking closer to them,I wasn't interested in their conversation and I saw a familiar person standing with four other boys,I was trying to Scrabble out the name and I remembered

I left Samimah and her friends unknown to them and went forward to meet Fawwaz

"Hey,how have you been?"I asked

"Who are you?"he replied in a horrific tone,all my confidence was gone immediately and the other boys were laughing making me feel more than embarrassed

"I... was..was..the...." I stammered lost of words

"Do you have problems in making a sentence or are you that dumb?"he asked angrily,I was so embarrassed that I couldn't make a step or say a word,a lot of students quickly  gathered murmuring different offensive words

Fawzan must be venting his anger on her

I heard someone trying to make it out  through the crowd"what happened?"it was Samimah,by then my eyes was blinded with tears and I ran away heading to unknown direction"wait"Samimah said running after me

I stopped at a quiet corner of the school and was bitterly crying,this was too much for a day, too much for my first time at this school,I regretted coming here immediately

"What's wrong with you?"Samimah asked breathing heavily as she sat beside me,I couldn't reply her and let me cry out my guts to my satisfaction only patting me in the back

"I thought he was Fawwaz"I manage to say finally

"What happened" a voice interrupted Samimah with whatever she wanted to say

"It's Fawzan"Samimah replied

"I heard rumors and followed you guys"he said

"Hey, it's okay"he continued kneeling beside me and gently raising up my head,he wiped away my tears with his handkerchief"don't let whatever he said get to you,he is just upset about something that happened this morning,he is one of the nicest person In this planet"Fawwaz said

"He look like you"I manage to say in a faint voice

"My twin brother"he replied

"Triplet if not mistaken"Samimah corrected

"Triplet"I was shocked

"Yeah,we are three,Fawwaz,Fawzan and Fawzy"

"Wow but he was not friendly at all"I said getting better

"Well, let's say yes he is not so friendly but he is absolutely the nicest person ever"Fawwaz said

"You wish"I said rolling my eyes and they chuckled

"You missed your first assembly in this college,so let's go to the class"Samimah said giving me an encouraging smile

"Yeah, let's go to the class"I stood up and took care of the messy part of my uniform and headed with them to the class

We met a tall lanky young man standing in the front of the class

"Why are you late?"he roared"you should know you are not met to be late on Mondays and as your class form master I'm going to take care of that"he said

"We are sorry sir"we all said,his eyes drifted to me and asked

"Are you the new student"he asked eyeing me from my hair to my sandals

"Yes sir"

"Your name?"

"Muhammed Jamilah"

"Welcome to the king's and Queen's College"he said

"Thank you sir,I replied smiling

"Sit down with that quiet guy over there"my eyes travelled to the almighty classified quiet guy,his eyes were on his note but look lost

"Ok sir"I said and we all went to our various sit

"Hi,I'm Jamilah"I said while sitting down

"Jafar"he replied without looking at me

I settled down and placed my school back at my side as I listen to the guides,rules and regulations that our form master was giving us,he rounded everything up by telling us his name

"To some of you that doesn't know my name,I am Mr Kandiri Isaiah,you can call me Mr Kandiri"he took his high note book and left the class

I brought out my phone and remembered I haven't texted my dearest Sultana since I got this phone,I entered my newly installed what's app application and did the necessary things I got to do,I met Sultana online and texted her

"Can you...?"Jafar stopped mid way as his eyes interlocked with mine,he slowly closed his eyes

"Can you please low your voice down,you are disturbing my peace and as you can see free period are not met for chatting,everyone is with their books"he said gently laced with anger

"I'm sorry but you are not made to tell me how to spend my free period more also am not the only one with a phone"I fired back

"I see why he can't tolerate you"he said with his eyes still closed

"Were all the boys in this class made to piss me up"I said rhetorically

He raised his hands up"not part of them"he replied

"Let's get along well since we will be seat partners and for God's sake open your eyes,am not a masquerade"I said whining

"Fine"he said opening his eyes and saw how handsome the dark dude was but I wasn't going to let it get to me"firstly you have to obey my rules"he said

"Rules"I asked genuinely confused

"Yes, rules,one, no chatting in free periods,no making of noise when sitting here,silence when the teacher is here and the most important no gists about how handsome Fawzan is"he said and I was like what the hell is he saying

"I'm okay with the rules but please and please I am not Fawzan fan girl"I replied

"Then nice meeting Miss?"

"Miss Muhammed Jamilah,nice meeting you too Mr?"I imitate him and he chuckled showing his glistening white teeth

"Mr Ambode Jafar"he smiled

The rest of the day went normal,some of the student came requesting for my name,some totally ignoring me being snubbish and the rest just a hi, let's say it went well except my encounter with  Fawzan and classes after are tiring and hectic

Being a while I updated, here is a new chapter and tell me what you think about how the day went😁
