Chapter 9

Tobias

Glancing round I noticed Tris was missing.

"Sorry, mate but can you just excuse me for a moment?" I walked away from Matthew before hearing his answer.

I noticed a flash of blonde hair attached to a short body and walked over to Tris.

"Tris," I placed my hand on her lower back and felt the tension rolling off of her.

"No-one knows. It was as if we had just lost our memories, we've tried talking to as many suspects as we can but no-one has any idea." I heard - what was his name? Lewis? Luke? Ah that was it, Lucas - saying to Tris.

"What are you talking about?" I questioned, not knowing if I wanted to know the answer.

Tris cleared her throat, and a sour expression settled on her face.

"Come outside with me Tobias," her voice sounded distant and when I didn't move she grabbed my arm with an iron grip, "Come."

We walked outside and I could tell Tris was about to explode.

"What is it baby?" I tried to soothe her by rubbing her arms.

She took a deep breath, looked behind her and spoke, "David doesn't remember shooting me. No-one does because of the memory serum."

"Oh." Was all I could say.

"I feel robbed, like I went through being dead for 2 years while he was here with no trace of recollection of what he'd done! How is that fair?"

"It is not fair at all but Tris think about this; no-one remembers what we went through and how we broke the rules. We got away with it, we saved lives. Just think about that."

"Oh Tobias, I'm so selfish." it was like her anger deflated almost immediately, "Thank you but it does still annoy me," she threw her arms around me.

I smiled into her hair and whispered, "Of course babe. Let's get out of here,"

I felt her grin and she whispered back suggestively, "Back home, for some alone time?"

"Of course," I smirked.

We told Zeke and Shauna that we were done for the night because Tris wasn't feeling too good. I felt a little bad for lying and leaving so early but I knew how much David being there had affected her.

We practically ran down the corridor, just wanting to be alone for once.

Stumbling, I unlocked the door and we fell in as a tangled mass of limbs. All I could feel was Tris pressing her lips hungrily to mine and I knew I was gone.

I pushed her against the wall and she sighed absentmindedly. She pulled me even closer and jumped, wanting to wrap her legs around my waist. I caught her effortlessly and walked her - not breaking the kiss - into the bedroom. Hopping down, she pulled my shirt off and ran her hands from my muscled stomach all the way up to my shoulders. A shiver spread down my spine and she smirked into the kiss. Breaking apart to catch her breath, I continued peppering kisses along her jaw and neck, earning a small moan. My hands trailed to the zip on the back of her dress and started to unzip.

My hands froze as I flashed back to a simpler time when she told me about her fear landscape.

"Why'd you stop?" she complained even though her hands were shaking,

I chuckled nervously at her eagerness, "I didn't want to push you into anything Tris. We don't have to do this you know." I reminded her because we both knew where this was heading.

She looked embarrassed as she voiced what she wanted, "I want this, Tobias. I want you. Now, please."

That was all it took.

I pulled her dress down and it pooled at her feet. She shivered slightly from the draft hitting her exposed skin and crossed her hands over her chest whilst looking down shyly and blushing.

I removed her hands and kissed down her neck, her breats, her stomach and planted a final kiss to her left hip.

"You're so beautiful. I love you so much" I moved back up and captured her mouth with mine.

All the passion, love and emotions came tumbling out at our kiss. Every unspoken 'I love you' was shown and felt.

I swung her up in my arms, suddenly, causing a surprised gasp to fall from Tris's pink lips.

She giggled as I set her down on the bed. She reached out to me, her hands still shaking slightly, as I pulled my trousers down and joined her on the bed.

From then on our underwear was discarded and her lips were pressing to every inch of my body, as were mine.

"Are you sure about this Tris?"

She smiled with a spark in her eye and replied, "Of course."

We spent the rest of the night pleasuring each other until we collapsed from exhaustion. It felt so right when we gave ourselves to each other and I knew I would never tire from the feeling.

{OooOoOoo THEY DID THE DIRTY lol anyways I hope that was enough for you guys bc I didn't really want to go into too much detail, I'll leave that to the older writers. As the story progresses I might go into more detail but we'll see.
