What is a person really like? Ask those who work for them.

The Prophet ﷺ would treat those who worked for him with so much respect, that he would request actions from them instead of commanding them to do it (which he had every right to do).

In fact, Anas ibn Malik reported: "I served the Prophet ﷺ , for ten years. By Allah, he never even said to me “Uff!” (expression of frustration) and he never said harshly for anything, “Why did you do that?” or, “Why did you not do that?" (Bukhari)

Ten years of service, and not one sound of frustration. That's who our Prophet ﷺ was.
