This hadith should be engraved in every single believer's heart:

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Part of the perfection of a person’s Islam is his leaving that which is of no concern to him.'"

So much of the pain we inflict on one another is due to the fact that we believe we should have access to everyone's unfiltered stories or realities all the time.

No, we have no right to this.

We pry. We want the juicy details. And then we are quick to judge someone due to a sliver of what we see of him or her.

In reality, we should leave alone what has nothing to do with us.
