One beautiful characteristic of the Prophet (S) was his ability to give people his full, undivided attention. When someone would approach him to speak to him, he (S) turned to them with his full body. He looked right at them as they spoke to him, and he gave them his full attention and respect - whether or not the person who was speaking to him liked him or not. Didn't matter. And whether or not the person gave him their full attention, he gave them his. Always.

In fact, the Prophet (S) was almost *too* good at this. Why?
Because he gave every single person such care, respect, and attention when they spoke, everyone thought they were his favorite person. What an awesome quality.

What about us? Do we give people the attention they deserve from us today? How often are we scrolling through our phones while our friends, siblings, parents, or teachers are talking to us? Do we give people the undivided attention we seek when we speak to others? Do we do our best to follow this beautiful practice of our beloved Prophet (S)?

May Allah make us amongst those who always gives those who interact with us our undivided, complete and full attention.
