{Yusei's PoV.}

"Come on you two! Hurry up!" "We're coming!" Shortly after the twins cane running down the stairs. "You guys are excited?" "Yes! Mom and dad finally allowed us to have a Neko! Of course we are!", said Leo and jumped around the place. "I always wanted one. Thank you for driving us Yusei." "No problem. And remember. You only get one. I make sure of that." "Yeah yeah. Let's go!" I let out a soft chuckle and went to the car. Normally I would just take my bike, but I borrowed it from I good friend so I can bring those two to the Neko shelter.

Leo and Luna hopped into the car and I started to drive. "Yusei?" "Yes?" "Are you getting a Neko too?" I glanced at Leo behind me before concentrating on the road again. "No. I won't." "But why? You should get one! It could help you out!" "I don't need a Neko Luna. I was able to do my household without a Neko pretty well. Besides. You should plan something like this a long time. I don't have anything for that poor guy. It would starve with me." The twins laughed. "But... are you thinking of getting one? In the future?" "Not really. Why? What are you guys saying?" "It's just. You work so much and you live alone in this big apartment. Aren't you getting lonely?" I sighed. "Sometimes. But I already tried having relationships. And I'm not very good at it." "You don't need a relationship for a Neko." "I'm scared of getting one and then not having the proper time for it. Besides. I got used to being alone in my apartment a long time ago."

The talk continued like this until we arrived at the Neko shelter. "Finally...", I murmured to myself. We got out of the car and inside the building. An employee immediately greeted us. "Welcome in our beautiful Neko shelter. I'm assuming you want to adopt one of our Neko's." "Yes!" I smiled at the twins. At least their wish came true. "What would you two like? A male or a female?" The two looked at each other. "I think male would be good", I said and looked at them. "Yeah. Mom said it should help us. And males are stronger", said Luna. "Very well then. Follow me."

We followed him into a big long room filled with cages on cages. There were always three cages on top of each other. And they were really small. It makes me feel sorry for those poor little guys. At least we can free one of them. 'You should get one! It can help you out!' I shook my head. No... I don't have the time for one. "How would you like to do this? Do you have specific things, that your Neko should be able to do?" "Eh... mom said it should help us with the household and everything. That's the only option she wanted." "Well all of our Neko's are able to do that. How much are you allowed to pay?" "Up to 600 everything is allowed." "Well our cheapest are from 200 to 350. But they lag in beauty and strength. Since you want a strong one, I show you the examples in the price range from 400 to 600. Those will be able to help you."

After half an hour we saw a lot of different Neko's, but none interested the twins pretty much. Somehow they wanted something special. Not a normal Neko. "Mm... tuff one eh... I have an option. This one." Out of the next cage in the middle he pulled out a Neko with light blue hair. It was a bit smaller then the ones before, but was surely the same age. "This one is untouched. You would be it's very first owners." "He looks cool..." "I like him! I want that one!" The Neko kept it's eyes on the ground. All Neko's did that. Poor things. "This one would be $ 550." "Well its in the price range your parents gave you", I said and smiled at the twins. They grinned back at me. "Now to something different. You two are allowed to choose a new name and get it one a collar, if you don't like the old name. Can you watch this one for a minute?" I nodded and watched the twins going in a nearby room. I looked down at the helpless Neko. "Don't worry. The twins are nice. They will take good care of you." He looked up to me and I saw sadness in his eyes.

"Please buy him..."

Yusei: why do I not want a Neko?

Jaden: Please adopt me Yusei!
