Keefe's POV

Neverseen hideout, exact location is currently unknown due to qualified reasons.

"You know I can't tell you my real name! But my Neverseen identity is Drew. Drew Tanaka." The girl answered hesitantly. 

Drew Tanaka?!?!?!

Wasn't that the ex-counselor of the Aphrodite cabin in Percy's memories!?!??!!

"You seem surprised, but you also seem to recognise me! Any reasons why?" Drew asked.

Keefe bit his tongue from answering well, you know, we've got these demigod-friends and they told us that you were the ex-counselor of the Aphrodite cabin!!!.

"Fine! You don't want to tell me! But, I'm sure I can guess it, honey." Drew said, her voice dripping with poison.

"Don't call me honey!!!" he snapped.

Drew didn't pay any attention at those words. "Has it got anything to do with... hm, I don't know... demigods, maybe, darling? Particularly Piper McLean?"

He flinched.

He wanted to slap himself.

He would've, if his hands hadn't been tied.

"Sooo... the rumours are true then!" Drew laughed. "You have the demigods on your side! Are they your allies? Tell me!"

Something in Drew's voice made him obey.

He couldn't fight against it.

"I- I think so!" he answered.

"Good to know! Her honour will be pleased to hear that." she answered.

"Her honour?"

"Lady Gisela. She's like our queen, our leader! Her true and loyal followers call her her 'her honour'. And I'm one of her most loyal follower." she sounded proud. "Now, we don't have time to small-talk, sweetie! We need you to meet her honour! It's about time you need to become a real Neverseen" She snarled. "Remember, you promised you would obey her honour and the Neverseen, if her majesty let go of Sophie!"

"Wait a minute! Her majesty!???!?!?"

"'Her honour' is Lady Gisela! 'Her majesty' is Lady Elysian!" Drew answered.

"Ok..."

"Come on!" She first blind-folded Keefe with a black cloth and he couldn't see through it. Then she harshly started dragging Keefe along, unlocked the locked door by licking a DNA-sensor on it and went out of the room with him.

Keefe didn't try to stop her from dragging him.

After all, he knew, if he refused, Sophie would die.

Because of him.

And he didn't want that.

So he let her drag her around the base.

They turned several times on the way and Keefe tried to memorize the way.

Left.

Left.

Right.

Left.

Right.

...

Keefe suspected that Drew was taking the longer and harder way just to confuse Keefe.

They went on for a few minutes and Keefe's legs started to pain.

But then, Drew stopped so suddenly that Keefe ran into her.

Before Keefe could fall down, Drew snatched his wrist and wow.

Her grip was tight.

She took of his blindfold rather harshly, messing up The Hair but that was the least of his worries right now.

It took a moment for Keefe's eyes to adjust to the bright light.

But as his vision cleared, he could see two thrones in front of him.

They were built on a high platform with steps, just like the thrones of the human kings and queens.

The next thing he noticed were Elysian and Gisela sitting in perfect and elegant posture, the former known as 'her majesty' the latter known as 'her honour'.

Elysian still had her hood on.

Why did it surprise him?

"Hello, Keefe." Gisela's cold eyes bore into his, just as cold as her voice. And as cold as her heart. "I see, you're awake. Finally. Took you long enough."

"What do you want!?" Keefe clenched his wrists, it took all of his guts not to punch her in her face.

"Oh, I want very less. You need to go to Brooklyn-"

"Brooklyn is this human city, right?"

"-stop interfering me from talking!" she snapped but then took a few deep breaths to calm herself down. "Yes, Brooklyn is this human city. There, you will pose as a high-school kid -with Drew accompanying you, of course- until you meet two teenagers named Sadie and Carter Kane. They are siblings, but they look completely different. Here, I-"

"Ummm... why do I need to spy on teenagers!?!?!?"

"STOP INTERFERING WHILE I'M TALKING!!! And, you need to spy on them because I told you so." she smiled, but it was dripping with poison. "Also, if you don't cooperate, I will kill your cute, little girlfriend, Sophie."

"You- you wouldn't!" Keefe's eyes grew wide.

He knew, Gisela wasn't lying.

It wasn't the first time Gisela had killed someone.

"Fine, I wouldn't!"

"Wait, what?"

"Let me finish! I would order Lady Elysian to kill Sophie, since I don't want to get my hands dirty."

Keefe had sooo many words he wanted to describe Gisela and Elysian as, but the consequence was Sophie's death, so he bit his tongue from spilling out those words.

"Can I continue now?" Lady Gisela asked and waited until Keefe nodded. Then she continued. "Now, as I was saying, before I was rudely interrupted,. I've got a photo of how these siblings look. Here."

She conjured up a photo and showed it to Drew and him.

On the photo, there was a smiling blonde girl with pale blue eyes. She had red strands in her hair. Next to her was a grinning boy with short, curly black hair and dark skin. 

They were standing in front of a pyramid-shaped building that looked like Foxfire.

But it was made out brown... stones? Blocks?

Whatever.

"You need to find these two kids." Her honour aka Gisela broke the silence. 

"And what should Drew and I tell them- these Carter and Sadie- if they find out that we were spying on them? Like what's our cover?" Keefe asked.

"So, Keefe, I think you won't like your part but you need to do it." Gisela paused for the dramatic vibes to spread out. "You need to act as Drew's boyfriend."
