Sonic has always gotten up early, mostly out of habit of him being an insomniac when he was younger, he was still kind of recovering from that...as well as the trauma, he has gotten better with controlling his outbursts, when he was out in public, as well as when he was at home, and with his friends and family, he just had to think about what something else, or a hug from his parents, friends, or Scourge helps the most. Getting himself off of the bed, he is wearing a pain white t-shirt, and waist length black shorts. He fixes his side of the bed, turning his attention to his sleeping husband who was drooling on his pillow, Sonic smiled to himself and plants a kiss on his husband's cheek before walking out of the room to check on Starfire.

Upon opening the door to the hoglet's nursery, the small hoglet who was wearing a pale pink onesie, was supporting herself by the crib bars, is awake none of the less. "C-Come here Star..." Sonic whispered as he picks the hoglet up from her crib. "I bet y-your hungry~" he purred nuzzling into Starfire's cheek, making her purr back.

Setting Starfire into her high chair, Sonic was about to open the fridge before the door bell rang, confused as to why someone would be here at five in the morning, he made his way over to the front door and peaks through the peep hole to see that it was Silver and Raven, who is wearing a black an off the shoulder, dress with a white swiss dotted ruffle trimmed, and puff sleeves, white leggings with black slip on shoes.

Sonic opened the door, and he noticed the bruise on Silver's face as well as the blood stains on his muzzle from his mouth and nose bleeding. "S-Silver!! W-what happened?" He asked as he helped the albino hedgehog inside.

Raven was kind of shocked that this blue hedgehog knew her uncle, she also took notice of the hoglet who was sitting in the high-chair, looking like it was about to whimper.

"I'm fine...I...I just needed to get away..." Silver admits as he just sat down at the table, he took a lot of his strength to not just sob right there, he's been through a lot over these five years...was just him spending his time taking care of Raven, dealing with his brother picking a fight with him cause he was being truthful, having to listen both his brother, and his girlfriend, argue about every little thing. To top it all off he was also dealing with college.

Sonic shook his head, but a whimper distracted him from lending a hand with tending to his wounds. "O-oh I'm s-sorry S-Star" Sonic said to the hoglet. "H-Hold on Silver..." he said to Silver as he goes over to Starfire and gives a plastic bag full of safe snacks for the hoglet to eat while he was busy with Silver.

After explaining what happened this morning to Sonic, Silver felt a little better after having to keep it in for so long, He didn't hate Raven...no not at all...but even he wasn't ready to support a child, he had a lot of sleepless nights, his grades had gotten worst, and he would...though not meaning to, but yell at Raven to him alone. "I-I don't know how you do it..."

Sonic only tilted his ears back, at first it was hard cause he didn't really know what he was doing...after all he had just turn fifteen that year after Shaundre was born, and to pile on the mental trauma that he had, and still has...but then again his Moms helped him out with most of the things, guiding him through the process often times took the back seat so that he could figure it out on his own, but Silver's situation was much different, he kind of didn't have a doubt that Shadow would just abandon his own kid, since he's done that with him when he was pregnant with Shaundre, but Sally.

"S-Silver..." Sonic started as he looked at the albino hedgehog. Raven kind looked down at the floor as she started to have tears in her eyes when she heard the full conversation, from the living room...in her five year old mind, she just saw herself as a burden, her birth parents didn't want her, and the only person that she could trust also didn't want her.

"I-I can't put that on you!!" Silver called out.

"S-she's S-Shaundre...h-half sister...m-making her my daughter a-as well" Sonic said, Raven turned her attention back the conversation, when she heard that...though she didn't understand what it meant, but it was something thing.

Silver looked away, he didn't really want to leave Raven with Sonic...after all the azure male is already dealing with so much, a one year hoglet and a six year old, but at the same time he didn't really want Raven to be with some stranger that could be super nice or something much worse than her actual parents...and like Shaundre he could visit her from time to time. "Okay...B-But I'll have to talk to my Dad about this...I-I know you d-"

"I-it's f-fine Silver...w-what ever happened I-in the past it's a-all water under bridge" Sonic smiled, as he started to pull out ingredients for breakfast.

Silver sniffs as he just hugs Sonic, "T-Thank you...for this...I love her, I really do, but I just wasn't ready for that big of a responsibility"

Sonic only smiles as he hug his friend back.

Raven sniffs hearing those words that were rarely said to her, made her feel emotional...but she knew that she was gonna have to be on her best behavior, for Sonic so she can stay.

It wasn't long before Silver said his goodbye...he told Sonic that he would pack up Raven's things from his house and bring it over, along with some clothes of hers.

"H-Hey R-Raven, your U-Uncle Silver t-told me all a-about you" Sonic said as he knelt down to the chipmunk's height. "S-So y-you'll be staying w-with us"

Raven sniffed and just hugged Sonic starting to sob into shirt, the azure male only lets out a soft sigh, and hugs her back...he glances over at the high-chair where Starfire was still sitting at, so far she was pretty was distracted by her Chao stuffed toy that made a noise when it was shook, it was hand me down from when Shaundre was a little baby like her. He only hopes Scourge doesn't get made over the decision that he made. He still had a fear of being abused, thanks to Shadow, so he didn't really like making decisions and always had Scourge do that, who encouraged him to start making the decisions, for himself so he has gotten better with that.

But this one.

This one was a really decision that he made without Scourge being in the same room. He only hopes Scourge was okay with it.
