Sonic's eyes fluttered open, and he quickly sat up, breathing heavily, he didn't mean fall asleep in Scourge's arm...but he just couldn't handle the memories.

"Hey...Hey, your fine...I'm right here" Scourge said as he wraps his arms around Sonic. The azure male just tries to calm himself down, a long with his breathing...he is okay, he's far away from the people that had hurt him since childhood.

"I-I'm o-okay..." Sonic stutters, his ears tilted back he really needed to be careful...he is at risk of a heart attack now thanks to the trauma he received throughout his life. It was another minute before Sonic had completely calm down, and took his medicine to help with his heart condition. "Thank you" Sonic said to his husband.

"I meant what I said during our vows, I'd rather us die together than apart...you mean that much to me" Scourge said giving the blue hedgehog a small kiss on the cheek.

"Where is Ra-"

"In bed...it's a little to early for her to be awake"

Sonic nodded as he checks his watch that helps monitor his heartbeat, it was slowly going back down to its normal rhythm. He just snuggles into the emerald male. "So we are her legal guardians now?"

"Mhm...S-She didn't have to...get the court involve c-cause she had legal advice o-of the crimes t-they did" Sonic admitted. "I-I know Shaundre will be h-happy about it"

"At least now...we can finally have some peace, I'm getting really sick of hearing those assholes" Scourge mutters.

"M-me too...I g-guess I'll have to let m-my moms know a-about this" Sonic only buries his face into Scourge's neck, "B-But, I want to c-cuddle~"

Scourge wraps his arms around Sonic, pulling him closer "Sure thing babe."

Raven rubs her eyes as she started to wake up, looking down at her covers she saw that they were Spider-Gwen theme, and that she had the dragon plush toy in her arms, he got out of bed to see that she was wearing the clothes, Scarlet let her wear. She felt a little confused she opened the door to her room making her way downstairs.

"Scourge S-Stop...I n-need that b-batter for the m-muffins..."

She heard Sonic's voice followed by laughter, so she wasn't in her house, not that she wanted to be, she hurries downstairs, only to forget the baby gate which caused her to almost fall down the starts but to only be stopped by a hand, holding her. "Slow down...Raven the stairs aren't a place to race down on"

Raven looked up to see Scourge, "Sowwy...I just got excited" she said as she let Scourge help her to get on her paws on the floor.

"G-Good Morning R-Ray" Sonic greeted, Starfire was happily sitting in her high chair with a bit of strawberry on her muzzle and hands, from just the one strawberry that she was mashing on her little table, she was gonna have a bath anyways so it explains why she was naked besides a diaper.

"Morning~" Raven cheerfully said, Sonic and Scourge were much different from her actual parents...they were full of love, for both one another and their kids.

"Morning Waven~" Shaundre purred, as he was sitting at the kitchen bar, he was wearing a mega-man theme pajama set.

Raven struggles to get herself onto the stool, but Scourge helped her to fully sit on the stool.

Breakfast of course was amazing, homemade double chocolate muffins with a side of Strawberries. Afterwards the two older kids went to go play in the playroom, while Scourge took Starfire for her bath, leaving Sonic to clean up the high chair. It was quiet eventful yesterday, but for Raven...a five year old like her just needed to worry about being a kid.

Sonic lets out a small sigh, his family has gotten bigger, but nothing that he can't handle.
