Sonic unlocks the door, and Shaundre was first inside, "We-" Shaundre stopped himself when saw his dad napping on the couch, with his little sisters cuddling into his chest suck on her thumb and is to asleep. Sonic hung the keys up next to Scourge's keys for his motorcycle that was in the garage, the blue sports car that was in the driveway, belonged to Sonic...it was birthday gift when he turned sixteen, from his Mother, Rouge, but like Rouge's car it had a mode that made it safe for traveling, support car-seats for both Starfire and Shaundre, it functions like a van than a speedy sports car, and that mode is called Family Mode though it was Sonic's car...Scourge drives it just for his kids safety.

"C-Come on...I-I have a s-surprise for you" Sonic said as he motions Shaundre to check the kitchen.

Shaundre only smiles as he runs to the kitchen, to see freshly baked cookies, from his Grandma's Diner, it was kind of a tradition for the Rose Family, and that was in the beginning of the School Year Cookies were baked, same with the end of year. At first it was only a thing that Amy did for Sonic...to help lower his anxiety levels after a long day of School.

Sonic walked into the kitchen, "Thank chu Mommy~" Shaundre purred as he grabbed a cookie and started eating it.

"N-No p-problem" Sonic smiled.

It wasn't long before Starfire started whimpering and squirming around, as she was starting to wake up, Sonic came to her after helping Shaundre, with pronouncing some words that he was struggling with for his homework.

"W-what's wrong S-star?" Sonic asked the hoglet, who sniffed. "J-just wanted to w-wake up?" Sonic continued as he nuzzles the hoglet's cheek making her purr.

Scourge lets out a small yawn rubbing his eyes, he looked over to see Sonic holding Starfire in his arms. Before walking away to tend to the hoglet's needs, the emerald hedgehog rolls off of the couch.

"Hey Shaundre...how was daycare?" Scourge asked his son who was playing with his toys.

"It was fun...I can't wait to go tomorrow!" Shaundre smiled, his tail wagging, though this attitude will probably change as he got older, but he was excited to be going to Daycare.

"That's great to here" Scourge stated as he steps over the baby gate to follow after his husband, who was just putting Starfire in the playpen after changing her. "Hey Babe~"

Sonic purrs "G-Good Evening, S-Scourge~" He turns around to face his husband, "Y-You w-were right about m-me being worried..."

"I'm kind of always right about it...We haven't been together for fives years for nothing" Scourge admits.

"Y-You d-don't have to r-rub it in..." Sonic admits. "A-anyways...S-Shaundre made a f-few friends"

"That's good, with a personality like yours...I just knew he'd be irresistible"

Sonic's cheeks heat up, at the compliment, the Emerald Hedgehog only nuzzles Sonic's cheek, "So you want me to cook tonight?"

"S-Spaghetti?" Sonic purred, he didn't always cook, thanks to his moms he knew how to cook a lot of meals, whether it was japanese, or American, he was always willing to learn new recipes, but since he was doing a lot of things himself, like take care of Shaundre, as well as Starfire when she was still a month old, Scourge started cooking meals to help out his family out, and coming from a rich family, where everything had been handed down to him, it was kind of shocking for both, Sonic and his Moms, that Scourge can cook.

"That can be done" Scourge said. Sonic squeaks when he was picked up into the air. "I want cuddles from my gorgeous husband~"

Sonic's muzzle turned a shade a pink, he still had a problem with his image cause of the all scars all over his body, from his past, but when Scourge called him cute names...it always made his heart flutter and his cheeks feel warm, marrying Scourge has been the best choice that he made in his life, as well as keeping Shaundre...even tho Starfire was planned, it was nice seeing Scourge be so supportive, even going as far as staying up for hours to help Shaundre understand, why his Mom looked different, as well as help the pregnant hedgehog get his sleep. It was something that he kind of hope Shadow was gonna be...but no. Sure Scourge can be edgy like Shadow sometimes, but he was caring, putting Sonic and the kids first before himself. Just wish he could know more about his Husband's parents, cause he didn't see them at the wedding, he heard his husband talk to them...but in a more not on good terms kind of matter.
